Abstract

This research aims at identifying and analyzing the Service Quality of Information and Documentation Officers.This is a qualitative research. The informants of this research are Information and Documentation Officers of Regional Secretariat of Palu and the people represented by the media were determined by purposive sampling technique. The techniques of the data collection were  observations, interviews, and documentations, while the data were analized by using data reduction, data grouping , interpretation of the data meaning, and  conclusions draw. The results show that the services of  the officers are qualified enough despite the reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy show good results, but the tangible aspect in terms of physical facilities equipment used is not adequate, the number of computers is limited, narrow room and the absence of a monitor in front of the room.

Abstract

The aim of this study; (1) to determine the effect of physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, esteem needs and self-actualization needs simultaneously (synchronously) on the performance of the follow-up team in North Mamuju District Inspectorate; (2) to determine the effect a partial physiological needs (people) on team performance follow-up; (3) the effect of the partial safety needs (people) on team performance follow-up; (4) the effect of the partial social needs (people) on team performance follow-up; (5) the effect of the partial award needs (people) on team performance follow-up; (6) the effect of partially self-actualization needs (people) to follow up the performance of the team. This type of research is quantitative descriptive and verification approach. This study population Inspectorate Team Follow-up on the North Mamuju regency with the number 40 with census sampling techniques so that the entire population sampled. Data collection techniques including observation, questionnaires, and documentation, while the technique of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed; (1) physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, esteem needs and self-actualization needs simultaneously (in unison) affect the team's performance follow-up to the Inspectorate of North Mamuju regency, with the effect of 80.2% and the degree of relationship very strong; (2) the physiological needs partial (individual) effect on the performance of the team follow-up; (3) safety needs partial (individual) effect on the performance of the team follow-up; (4) social needs partial (individual) effect on the performance of the team follow Further; (5) the need for a partial award (people) affect the team's performance follow-up; and (6) self-actualization needs partially (individual) effect on the performance of the team follow-up.

Abstract

The goal in this study to mengetahui kinerja employees in Regional Development Planning Agency of North Mamuju regency. This type of qualitative research. The informants employees in Regional Development Planning Agency of North Mamuju regency, with the technique of determining the informant is purposive sampling. Data collection methods include observation, interviews and documentation, while the technique of data analysis include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion (verification). The results showed that the employee has not fully have the ability because of the shortage of human resources who are less supportive so membua tpegawa ikurang understand the duties and less professional in their work. While motivas employees to do the job is not maximized because there are employees who must be suppressed and ruled by superiors at work, as well as the persistence of the employees should be given the training, guidance and education to support the quality of his work. But in terms of infrastructure and facilities, employees have been supported by it, other than that pegaai also receive additional incentives in the form of employee income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variable competencies (knowledge, skills, self-concept, personal characteristics and motives) on the performance of employees at the Department of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Mamuju Utara and influence competency partially on employee performance: the effect of knowledge, skills, self-concept, personal characteristics and motives of the performance of employees at the Department of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports of North Mamuju regency. The population in this research that all employees are scattered on each unit of work / field / secretariat within the Department of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports of North Mamuju regency. The method used is a survey that is explonary causal relationship in the form of a survey which aims to find out the pattern of a causal relationship between the variables of competence with the performance by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables competencies (knowledge, skills, self-concept, personal characteristics and motives) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the variable most dominant influence of competence, namely the skills and self-concept is the smallest influence on the performance of employees at the Department of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports of North Mamuju regency.

Abstract

Objective to know the form of an evaluation of the aspects of the barriers of government policy on financial supervision in Finance and Asset Management Agency District of North Mamuju. This type of research is qualitative. The method used is the collection of the data include: interviews, direct observation, and Documentation. Based on the results of the research implementation implemntasi Policy manajmen Finance Agency Financial Management and Asset District North Mamuju still need mandapat subsidy centers, because of the budget than income became a benchmark of the failure of the implementation of regional autonomy because of the data known that the region still require subsidies from and the center has not been able to manage existing resources seen from policy changes related to the welfare of society, it should be analyzed the characteristics of the problem. The amount of local expenditure than revenue due to the region in the process of financial management override of political communication between local government and parliament that is representative of the totality of the percentage of the population covered by the target group. So the program to achieve policy goals are not.

