Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Properti, Real Estate dan Konstruksi Bangunan yang terdaftar di LQ45 Periode 2015-2018. Sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 6 perusahaan yang akan dijadikan objek penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel likuiditas (X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (Y) dan variabel profitabilitas (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (Y). Koefisien regresi untuk variabel likuiditas yang menunjukan hubungan negatif mengindikasikan bahwa adanya modal kerja yang cukup, memungkinkan bagi perusahaan untuk beroperasi secara maksimal dan tidak mengalami kesulitan akibat krisis keuangan, akan tetapi modal kerja yang berlebihan juga memberikan dampak yang kurang baik bagi perusahaan dimana hal ini menunjukkan terdapat dana yang tidak produktif, sehingga dana kas yang ada pada perusahaan harus berada pada titik yang optimal

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penulisan ini, untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penulisan ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis jalur menggunakan Smarth PLS 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja berdasarkan koefisien jalur pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,485 dengan nilai t-hitung 5,146 uji parsial diperoleh nilai t-hitung yang lebih besar dari 1,96. Budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, diperoleh koefisien jalur sebesar 0,332 dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 4,543, dimana dengan nilai t-hitung yang lebih besar dari 1,96. lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh koefisien jalur sebesar 0,433 dengan nilai t-hitung 7,023 > 1,96. Budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai koefisien sebesar 0,206 dan secara parsial diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,204 yang lebih dari 1,96. Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai koefisien sebesar 0,431 Sedangkan dari hasil uji parsial diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 6,329 yang lebih besar dari 1,96. Pengaruh langsung lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,433, pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,209.

Abstract

This writing is a study of the number of labor force and unemployment which aims to see the employment relationship and the factors that affect the unemployment rate. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showt that potentially, Indonesia has human resource capabilities to be developed and in other parties are faced problems of manpower fields. The development of the number of labor force is rapid but not followed by sufficient employment opportunities. Another obstacle is the supply of labor that is not in accordance with the needs or certain qualifications demanded by the labor market even though the demand is very high, which causes higher unemployment. The minimum wage also greatly affects the unemployment rate. The wages set by the government greatly affect the existing unemployment rate. Any increase in the wage rate will be followed by a fall in the workforce that follows, which means unemployment. It is hoped that the Government's commitment to increase the opening of new jobs that can absorb a large number of workers to reduce the unemployment rate which has implications for signs of the poverty rate.

Abstract

This writing aims to analyze and examine the effect of brand image, product quality, promotion and service quality on consumer satisfaction of telurgulungku in fun street Adam Malik. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive and associative approaches. The data model analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that brand image, product quality, promotion and service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction partially or simultaneously. The brand image that is formed by my telurgulungku will well affect consumer satisfaction and in making Telurgulungku products pay attention to the quality of the product produced by providing an identity or characteristics compared to similar products on the market to consumers in terms of texture, taste, distinctive legit aroma and hygienic packaging. which guarantees the safety and cleanliness of the product when consumed by consumers. One of the ways to promote Telurgulungku is carried out by means of direct selling or a method of selling certain goods and services to consumers by face-to-face outside fixed shop locations by the marketing network. This shows that the influence of brand image, product quality, promotion and service quality is still effective in its use in world marketing in the present era.

Abstract

One of the most interesting topics in studies related to women, family to marriage is the issue of the age of first marriage for women. This study aims to determine the social, economic and demographic factors on the age at first marriage of women in Indonesia. Cox proportional hazard regression analysis was applied to the results data. The results indicate that singulate mean age at marriage (SMAM) and the average age at first marriage for women in Indonesia are around 23.42 years and 19.52 years, respectively. The results of both bivariate and multivariate statistical analysis show that all independent variables significantly determine the time of women's first marriage in Indonesia. The variables level of education, residence and female birth cohort are the most significant variables in the model. This study found that women from the youngest generation (gene Z) had a higher likelihood of marrying earlier than women from the previous generation. Overall, it was found that there was a shift in the factor at determinant age the first marriage of women, where education was the barometer, so that more vigorous efforts are needed to keep Indonesian women in school for a long time, in this case, girls who come from economically disadvantaged households should be given a full free scholarship up to the level of undergraduate education.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of writing to know the causes of single mother, the impact and efforts of single mothers to overcome these impacts, using qualitative research methods with phenomenological approaches that highlight the life of single mothers. Results showed that the causes of single mothers were economic stress, domestic violence, death of a spouse and infidelity. The impact, although single mother condition is not expected but this condition also has a positive impact on cases that harm women (domestic violence and infidelity). The negative impact experienced besides psychic then financial condition becomes the impact that most affects single mother. The efforts of single mothers to overcome the negative impact sparked by reorganize their family life after becoming a single mother, motivating themselves to stay strong and spirited by thinking positively and optimistically, in addition to organizing the family economy in the field of trade and beauty services, where the main priority of single mother is educating, raising her children and meeting the economic needs of the family, in addition to the support of large single mother families is very influential.
