Abstract

The TNI is a state instrument that has the duty and function to maintain the sovereignty and stability of security in the country, therefore it is necessary to have strong support for the TNI, especially in supporting the fulfillment of defense equipment needs. The perceived budget limitations in the defense sector make the TNI must be able to carry out its duties and functions by taking advantage of the existing Alutsista and its periodic additions. The Indonesian Navy is one of the three dimensions of the Indonesian National Armed Forces which can be said to have yet to fully possess an adequate Alutsista, so it can be said that the status of the Indonesian Navy's Alutsista is still lagging behind other countries in Asia in general. Therefore, it is important for the Navy to build strategic cooperation with the domestic defense industry such as PT Pindad, especially cooperation in an effort to improve the technological capabilities of state industrial companies so that they are able to produce defense products that are able to meet the needs of the TNI absolutely so that they no longer depend on imports of defense equipment from companies. - foreign defense industry companies. In this study, the method used is descriptive qualitative where data analysis is carried out using SWOT analysis by determining external and internal factors which are then formulated strategies for both short-term, medium-term and long-term strategies. The results of the study show that external factors are more dominant in determining the strategy that is set so that policy steps are needed that support existing opportunities so that they can be utilized properly and suppress threats that can occur by making existing threats as opportunities.

Abstract

The public's need for transportation to date is very high, this can be seen in front of the number of vehicles, both private and public vehicles that go back and forth from rural to urban areas. This results in congestion due to the density of vehicles as well as less organized parking management. On the other hand, with increasing population growth, land becomes narrower, while public interest in buying vehicles, both two-wheeled and four-wheeled, is increasingly inevitable, as a result of the increasingly affordable prices of motorized vehicles. According to research (Wini Mustikarani & Suherdiyanto. 2016:1), one of the factors that cause congestion is indiscriminate parking activities. There is also parking management that is currently being carried out using manual methods, such as writing or typing manually to record motorized vehicle numbers. To minimize manual work, one innovative way is to apply artificial intelligence as image processing with deep learning that utilizes an artificial neural network using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method. By conducting training and testing on images of Indonesian license plates of motorized vehicles, machine learning will do its job like humans who can recognize the object of the number plate of a motorized while and record the vehicle number for further analysis, both for parking data purposes and data from the Department of Transportation, and the Police.

Abstract

To strengthen the government's program in the form of 3T (Testing, Tracing, Treatment) in controlling the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, required an integrated screening test web-based information system (software) for patients, referrals, laboratories designed to follow the needs and flows in the field to issue test results quickly and accurately. The research method used is qualitative-descriptive, with a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. This software is designed using the Laravel Framework 8.0 and using MySQL database for data storage, also using UML (Unifield Modeling Language) as a tool for system design. System testing techniques using the black box method. The problems of speed of time, automation, and data accuracy that arise in the health facility referral will be resolved by providing a fast, accurate and integrated solution for test results.

Abstract

School is an educational institution that is formal, non-formal, and informal with the aim of providing teaching, management and education to students carried out and given by teachers. Every teacher is entitled to an award for the performance, assignments, and work achievements that have been achieved. Through this award, it is hoped that every teacher can be motivated to become even better. Sometimes in the assessment process there are still inconsistencies, as well as difficulties in determining and finding out who the candidates can be who can be elected as teachers who excel because the decision on who can be elected as the best teacher still uses subjective criteria. To be able to avoid subjective assessments and obtain results that are in accordance with what is expected so that no party is harmed, a decision support system is needed for the selection of the best teachers with the SAW (Simple Additeve Weight) method. several criteria and weights that have been determined. At SDN Sukamenak 09 there is no system that supports the selection of the best teachers, the selection is still done manually. The selection of students is still considered subjective, the teacher still chooses the best students not based on predetermined criteria. It is hoped that this system can facilitate the teacher assessment process so that teacher assessment can be effective and efficient.

Abstract

The development of computer systems in information technology is increasingly rapid and accurate with the times. Cash receipts are essential in an organization, institution, or line of business. The importance of having internal control procedures for cash receipts is very beneficial for the progress and interests of the company. In this case, the company made arrangements for the cash receipts accounting system, which included registration, filing of pilgrims, down payment and settlement, and making payment reports. In addition, there are features of the latest news and procedures for worship that can help worshipers access the latest information. So at this time, an accounting information system is needed in the process of cash receipts and registration of pilgrims at PT Nusantara Teguh Berkah. This system was designed using PHP and MySQL using the Waterfall Method. Because it is web-based, this system can be accessed anywhere and anytime using a laptop or smartphone. The results obtained from designing this system are to make it easier for the admin to manage cash receipts and congregation registration from manual to digital processes.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the degree of excellence of the Accurate-5 accounting software by employing the ISO-9126 model, which assesses six dimensions (primary characteristics) and associated attributes (secondary characteristics) of software quality. The researchers measured a sample of 41 participants who attended a workshop at STMIK Mardira Indonesia Bandung using the Accurate-5 software. The researchers gathered primary data using a questionnaire that utilized the Likert scale. The validity test results supported the validity of the items, as a value greater than 0.316 was found. The reliability test results demonstrated that all attributes have a high level of reliability, as each item had a Cronbach's alpha value greater than 0.7. The software quality evaluation findings utilizing the ISO 9126 standard indicate that all dimensions and attributes satisfy the "Good" criteria. The researchers found that the attributes of Compliance, Installability, and Coexistence satisfy the criteria of "Very Good." Based on the data, we can infer that the Accurate-5 software complies with the ISO 9126 standard as it achieved an average percentage score of 77.53%, indicating that it meets the "Good" criteria.

Abstract

The library of a specific MTS school in Cianjur currently employs a manual data processing system, which involves the utilization of handwritten notes in the form of notebooks. This research aims to transform the manual process of book data input and borrowing into a web-based digital medium utilizing object-oriented system development techniques and descriptive research methodologies. The application features a library menu that enables users to access a comprehensive list of available libraries remotely without needing a physical presence at the library. The software system has been developed utilizing the PHP programming language and MySQL database and is furnished with the Bootstrap framework. The findings of this investigation suggest that the utilization of computerized data processing procedures would facilitate ease of processing and yield outcomes of greater precision in contrast to manual methods.

Abstract

Absenteeism application is one of the systems where attendance is critical data in every activity, be it lecture activities. Nevertheless, often, the data - this absence of data is less noticed. The proof is that many educational institutions still use conventional absenteeism. Conditions like this are certainly very vulnerable to fraud. Therefore, the Informatics Engineering Study Program of the Faculty of Engineering needs a system that can create an absence process that can produce information more efficiently and by its standards, of course, using methods that can solve the problems in the Informatics Engineering Study Program of the Faculty of Engineering—using the Extreme Programming Method. The extreme Programming method was chosen because the software to be created is simple and classified as small-scale software, and development takes little time. This system development method is one of the agile methods. Which has several stages, namely: 1. Planning, 2. Design, 3. Coding, and 4. Testing. Of course, with some design processes that use UML, such as Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Flowchart &, and DFD, the student attendance website application built has been tested for eligibility using Blackbox testing. The results of this study create a system that can help informatics engineering programs to help in terms of student retirement. Design a system that can produce reports that suit needs effectively and efficiently.
