Abstract

In this study, the authors examine how the Influence of Leadership and Motivation on Employee Performance at Cermat Palembang Cooperative. In this study because the total population of only 34 people, then all employees as many as 34 people sampled by technique Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. From the results of research, There is a positive and significant influence of Leadership and Motivation together on Performance, From Table F Test above can be seen that the value of F 10.796 and the value of sig is 0.000. From the significance level value means sig <0.05 which means there is influence Motivation and Leadership together to Performance. There are positive and significant influence of Leadership on Performance, From Multiple Linear Regression Analysis table can be seen that for Leadership variable, t value = 3.658 and value sig = 0.001. From the significance level value means sig <0,05 which means there is influence of Leadership to Performance. There is a positive and significant influence Motivation on Performance, From the table of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis can be seen that for the motivation variable t value = 2.107 and the value of sig = 0.044. Abstract

The purpose of this studyis to see the effect ofcompensation to employee performance at Warehouseof PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk Tanjung Enim. The population in this study are 43 employees of Warehouseof PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk Tanjung Enim. The result of this study obtained a regression formulaY = 23.996 + 0.467X + e. That means that if incentives (X) increased 0,467 points then theemployees performance (Y)will increase by 0,467 points. The results of the analysis obtained correlation coefficient r = 0.600. This means incentives (X) have positive influence toemployees performance (Y) of Warehouse of PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk Tanjung Enim.Determinant coefficient has 0.36 point or 36%. It means that incentives (X) give 36% contribute to employees performance (Y). The remaining 64% are influenced by other factors not examined by the author. Hypothesis t-test obtained t-value = 4.802 higher than t-table = 2, 020 which means that thereis a significant difference between the incentive to Warehousing Part employee performance at PT. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine how to make effective management functions at the Bina Sejahtera Cooperative in Muara Enim Regency. The research method used is the method of observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results showed that the implementation of management functions in the management of the organization at the Gunung Megang Sub-district Bina Sejahtera Cooperative still had many flaws here and there, starting from the first planning or design of activities, supervision and services. Abstract

This research activity plan with the title Influence Member Participation and Client Service Improvement Cooperative in Palembang city has a long-term goal of the cooperative is expected to have the ability to increase the potential of innovative services or introduce the types of cooperatives in innovation and take advantage of new technologies into the economy and see forward and dare to take risks. Cooperative is an attempt to improve the welfare of members, therefore the service factor was instrumental in motivating members to participate in a cooperative effort to increase the amount of innovation and creativity that will benefit the business and at the same time improving the welfare of the People.By using primary data and secondary data is to support the achievement of these goals. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents made in the sample. In this study, used field research is the data collection techniques performed by providing a set of questions or statements in writing to the respondent to answer. Questionnaires conducted by the respondents who are the sample to fill out questionnaires are complete and intact so the results of this research can be fit with what is expected.From this insturmen questionnaire created by five indicators, in the first trial to some respondents then tested the validity and reliability to be a valid and reliable questionnaire. Once the data is collected data will be analyzed to determine how the effect of taking a participation of members and services to increase the number of cooperatives by using Multiple Regression Analysis, Test-T, Test-F, Determination Test and Test of Hypothesis, selanjunya will be able to a conclusion. Keywords : Participation, Service, Increase

Abstract

The purpose of this research to identify and analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance PT Wom Finance Tbk Branch Palembang. The data used are primary and secondary data with a sample of 76 employees. To determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance PT Wom Finance Open used multiple regression analysis. The research showed that there are significant positit There are significant Influence Style Leadership and Motivation on Employee Performance in PT Wom Finance Palembang. Multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.455 + 0,260 X1 + 0,243 X2 + e. independent variables go hand in hand with the dependent variable means increasing Leadership Styles and Motivation then increased the level of employee performance in PT Wom Finance Palembang. There is a significant Influence Style Leadership and Motivation in Partial (alone) the Employee Performance in PT Wom Finance. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of net worth corporate taxpayers with income tax expense. The study population totaled 13,195 Taxpayer, from some 13,195 taxpayers who have been categorized agency audited taxpayer is number 30, a data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results obtained correlation coefficient number is 0568, which means that the relationship between the net worth of the income tax burden is fairly close to a strong and positive direction. While the magnitude of R Square of 0.323 means that 32.30% of total variation in Y (income tax) affected X (net worth corporate taxpayers) and the remaining 67.70% is influenced by other factors. The regression equation is: Y = X + 0.025747 547911276.770118 From the regression equation it can be interpreted that any net worth corporate taxpayers will affect income tax expense by an average of 0.02574 or by 2.57%. Abstract

