Abstract

Krisis air telah menjadi fenomena global. Kerentanan atas ketersediaan air menjadi hal yang semakin meluas di Indonesia. Bencana kekeringan dan krisis air bersih menjadi tantangan yang akan semakin intens dihadapi masyarakat Indonesia. Kabupaten Malang merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Jawa Timur yang memiliki potensi sumber daya air yang cukup kaya. Meski memiliki 48 sumber mata air yang tersebar di 33 kecamatan, krisis air menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang mengancam Kabupaten Malang. Pada tahun 2012 terdapat 13 kecamatan dari total 33 kecamatan di Kabupaten Malang yang mengalami krisis air. Terjadinya krisis air pada daerah yang memiliki sumber daya air yang melimpah mengindikasikan adanya persoalan yang sedang terjadi dalam tata kelola sumber daya air. Paper ini memfokuskan pada pengkajian atas pengelolaan sumber mata air di wilayah Gunung Kawi, Kabupaten Malang, utamanya terkait dengan pola-pola partisipasi yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sumber daya berikut kontestasi kuasa yang terbangun. Paper ini berargumen bahwa kerentanan atas air dapat dikelola tatkala partisipasi masyarakat menjadi pondasi dalam tata kelola sumber data. Namun demikian, perkembangan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya juga memicu tumbuhnya kontestasi kuasa antar aktor tatkala terjadi transformasi pemanfaatan sumber daya kearah profit ekonomi.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi mendorong manusia untuk menjadi lebih kreatif dalam merespon dampak-dampak yang dihasilkan dari modernitas. Tanpa meninggalkan nilai-nilai lokalitas masyarakat desa mulai bergerak dengan mengoptimalkan potensi yang ada. Melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya alam yang ada di desa, masyarakat mulai meningkatkan kreativitas dengan memilih sektor wisata. Langkah yang diambil oleh masyarakat Dusun Kuniran adalah memilih wisata petik buah sebagai upaya meningkatkan kondisi sosial-ekonomi. Pengkajian masyarakat Dusun Kuniran Desa Jekek Kecamatan Baron Nganjuk dilakuakn delakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif desktiptif dengan meminjan konsep habitus dari Piere Bourdieu.Hasil kajian ini adalah (1) wisata petik buah merupakan inisiasi dari masyarakt dan dikelola secara mandiri dengan dukungan pemangku kepentingan setempat, (2) dengan memanfaatkan modal ekonimi, sosial, budaya dan simbolik menghasilkan usaha bersama untuk mengurangi pengangguran dan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. (3) terbangauannya habitus baru masyarakak Dusun Kuniran, yaitu lebih optimis berprofesi sebagai petani dan etos kerja semakin meningkat demi mendukung pengembangannya wisata petik buah. Solidaritas masyarakat Dusun Kuniran juga semakin meningkat demi terciptanya pembangunan desa dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Rukun and Tri Hita Karana had been conceptualized by scholars in anthropology as harmony in the Javanese and Balinese people from the late 20th until the early 21st century. These two kinds of philosophies still relevant amid the significant changes in the so-called modern society of Javanese and Balinese. This paper shows how rukun and Tri Hita Karana, which have been renowned along time will ensure the social resilience in the people of Purworejo and Tabanan when they are facing challenges. These two regions also remain still by the supports of organic actors who are ready to secure the harmony in the society. Data in this paper is collected from the focus group discussion and in-depth interviews in Purworejo and Tabanan as part of the research Penelitian Pembentukan Desa Berketahanan Sosial which is conducted in 2019 by Social Welfare Research and Development Agency of The Ministry of Social Services of Indonesia. Furthermore, this paper analyzed the meaning of harmony in the Purworejo and Tabanan people and their ability to face any changes. The results are; (1) Rukun and Tri Hita Karana still relevant in the people of Purworejo and Tabanan; (2) there are some organic actors who then help the society to keep the long-live philosophy of rukun and Tri Hita Karana.

Abstract

The study would like to see the relationship of emotional coping behavior with the aggressiveness of bonek mania soccer supporters. This research is a correlational quantitative study. The sample used in this study is 197 bonek mania supporters selected through a simple random sampling technique. The research instrument was a way of coping scale for the emotional-focused coping scale and an aggression questionnaire scale for the aggressiveness scale. Pearson's Product Moment Analysis on SPSS version 2.2 for Windows shows a correlational value of 0.271 with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). The results indicate that there is a correlation between emotional coping behavior and aggressive Bonek Mania.

Abstract

This research aims to know the corelation between big five personality (extraversion, neuroticism, conscinetiousness, agreeableness, & openness) and KPU trust. There was 548 respondens who participate in this research. Respondens are Indonesian citizens who have the right to vote and will participate in the next election in 2024. Respondens were collected by accidental sampling. Big five personality measured by Big Five Inventory 44-item Scale which has modificated by Ramdani (2012). KPU trust measured by KPU trust scale (Akhrani, 2019) which refers to Lewicki, McAllister, & Bies research in 1998. This research use stepwise method to analyse the data. Conscientiousness is the only trait which showed the correlation with KPU trust as the result of the stepwise method. Correlation coefficient shows at 0,107 (p<0,05) which means there is a weak correlation between conscientiousness and KPU trust.
