Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research discus how the influence of compensation and the satisfaction of working against turnover intention on employees of PT Multi Abadi Sejahtera. Data obtained through survey by spreading questionnaires to 62 employees in PT Multi Abadi Sejahtera company. The sample collection technique used is the census of sampling, while the data analysis instrument uses is the multiple linear regression. The methodology used in this research is a method of the quantitative analysis with the using primary data such as questionnaires, interview observation, and the study of literature. The data be treated with SPSS 13.0 for windows to ease in knowing how much and how the relation and the influence of compensation and job satisfaction of turnover intention in PT Multi Abadi Sejahtera. The research result this indicates that variable free, compensation (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) positive and significant effect on variable bound turnover intention (Y). Based on the result analysis of the data and the testing of hypotheses with the result R 0,697. Which means of compensation and job satisfaction there was a relation strong, meanwhile R square of 48,6% means variable compesantion and job satisfaction influence of turnover intention and the rest 51,4% influenced by other variables. It is expected that the PT Multi Abadi Sejahtera can be maintain and increase compensation and job satisfaction so turnover intention can be better.Keywords: compensation, job satisfaction, turnover intentionABSTRACTPenelitian ini membahas bagaimana Pengaruh dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan pada PT Multi Abadi Sejahtera. Data diperoleh melalui survei dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 62 karyawan PT Multi Abadi Sejahtera. Teknis pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sensus sampling, sedangkan alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer seperti kuisioner, wawancara observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Data tersebut diolah dengan SPSS 13.0 for windows untuk mempermudah dalam mengetahui seberapa besar dan bagaimana hubungan serta pengaruh kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada PT Multi Abadi Sejahtera. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable bebas, kompensasi (X1) dan kepuasan kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variable bebas, kompensasi (X1) dan keputusan kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variable terikat turnover intention (Y). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis dengan hasil R sebesar 0,697. Yang berarti antara kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terdapat hubungan yang kuat, sedangkan R square sebesar 48,6% yang berarti variable kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi turnover intention dan sisanya sebesar 51,4% dipengaruhi oleh variable-variable lain. Diharapkan pihak PT Multi Abadi Sejahtera mampu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja sehingga turnover intention bisa lebih baik.Keywords: Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja, turnover intention

Abstract

 ABSTRACTThis study examined the effect of Asset Turnover Return on Asset and Return on Equity on environmental performance based on PROPER in LQ45 companies on period 2011-2013. Asset Turnover, ROA and ROE are the ratio used by the company in assessing the financial performance of companies while PROPER is a measure of environmental performance provided by the Ministry of Environmental RI. Asset turnover is a ratio that measures the turnover of all assets owned by the company. ROA is the ratio that measures a company’s ability to generate profits from investing activities. ROE is the ratio that measures the net profit earned from the management of the capital invested by the owner of the company. The results of this study will answer the research question is whether there is influence between Asset Turnover. ROA and ROE for the PROPER environmental performance. Results obtained from the processing of data by the number of 42 samples are asset turnover has significant effecr on environmental performance PROPER but ROA and ROE has no effect on environmental performance PROPER.  Keywords: Asset Turnover, ROA, ROE, PROPER, LQ45ABSTRACTPenelitian ini menguji pengaruh antara Asset Turnover, Return on Asset dan Return on Equity terhadap Kinerja Lingkungan yang berbasis PROPER pada Perusahaan LQ45 periode 2011-2013. Asset Turnover, Return on Asset dan Return on Equity merupakan rasio yang digunakan perusahaan dalam menilai kinerja keuangan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan, sedangkan PROPER merupakan alat ukur kinerja lingkungan yang disediakan oleh Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup RI. Asset Turnover adalah rasio yang mengukur perputaran dari seluruh Aset yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Return on Asset adalah rasio yang mengukur kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba yang berasal dari investasi. Return on Equity adalah rasio yang mengukur keuntungan bersih yang diperoleh pemilik perusahaan. Masalah penelitian adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Asset Turnover, Return on Asset dan Return on Equity terhadap kinerja lingkungan PROPER. Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat pengaruh siginifikan antara Asset Turnover terhadap kinerja lingkungan PROPER, namun Return on Asset dan Return on Equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja lingkungan PROPER.Keywords: Asset Turnover, ROA, ROE, PROPER,LQ45

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is performed to test the effect of college students satisfaction on university image, study programs image, and student’s complaint as well as the implication for student’s loyalty. The samples of this research are students in Kopertis wilayah III. The data from our survey has pre-tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to know the significance of the structural model. Abstract

ABSTRACT Lecturers are the assests of a higher educational institution, and they are professional educators and scientists whose main main tasks are to transform, develop and disseminate science and technology, and arts. In order to carry out their duties, the lectuers must be satisfied in carrying out their work. Determinants of job satisfaction include financial variables (measured in monetary measurement) and non-financial variables (measured in non-monetary measurement).  The research results from the survey conducted on the lecturers of P-MKDU show that financial and non-financial variables can explain the variations in job satisfaction i.e. as much as 47 %. The influence of financial and non-financial variables on job satisfaction is shown by the regression equation of Y = 6,367 + 0,532 X1 + 0,044 X2.. The influence of financial variables (X1) on job satisfaction (X2) is as much as 0.532 whereas the influence of non-financial variables (X2) on job satisfaction is as much as 0.044. From these results, it can be seen that financial variables have more influence on job satisfaction than the non-financial variables.     Key words: Job satisfaction, financial variables, non-financial variables
