Abstract

The purpose of this study are to find out how much influence the capital structure and financial performance simultaneously on firm value in insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, to find out how much influence the capital structure has on the value of the company in insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and to find out how much influence financial performance has on the value of the company on insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis techniques and quantitative analysis techniques. The prerequisite test for classical data analysis and assumptions uses the normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and hetoroskedasticity test. Testing the hypothesis in this study uses multiple linear regression with F test, t test and coefficient of determination (R2). The sample selection used a purposive sampling technique and the number of samples used was 50 out of 10 companies. The results of the study show that the capital structure and financial performance simultaneously have a significant effect on financial performance. While the results of the partial test that partially the capital structure does not affect the value of the company, and the that financial performance partially has a significant effect on firm value. For further research it is recommended to use the entire population of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and vulnerable to extended periods of research. Keywords: Capital Structure, Financial Performance, Corporate Value

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service office of Palembang's TMP B. This study aims to find out and analyze the cycle of expenditure of UP (Money) at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office of TMP B Palembang. The population in this study is the entire cycle of implementation of the State Budget 2017 Budget at the Office of Customs and Excise Supervision and Service of TMP B Palembang.Data is collected through observation methods, interviews with related parties and documentation, notes and financial reports. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative analysis technique.Based on the results of the analysis carried out, in the cycle of expenditure of Inventory there are still unavoidable administrative errors such as Payments made by the executor of the activity, not by the Treasurer of Expenditures which is the duty and authority and there is a delay in submitting changes in Inventory ie in April and December 2017. The error was caused by the related party as a treasury official who was a functional official whose position description had not been regulated and was held by structural officials at the KPPBC TMP B Palembang. Suggestions should be as good as planning budget activities. to avoid sudden payments, so that when payments with UP can be carried out properly. Keywords: Expenditure Cycle, Inventory Money

Abstract

The Influence analysis of Training and education, Discipline and Motivation toward Employee at PT. Medco  Sumatera BlockE & P Indonesia South Sumatera Block.This research studies the influence of Training and education, Discipline and Motivation toward Employee at PT. Medco  Sumatera BlockE & P Indonesia South Sumatera Block. The research of this case study aims to know the influence of Training and education, Discipline and Motivation toward Employee at PT. Medco  Sumatera BlockE & P Indonesia South Sumatera Block either through parsial and also together. The population In this research are the Officer at PT. Medco  Sumatera BlockE & P Indonesia South Sumatera Block, totally 120 people and sampling 119 people.From data-processing result known that regression coefficient for variable of Training and education (X1) equal to 0,416 with significant level equal to 5%, Discipline     ( X2) equal to 0,574 with significant level equal to 5%, regression coefficient for variable of Motivation ( X3) equal to 0,180 with significant level equal to 5%, while value of constant inset equal to 10,636, so that doubled regression equation of this research is : Ý = 10,636 + 0,416X1 + 0,574X2 + 0,180X3  Keyword : Training and education, Discipline, Motivation and Employee

Abstract

Economic development will meet the needs of human beings today that are not comparable with the level of employment, which eventually led to the creation of jobs in the form of small and medium enterprises. Many of the business fields that are created today are sales from directly to consumers and using technology, they are small and medium enterprises, namely the Gas Base business, Mount Dempo Coffee Powder and Basic Food Stores. Management of Financial Statement Analysis is an art of application tools and analysis techniques for general purpose financial statements and related data to produce estimates and conclusions that are useful in business analysis. Financial Report Analysis used in this study uses the ratio analysis method.The general objective is to provide information on the development of financial performance of small and medium enterprises in 2016 seen from the ratio analysis. Samples from this study were: Gas Base, Mount Dempo Coffee Powder and Basic Food Stores.The results of the research achieved are in general the Base Gas, Gunung Dempo Coffee Powder and the Basic Food Stores in South Sumatra are still in the process of developing. Because there are still many of the above ratios that have not been as expected, such as not yet lavarage or solvabel and still need to pursue the achievement of profit. Keywords: Small and Medium Business Financial Performance Management