Abstract

The aim of this study; (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultaneous performance of the service quality of the vehicle testing bermotordi Department of Transportation, Communications and Information Technology of North Mamuju regency; (2) to determine the effect of partial performance of the service quality testing of motor vehicles in the Department of Transportation, Communications and Information Technology of North Mamuju regency. Theory of performance used from Kast and Rosenzweig (2002: 25), while the service quality theory from Parasuraman et al. (1988: 23). This type of research inikuantitatif. This study population pegawaidan society, where the number of employees 32 people, while in 1085 the community numbered drawn using the formula to 92 people. Employees using census sampling, while for people to use simple random sampling, and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed; (1) the effect of simultaneous kinerjaterhadap service quality testing of motor vehicles in the Department of Transportation, Communications and Information Technology of North Mamuju regency is determined by the dimensions of ability (ability), effort (effort), and the chance (opportunity), with the effect of 72.6% and tngkat a very strong relationship. This means that the rise of performance it will improve the quality of service. Descriptive analysis of the cumulative results show the ability (ability) has the highest percentage, especially on indicators of technological mastery, while the cumulative result is a low chance (opportunity) in terms of training opportunities; (2) The effect of partial kinerjaterhadap service quality testing of motor vehicles in the Department of Transportation, Communications and Information Technology of North Mamuju regency determined by ability (ability) significantly affects the quality of service. Effort (effort) significantly affects the quality of service, and the chance (opportunity) significantly affects the quality of service.

Abstract

The problems are formulated as: 1) Has the minumum subsistance wage and the implementation of wage system protected the workers/laborer?, 2) Has the minimum subsistance wage contributed to the workers/laborers’ welfare? It is under the supervision of Yasin Nahar and Surahman. This is normative research using qualitative analysis method. The research aimed at finding out that the minumum subsistance wage and the waging system stipulated by the local goverment have provided protection for workers/laborers in terms of their welfare. Progressive law reviews the legal procedure within different period. Legal procedure refers to the integration of various factors as the elements such as mission of law, paradigm used, the knowledge on constitutional regulation law, the use of specific theories. It also includes attitudes and psychological matters such as intention, commitment, dare, determination, emphaty, as well as compassion. The provincial minumum subsistance wage in Tolitoli Regency has not been fully provided welfare for the workers/laborers and employees due to the fact that some employers interpreted the meaning of minimum subsistance wage that if the workers/laborers have been payed with the minimum subsistance, the employers feel that they already satisfy their obligation based on the statements on the regulations.

Abstract

Performance Analysis Apparatus At the Highways Department, Central Sulawesi Province". The purpose of this study was to determine the performance Apparatus At the Highways Department, Central Sulawesi Province. This type of research with qualitative approach derived from the results of in-depth interviews. The location of research in the Department of Highways Office of Central Sulawesi province. The informants of five (5) employees with data sources include primary data and secondary data and data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis of the data by using interactive data analysis model. The results showed a good enough motivation obtained by the employees either through from the head or from among the employees motivate each other. Ability aspect, the employees are less well in understanding the task of making it less able to work optimally. And the opportunity aspect, the employees have not been uniformly given the flexibility in planning and carrying out its duties and responsibilities and be given the opportunity to participate in any implementation of the activities as well as training and education in the form of technical guidance to increase their capacity and experience.

Abstract

The aim of this study; (1) to identify and analyze the effect on employee performance competence simultaneous Department of Transportation, Communications and Information Technology of North Mamuju regency; (2) to identify and analyze the effect of a partial competence on the performance of staff at the Department of Transportation, Communications and Information Technology of North Mamuju regency. This type of research with a quantitative approach of this research is descriptive and quantitative. Population research staff at the Department of Transportation, Communications and Information Technology of North Mamuju regency totaling 38 people who were taken using census techniques so that all the population sampled. Data were analyzed using linear regression. The results showed; (1) the influence of competence simultaneously on the performance of staff at the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Mamuju Utara determined by motives (motives), properties (traits), the concept of self (self-concepts), knowledge (knowledge) and skills (skills) , Great influence on the performance of employee competence is 78.9% with the level of competence of the relationship between employee performance "very strong". It means that the rise of competence, it will improve the performance of employees in the Department of Transportation, Communications and Information Technology of North Mamuju regency; (2) the influence of competency partially on the performance of employees of the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Mamuju Utara determined by motives (motives), properties (traits), the concept of self (self-concepts), knowledge (knowledge) and skills (skills) .As results descriptive statistics shows the dimensions properties (traits) to obtain persentasetinggi, while the lower dimensions are knowledge and skill.
