Abstract

Poverty is a complex problem that occurs in almost every country, especially in a developing country like Indonesia. Data of Susenas showed that the poor in are in rural areas and majority of them depend on agriculture for their livelihood with relatively low incomes compared to residents who live in urban areas. This research intends to identify and to analyze the poverty conditions based on consumption spending on food and non-food commodities in Labuan Toposo village Labuan sub-district Donggala Regency. Method used was descriptive analysis using quantitative approach where the sample was taken trough Slovin formula. Data analysis method used was a poverty line calculation that was designed so as not to be separated from the actual BPS calculations. The result of this research revealed that the majority of the populations in Labuan Toposo village Labuan sub-district Donggala Regency still live below the poverty line.

Abstract

Abstract

The development in rural areas since support for development funding has the tendency to change the pattern of household consumption, therefore attention to consumption patterns in rural areas has become a good topic for research. This study aims to determine the consumption patterns of the five largest food commodities by utilizing descriptive analysis of 6,178 households obtained from the 2017 Susenas national secondary data. Found 8 types of dominant food commodities in rural household consumption and identified as the 5 largest food commodities, namely: (1) rice; (2) cigarettes; (3) mixed rice; (4) fish; and (5) sugar. It was also found that food consumption tends to increase along with increasing income.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out inappropriate space utilization due to the pressure of develompent is caused of develompent thai is not in accordance with the regional spatial planning and the deviation from the realization and contribution of buildiding construction permits. The results of of the research show that (1) the construction of resident in new district has not all been in accordance with the regional spatial planning. (2)  Lack of socialization regarding the procedures for arranging construction permits, some people do not understand the way to manage it. (3) There are no deviations from the realization of building construction permits with spatial planning from related agencies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the conditions of traditional markets based on the level of comfort, security and competition between traders. To know and analyze the process of distribution of goods and services at the level of traders in traditional markets and to find out and analyze the steps taken by the government related to the management of traditional markets. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis technique that is frequency analysis. The population of this research is traders or sellers in the traditional markets of Buko District, Banggai Kepulauan Regency, both retail and wholesale traders as much as 83 people. The sampling technique uses saturated or census sampling. The results showed that the condition of traditional markets in Buko sub-district according to the majority of traders were in a comfortable, safe condition with a healthy level of competition. The process of distribution of goods from traders to consumers is felt quite good based on the acquisition of a mean value of 3.50. The Banggai Kepulauan Regency Government through Law No. 3 of 2008 concerning protection, empowerment of traditional markets and structuring of modern markets is trying to make improvements. This is based on the acquisition of the mean value of 3.42.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know whether the Regional Real Income, General Allocation Fund, simultaneously affect the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Sulawesi Propince in the period of 2010-2016 and the Regional Real Revenue, General Allocation Fund, Specific Allocations Fund partially effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Sulawesi Propince 2010-2016 Period. The testing in this research was Multiple Linear Regression data  panel with coefficient Determination, F test, and t for all data were processed by using Eviews 7.0. The result of F test shows the Regional Real Revenue, General Allocation Fund, and Specific Allocation Fund, simultaneously affect the Gross Regional Domestic Product. It shows a larger F-count 56.06551> F- table of 0.05 where of the t test Result only Regional Real Income and the Specific Allocation Fund affecting the Gross Regional Bruto Product.
