Abstract

The development of e-commerce in Indonesia is growing rapidly, resulting in the change of people's behavior in conducting online transactions. This study aims to determine perceived usefulness, perceived of use, attitude, and intention to use student STMIK Mardira Indonesia Bandung towards online shopping behavior in e-commerce. Exploratory research methods of data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), component-based Partial Least Squares (PLS). The number of respondents were 60 active students who never transact online through e-commerce, with the data collection technique purposive sampling. Results of the study indicate where perceived usefulness, perceived of use significantly influence the attitude of students STMIK in online shopping, as well as a significant effect also on the intention to use. Keywords: perceived usefulness; perceived of use; attitude; intention to use

Abstract

Payments on credit applications in Bank Yudha Bhakti is a company engaged in the savings, lending and payments serve customers, especially in the areas of savings and loan services, payment for which the management data is still using semi-computerized, so that customers will make the deposit, lending and payment takes long enough in because of customer service, especially in the field of payment is not fast. By this is expected to help the company to improve service customers as well as to store data or other important documents that should be kept well so that in the presentation of information to be fast and accurate. Method of payment credit application development created using waterfall method with system development tools such as Object Oriented Analysis System (OOAD), use case diagrams, flow of events, relations actor, and activity diagrams. As well as data collection techniques by observation, interview and literature study. Implementation of the program using the programming language Visual Basic 6.0, the database using Access. Abstract

Information is one of the very important things in this world. With the information, all the things about the development of technology and so forth can be identified quickly. Therefore, to augment existing information, the demand for the use of a computer using computer networks more and more in demand to serve the various needs of certain information. Just as the incoming cash processing activities dam out. If the cash processing can not be recorded properly, then the supervision of revenue and expenditure can not be known, especially in the use of funds outside the financial administration planning office (windfalls). Usually the use of funds outside the plan are not archived properly and financial expenditure done manually. Therefore, this can sometimes lead to operational project activities are not running as it should, and allow causing harm. Abstract

In the era of globalization is now the technology is already familiar in our daily lives. Both are used as a means of communication, education and public facilities. In this case I do research on the administrative activities of the company, in which there are activities that will be proposed computerized into an application. The object of research is an engineering company in data processing payroll and taxes PPh 21 have not been conserved to the maximum, although it has been computerized. Thus the need for an information system that can help the company to process payroll data and the calculation of income tax in an integrated manner. One of the tools that can support this is to use a computer and adequate human resources, so that it can form a good information system. The second stage of analysis to determine the weaknesses of the system and to evaluate the results that can be performed system design. Abstract

Developments in information technology make a paradigm shift in the consumer wins , so the use of e-commerce was inevitable. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of e - service quality by e -recovery service quality customer Airlines Air Asia. The study population is customer Air Aviation Services Asia which are members of the backpacker community 's and the study sample was taken as many as 349 people. This sample was taken by random sampling . Analysis of data using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results showed that there is a close relationship between e-service quality relationship with e -recovery service quality customer Airlines Air Asia. Abstract

People's  Business Credit Application System Development in PT. BPR Nusamba Tanjungsari, its data processing still make use of Microsoft Excel or semi EDP (Electronic Data Processing) and not available file reports on a running system. The author also tries to make a credit application system using Delphi7 programming language that can generate a report file. The examines the system uses descriptive method and develop the waterfall method. The credit information system maybe one solution that can be used to facilitate the submission of the data processing system of credit reports credit transaction becomes easier, because the available facilities in this program directly print files to media reports the paper.Credit information system is built using Borland Delphi7 to make the main interface and Microsoft Accessas its database. This program allows the user to input the data, edit data, delete data, data retrieval, and data printing to paper media. The data entered in the form of customer data, the data requirements of credit and credit data. While the resulting output of this applicationin the form of credit data reports and reports of customer data. Keywords: credit application system
