Abstract

Numbers of toothpaste tighten competition. In order to winner in competition market, corporate must be able to develop a good perception in the point of view consumers. Corporate must convince its consumers that its products best for buy. Managing product perception can be done through developing brand loyally. Brand is name, term, sign, design symbol, or its combination in which products ident!fied by consumers. Identification function is to dfferenti ate a corporate produced from competitor A prestigious brand is a brand, which has strong brand equity. Brand equity is a batch brand asset and liabilities connected with one ‘s brand, name, symbol, which able increase or decrease product value for both corporate and consumers. Aim of this research is describe Pepsodent’s brand equity. Questioner used to collect data from 67 representative respondents. Result of this research show that Pepsodent brand awareness stand on the higher rank Pepsodent associated with; cheap, have a balance content, simple to uses, complete, cause fresh breath, make tooth healthy, reduce plaque, reinforce tooth, easy be sought, customer service available. Commonly consumer perception to Pepsodent is poorly. Commit buyer only 6% from total respondents. Corporate need to stimulate liking consumers in order to be commit buyer. Corporate need improve product quality against in consumer expectancy growing. Key word: Brand equity, top of mind, brand association, perceived quality, brand loyally.

Abstract

Specified service price require to be made an audit of to ensure ihat price which have been specified have precisely. Accuracy of pricing can be measured from three domains that is pricing mindset, scope of understanding, and price nanagement. This article comment price audit service of a private university in yogyakarta. Result of Performa import matrix analysis indicate thai from side of scope of undersianding, and management price pricing of service in the university have good, but from session ofpricing minds ci there are two less i/ems that is availability procedure and formula, and also the availability of accurate data. Abstract

This Paper describe that world bank's role in forestry management in indonesia have changed. In new order era, the world bank's role in indonesia forestry has given opportunity for increasing forest degradation. It was caused by strategy and policy of world bank for developed that three goal, economics growth, population growth, and poverty reduction in java islands specially without considering social and environment aspects. Development of sustainable development paradigm in global level, has effect world bank to change orientation, strategy, and policy in forestry. SOme of them are through optimizing the forest potential decrease poverty, integration between forest aspect with economy sustainable development protection of forest global value and the loan scheme reformation.

Abstract

Since 2004, Japan used public diplomacy focusing in pop culture. Japan also conducted a kind of public diplomacy that using cuisine to promote the uniqueness of Japan culinary which known as gastrodiplomacy. Japan used washoku as an icon of its gastrodiplomacy. Washoku is chosen for its uniqueness, so it will increased the popularity of Japanese brand in the world. Japan selected United State to promote washoku for it is one of the washoku’s biggest market . This article is to provide the strategy, effort and effectiveness gastrodiplomacy washoku of Japan to United States that using many actors such as government, non state actors, businesses, private citizens, education sectors, and medias.

Abstract

Australia has been a global leader in tobacco control and hasimplemented a comprehensive range of measures to reduce smoking rates and its harmful effects, including the introduction of plain packaging. Tobacco smoking is still one of the leading preventable causes of death and disease in Australia. Since 1 December 2012, all tobacco products manufactured in Australia is required to be sold in plain packaging under Tobacco Plain Packaging Bill 2011 which removes one of the last remaining forms of tobacco advertising. The legislation is consistent with the World Health Organization Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC). Tobacco industry in Australia is strongly opposed to the Government’s proposal to require plain packaging of tobacco products.

Abstract

Syria is among the Arab states affected by the storm of revolution. Syrian political conflicts are not purely due to internal problems in the country, but Syrian political conflict is a scenario that has been designed for the United States and its Allies topple Bashar al-Assad’s government. People Power is generally driven by the political consciousness of a country’s domestic problems, but the ongoing conflict in Syria is the demands made by the opposition is driven from the outside. The existence of power from the outside to intervene in Syria that sparked opposition to demand the president to immediately step down from the chairmanship.President Bashar al-Assad has the authority under the constitution. Based on the inherent authority of the constitution and the constitution of Syria, Bashar al-Assad has the authority to resolve the conflict in Syria. By legitimacy, Bashar al-Assad has the authority to stay in power because of the support of its people. A president could not have done anything without the institutions efforts and support of all the people. Besides large countries such as Russia, China and Iran plays an important role in the rejection of the resignation of Bashar al-Assad to the demands of the Syrian opposition.

Abstract

Present Turkey political situation indicates instability since the promulgation of Turkey legislative general election 2015 in which breaking AKP party domination in attaining votes of most electors since it has participates in Turkey political area in 2001. The interesting matter is that AKP is the only one party founded by Islamic gures that can ght in Turkey politic for more than one decade since the Republic system triggered by Mustafa Kemal Ataturk in 1923 and the multi parties system has been implemented since 1940s. It should be noted that Islamic political parties often face intervention both from government and military in which it forces them to be dissolved, even more tragically their administration is carried out a coup d’etat by military after those Islamic parties obtained victory and build their administration as welfare party built by Mohammad Erbakan. The wisdom is drawn from bitter experiences faced by this Islamic Party and become reference in formulating, shaping and running more polite polici towards Turkey Arbiter and administration institution known as “secularism” watchman, by their young gures which are incorporated in a party known as Adelet ve Kalkinma Partisi (AKP). The courageous and dignity of AKB for 13 years on Turkey administration through the main actor, Racep Tayyib Erdogan that suddenly must collapse after the result of Turkey legislative general election 2015 is promulgated. Although during this party dominance has showed very excellent achievement in various life aspects, it can’t be a guarantee for AKB and Erdogan to continue its dominance as a single dominant party in Turkey. It becomes very crucial with Turkey constitution system change discourse that will be changed by Erdogan from parlementary to presidential with a prerequisite such as the majority victory of the general election. This dream must nally be “postponed” for a certain period which is dif cult to determine because of the reality. It is important to note about factors cause them occur are. Therefore, this paper will discuss AKB and the cause of this party dominance reduces.