Abstract

Knowledge of hospital quality programs in Indonesia has many beneficial effects for patients and service providers. Improved quality has made perceptions about hospital services better in the patient's view, which in turn has resulted in increasing the use of hospital services so that the income received by hospitals is increasing. Hospital Accreditation in Indonesia is carried out to assess hospital compliance with accreditation standards. Hospital accreditation that has been implemented since 1995 in Indonesia, so far uses accreditation standards based on what year the standard began to be used for assessment, so far there has never been a National Accreditation of Hospitals in Indonesia, while the accreditation status currently has national and international accreditation status. The National Hospital Accreditation Standards that are valid in 2018 include: patient safety goals, patient-focused goals, hospital management standards, and implementation of national programs, as well as integration of health education in hospital services.This study was aimed at investigating the effect of quality management, marketing management and internal auditing on private hospital service accreditation, taking a sample of 26 accredited private hospitals in Palembang and Pekanbaru by the Hospital Accreditation Commission (HAC). Data analysis was used to test hypotheses using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that accreditation of private hospital services in Pekanbaru was good, the level of compliance from the management of private hospitals in Pekanbaru was higher, because of the 26 hospitals 61.5% were accredited by HAC. Key words: quality management, marketing management, internal audit and hospital service accreditation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the University of Tridinanti Palembang. Both partially and jointly. In this study the total population was 70 people, with details of 35 trial samples and 35 research samples. From the results of the study obtained the variable Compensation regression coefficient (X1) of 0.147, Motivation (X2) 0.135, Work Discipline (X3) 0.155 and also produces a constant value of 38.496 so the Multiple Linear Regression equation is as follows: Y = 38.496 + 0.147 X1 + 0.135 X2 + 0.155 X3, while the correlation coefficient results are 0.6343 which means it has a very strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, also the determination coefficient (R2) of 0.320 This value can be interpreted that the percentage effect of Compensation, Motivation and Work Discipline on Performance is 32% while the remaining 78% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: compensation, motivation, work discipline, and employee performance

Abstract

In performing its duties an auditor is required to work professionally and honestly by complying with anyshape of applicable ethics especially when considering the materiality level of a financial statement. Auditor is having a high professionalism attitude, therefore understanding and applying the applicable professional ethics is a must for every auditor. This research essentially discusses how much relationship between professionalism and professional ethics effected the level of materilitas.Result of  the research are: First, simultaneously Professionalism significantly influence the dependent variable level of materiality in examination of clients financial statements. Secondly, all variables (Professionalism and Professional Ethics) significantly influence the consideration of materiality level in the examination of a financial report. From the results of the research, the researcher gives advice for the auditor to keep improving their attitude of professionalism and more understanding the professional ethics that has been established for auditor so that auditor could considering the materiality level of financial report appropriately. Keywords: Auditors Professionalism, Professional Ethics and Materiality Level

Abstract

This research basically aims to examine the Effect of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment towards Employee Performance at Palembang Patra Sriwijaya Cooperative. The researcher tried to find out how the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment both in simultaneously and partially on employee performance at the Patra Sriwijaya Cooperative in Palembang. The sample in this study were 35 employees of Palembang Patri Sriwijaya Cooperative, based on the results of answers to questionnaires distributed to employees of the Palembang Sriwijaya Patra Cooperative and then analyzing the data obtained using quantitative data analysis which included validity and reliability tests, tests classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis, hypothetical testing (F test and t test), and analysis of the correlation coefficient (r) and determination coefficient (R2). The results showed the multiple linear regression equation as follows: Y = 5.593 + 0.338 X1 + 0.435 X2 + e, with a determination coefficient of 0.950 or 95% which means that variations in Performance can be explained by Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment. While the rest of 0.05 (5%) is explained by other factors not examined in this study. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, and Performance

Abstract

The goal of this research is to know training and education programs that influence job satisfaction and the impact to employee performance in the PT.(Persero) PLN Palembang. This research was conducted by using sampling jenuh method to collect data from employee in the PT.(Persero) PLN Palembang. Data was analized by using Path Analysis. Result of this research shows that direct effect training and education and job satisfaction to employee performance is 1,875, 0,937 and 2,295. Indirect effect training and education to employee performance is 2,348 and by job satisfaction is 0,076. Influence of training and education to employee performance is 3,318, and by job satisfaction had total effect is 2,328, while influence of training and education, job satisfaction to employee performance each is 0,187, 0,937 and 2,295. The most dominant variable influencing employee performance is job satisfaction. Influence other variable outside of models to employee performance is 0,481.     Key words: Training and Education, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance
