The influence of financial and non-financial variables on job satisfaction is shown by the regression equation of Y = 6,367 + 0,532 X1 + 0,044 X2.. The influence of financial variables (X1) on job satisfaction (X2) is as much as 0.532 whereas the influence of non-financial variables (X2) on job satisfaction is as much as 0.044. From these results, it can be seen that financial variables have more influence on job satisfaction than the non-financial variables.     Key words: Job satisfaction, financial variables, non-financial variables

Abstract

Communities with high literacy rates usually have low crime rates and high intelligence. This is precisely the responsibility of universities and schools in increasing reading interest and literacy skills in a country. From this context, it is hoped that the educational community will really apply it, especially in juxtaposing it with online learning and several applications. The purpose of this study was to collect information about the preferences of critical vocational students in their reading interests and reading skills. It is very useful to foster interest in reading and online learning to increase cultural values and social literacy. The reading literacy development model used is the Plomp model: preliminary research, prototyping, and evaluation. The Evieta application, which is online learning belonging to the Vocational School of IPB University, is expected to fulfill these goals. Educators are expected to use related applications in their learning and lead reading and writing movements in schools. The results of the validation of teaching materials show that the Evieta IPB application is important and can be tested.

The advancement of mobile devices and their usage has increased the uptake of fintech innovation. These new technologies should provide ease of use and give advantages to their customers. On the other side, mobile application security threats have increased tremendously and have become a great challenge for both users, in this case, as customers, and fintech innovators. Meanwhile, service should be promoted to the customers to establish fintech's brand to society. This research empirically examined the components affecting the expectations of users to adopt fintech. By collecting 100 samples who have already used a couple of brands of Fintech and Sakuku as their payment method, and by utilizing Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) as the technique of analysis, the empirical results definitely confirmed that perceived ease of use (PEOU) and promotion positively and significantly affected the customer trust. Meanwhile, security did not significantly affect trust. The finding also implied that in order to increase the fintech adoption rate, customer trust should be built.

The film " Nussa The Movie" is a breakthrough in the film with Islamic animation nuances with the plot presented easily for children to understand. The film is designed to invite children to be interested in manual or digital literacy, especially in Islamic activities. With a myriad of meanings, this story tells the story of the character of Nussa as the defending champion of the science fair with its limitations. Abstract

One of the most memorable films from our childhood would be "Mulan" by Disney. When most of the Disney princesses show us the glamour, the elegance of being a princess, “Mulan” shows us something else, like a battlefield, army, war, and lots of other things that may sound new and fresh from a child's perspective. People watch Mulan on her journey to become China's saviour. Ignoring the line that separates a man from a woman she kept her head up and worked hard to become the perfect soldier for her land. Despite showing her capability in fight and strategies to help her comrades survive the battlefield, she still faces rejection and anger when people around her find out that she is a woman. But she still tries her best to save the country by protecting China's emperor when he faces life and death situations caused by the enemies. Her success caused a lot of people to acknowledge her power as a woman and praise her. This paper will study the female representation of “Mulan”. A qualitative method will be used to conduct this study to show educational values in “Mulan” by Disney.
