Abstract

To support the information which are needed of an organization in making good decision-making processes, are reguired an information infrastructure to store and to process the data. The use of daily operational data as resources kontrabution strategy gives less adequate for the organization. Therefore, the data warehouse is a concept and a combination of technologies that facilitates organizations to manage and to maintain historical data derived from operational systems. Constraints faced is the lack of support systems that support the accreditation forms primarily charging standard form filling 3 on the data and a graduate student and difficult to obtain information related to the trend in the quality of students meach study program from period to period. In completing the accreditation forms using analysis methodology Online Analytical Processing and method development Business Life Cycle, the results of the research needed to support charging accreditation forms mainly form filling standard 3 regarding the data of student and graduate and obtain information related to the number of prospective students, the number of new students at the faculty and the number of graduates who also grouped by type and their cumulative grade point percentages.Keywords: Data Warehouse, Business Life Cycle, Accreditation, Accreditation

Abstract

Xaverius kindergarten of Kotabumi is a school for early childhood in it is the data collection process is still using a hand writing by the teacher and then typed using microsoft word 2007 and made brochure until needs long time and uneffective in delivery of information. This system to design an education management information system application using the web at Xaverius kinder garten of kotabumi. The system software developed with using PHP, MySQL, and the browser Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox also and some helper software such as Macromedia Dreamweaver. This information system is working to be able to present and process information such as profiles Xavier kindergarten school, teacher the data and student the data. Abstract

Libraries play an important role in advancing the institute of education because the library is a place to improve knowledge for the students. In the library of SMPN 12 Kotabumi running processes such as borrowing books, returning books, encode books, the data replace data of members and replace of data administration are still modest. Avoid delays in the system library services SMPN 12 Kotabumi, it is necessary to design an application system library that can help and easier the activities of the circulation of the book. In designing the application system library of SMP N 12 Kotabumi uses prototype method and Unified Modeling Language (UML) as well as for language programmer using the Borland Delphi 7, with a SQL Server database. Application system design library of SMP N 12 Kotabumi is used to support library activities such as record and data processing of member, the data of book, the data borrowed, the data returns, late charges and catalog book.Hopefully with this library application system design it can solve the problems which exist in the library and can help in the development of science students.Key Words : Borland Delphi 7, Libraries, Prototype, Unified Modeling Language (UML).

Abstract

Malnutrition is one of the health problems that quite often among toddlers in Indonesia. Trace data from the WHO, the number of infants who had died from malnutrition in Indonesia in 2012 was 29 out of 1000 births. Caring parents and village officials (in this case the officer Public Health Service Center - HEALTH) to monitor the nutritional indispensable. Research conducted to try to perform a grouping of 50 children in the village of Karang Songo into 5 clusters nutritional status. Grouping nutritional status of children in the village of Songo Flower using the K-Means method is done through several stages, namely: the determination of business objectives, data collection 50 children in the village of Songo coral, grouping balitake nutritional status in five clusters, namely cluster 1 - malnutrition; cluster 2 - malnutrition; cluster 3 - good nutrition; cluster 4 - nutrition; Cluster 5 - obesity, cluster calculations using SPSS software, analysis of the output data, grouping nutritional status of children using tables Growth Chart, and the latter tested by comparing the results of the grouping of K-means algorithm and tables Growth Chart. By comparing the results of grouping using a table Growth Chart and K-Means algorithm obtained 17 data have the same group. From this figure it can be concluded that the K-Means algorithm only has an accuracy score of 34% correct.Keywords—Data Mining , Nutritional Status , K -Means

Abstract

In general, traffic control has been using traffic lights regulator. Use of Traffic Light has the disadvantage of setting the vehicle is not based on the real-time condition of the number of cars but by time .Utilization of digital image processing technology can be applied to the traffic light system is to detect the number of vehicles on each side of the road . The detection number of vehicles using edge detection is a way to detect the density of vehicles. This method is an object filtering method to retrieve information about the edges of objects in the form of binary data. While to produce a long time to be provided on each side of the traffic light then use fuzzy logic to the Min-Max method, as a parameter which is based on a comparison of solid vehicle of each side of the road.The results obtained, namely the amount of time lights of traffic light at each segment based intensiveness of vehicles, the solid vehicle, the green light lit up time is getting longer.keyword: Digital image processing, edge detection, fuzzy logic, real-time, traffic light.

Abstract

Bureau of Asset Management and Logistics has the main task that covers the planning, procurement, management, maintenance and security infrastructure in the IBI Darmajaya. This bureau has been utilize the information technology, especially in the Logistics Section already has an application that is designed specifically to facilitate the work that is associated with procurement. It is not quite ideal, given the complexity of the existing work in the Bureau of Asset Management and Logistics. Integration and sharing of data between relevant section in the Bureau of Asset Management and Logistics can not be done well. The method in this study used 5 stages of ADM TOGAF in the process of planning the development of this information system. Based on the results of the implementation of the TOGAF ADM framework, information systems architecture consisting of 19 proposals generated application that will be used to support the work of the Bureau of Asset Management and Logistics IBI Darmajaya. The results of this research is a blueprint for asset management information system and the integrated logistics so we expect that the resulting of information system to facilitate the implementation of existing business processes and meet the different needs in that area.Keywords: Asset Management , Integration , Data Sharing , TOGAF ADM

Abstract

Some factors that cause mis target of poor relief are inacurate criteria of poor citizen as well as inexactly method that make error in manual calculation. Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution Method (Fuzzy TOPSIS) is used to select the receiver of poor relief in order to make alternative ranking to compare. It’s implementation is by using excel and matlab with ten alternative (village) which is will compare based on their criteria and subcriteria. The criteria that will be use is the look of their house, family (card) member, ownership of house land, and their work for living, monthly revenue, and level of education. The output of this method is total preference point of all criteria. The highest point will be priority to have poor relief. Its validation will be done by comparing the result of Fuzzy TOPSIS through Ms. Excel and Matlab and have the same results. The last decision will be at the stakeholder and this Fozzy TOPSIS results can be used to decision making acceleration. The data that used can be from related official and by library investigation.Key word: Information System, Fuzzy TOPSIS, Poor Relief, Ranking.

Abstract

CCTV which available now is not provided with the ability to recognize but only to record and must be observed directly by users. This way will heighten the level of human error, therefore this paper will build 3D face recognition to be implemented on CCTV provided with camera control using microcontroller. Microcontroller will assist in the process of face recognition. Abstract

Diabetes or can be called with diabetes or blood sugar disease is a disease that is hard to cure but can be controlled blood sugar levels. This causes people with diabetes is increasing every year. This study aims to determine which algorithm that has the best classification accuracy, so that it can be used to assist in classifying whether a person has diabetes or not. The data used is the Pima Indians Diabetes dataset obtained from the UCI machine learning. Processing of data mining is divided into two stages, namely stage of data preprocessing and feature selection. Results of the research that has been done, C4.5 algorithm has an accuracy of 73.82% and increased to 74.87%, subsequent to the selection of attributes. While naïve Bayes has an accuracy rate of 76.30% and increased to 77.47%. The end result of this research is naïve bayes algorithm is better than C4.5 algorithms because it has a better accuracy rateKeyword: C4.5, Naïve Bayes, Diabetes