Influence of Service Quality Customer Satisfaction At Mercy Steam Cleaner Mulak Ulu Lahat. This study basically discusses the Influence of Service Quality Customer Satisfaction In Effort Pressure Cleaning Grace Mulak Ulu Lahat, the objectives of this research was to determine the effect of service quality to customer satisfaction in the washing business steam grace mulak ulu districts grave and to know the relationship of service quality to improve customer satisfaction In Grace Pressure Cleaning Business Mulak Ulu Lahat. To be able to explain and portray objectively the formulation of the problem above, the writer uses the method of data collection in the form of Library Studies, Field Study consists of: Interview, observation and questionnaire. Data analysis technique used was qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. Based on analysis of the correlation coefficient (r) value of 0.54, which means a positive correlation between service quality and customer satisfaction, value indicates the variable X (quality of service) with a variable Y (customer satisfaction) with proportional (unidirectional relationship) the greater the variable X then grew larger the value of the variable Y. To test the hypothesis that has been formulated rejected or accepted analytical tool used t-test and the results obtained: the value of t-table (0,025: 28) is 2.048 and the t-test of  2.82. Because t is greater than t table (3.37>1.701) then the hypothesis Ho is rejected and the value of the working hypothesis H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that there is influence between the variables X (quality of service) with a variable Y (customer satisfaction). Service quality has a positive correlation to customer satisfaction at the mercy of steam washing business mulak ulu Lahat regency, where the magnitude of the correlation is indicated by the number of correlation coefficient r of 0.54 (54%) Keywords : Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

University of Tridinanti Palembang is one of education implementing units owned by private in Palembang. Where during its development period, University of Tridinanti Palembang has experienced ups and downs. Related with that, this thesis in general discuss about how the Performance of Faculty of Economy University of Tridinanti Palembang Lecturers is, if seen from Leadership Manner and Interpersonal Communication. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know the influence of Leadership Manner and Interpersonal Communication towards the Performance of Faculty of Economy University of Tridinanti Palembang Lecturers.Based on the result of F-count, it is obtained 30,348 or a significance of 0,000 < alpha = 0, 05. Due to the significance rate of < 0,05, thus it can be said that tested hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Means that there is a positive and significant influence of Leadership Manner (X1) and Interpersonal Communication (X2) towards the Performance (Y) of Lecturers together. The amount of influence together is 56,4% and the rest of 43,6% is influent by other variable which is not inspected by this research. There is a positive and significant influence of Leadership Manner towards the Performance of Lecturers. This is seen from the t-count result of 2,129 with significance of 0,039 which means < alpha = 0,05, that the influence of Leadership Manner is positive in significant. There is a positive and significant influence of Interpersonal Communication towards the Performance of Lecturers. This is seen from the t-count result of 7,182 with significance of 0,000 which means < alpha = 0,05, that the influence of Interpersonal Communication towards the Performance of Lecturers is positive and significant. Thus it can be said that tested hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Means that there is positive and significant influence of Interpersonal Communication towards the Performance of Faculty of Economy University of Tridinanti Palembang Lecturers. Abstract

The background of this research is the satisfaction of consumers who are the priority in the Toyota automobile sales business as well as encouraged by the increasingly stringent level of competition and also given the number of competing companies of similar competitors. Promosion and selling price are some very important aspects because consumers want the maximum sastisfaction given company PT AUTO 2000 Tanjung Api-Api Palembang Based on the test result F, Fcount 21,052 > Ftable 2,40 and F significant 0,000>(α) 0,1 obtained the conclusion H0 rejected and independent simultaneously have a significant  effect  on  the  dependent  variables.  Then  t  test  result  on  variable promotion, tcount 4,503 > ttable 1,672 and t significant  0,000 < (α) 0,1 obtained conclusions H0 rejected and variable promotion partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction at PT AUTO 2000 Tanjung Api-Api Palembang. Last target of the test result on variable selling price tcount 1,917 > ttable 1,672 and t significant 0,060 < (α) 0,1. then in the conclusion of H0 rejected and the variable selling price in a partial has significant effect on consumer satisfaction at PT AUTO 2000 Tanjung Api-Api Palembang.While the calculation of R value of 65,2 % indicates that the relationship between independent variable promotion and the selling price of dependent variable consumer satisfaction  has a relationship that is relatively strong because it is at intervals > 0,25 – 0,75. Based on coefficient of determination indicating that the influence of promotion and selling price consumer satisfaction of 40,5 % and the remaining (100% - 40,5 %) = 59,5 % is influenced by other factors not included in this research. Keywords : Promotion, Selling Price, And Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT         Study entitled "The Effect of Incentive and Reward Against Job Performance (Study on PT. PLN ( Persero ) WS2JB ) " was held on May 10 -30 July 2013 . Providing incentives for employees is very important in improving employee performance . This study aims to : 1 ) determine the influence of variables simultaneously Incentive and Reward ( x ) on Employee Job Performance ( y ) determine the dominant influence between variables Incentive and Reward ( x ) against the employee Job Performance . The method used is to use the questionnaire as a data collection tool to be distributed to respondents with a sample of 66 employees . . From simple linear regression test results obtained F - value of 22.893 count is greater than the F - table value of 3.49 at significant level 0.05 then Ho is rejected which means that the performance variable ( y ) is significantly influenced by variables Incentive and Reward ( x ) and Incentives . Coefficient ( R Square ) shows the number 0.450 which means that the variable Work Performance ( y ) by 45 % influenced by variables Incentive and Reward ( x ) while the remaining 55 % are influenced by variables other than the independent variable in this study . Thus the variable Incentives and Reward at PT . PT PLN ( Persero ) WS2JB there are strong ties to the Job Performance variable ( y ) . The conclusion from the research is that there is influence between variables incentives and rewards on work performance ( y ) . So the advice given is : In accordance with the results of research and discussion, it is advisable for the company to pay more attention to incentives and rewards ( x ) because it is proven to affect employee performance ( y ) . Keywords: Incentive and Reward , Job Performance
