Abstract

This research aims to review the impact of lecturer’s competence and the response of friendly user e-leaning toward student’s motivation. The data sources of this research involved 100 informants from new student who field in management study program of STIE Mikroskil on academic year 2020-2021 who have run long distance teaching and learning activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data gathering used questioner technique with all respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS software tool. The hypothesis of this research partially shows that the independent variable for both lecturer’s competence and the response of using e-learning have significant effect toward student’s motivation. The data gathering used questioner technique with all respondents. Suggestions for the STIE Mikroskil Management Study Program to continue to develop lecturer competencies and ease of using e-learning so that student learning motivation is also increasing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi dosen dan persepsi kemudahan menggunakan e-learning terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian ini melibatkan 100 mahasiswa baru Program Studi Manajemen STIE Mikroskil Tahun Ajaran 2020-2021 yang menjalankan kegiatan belajar mengajar jarak jauh di masa pandemik Covid 19. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat bantu software SPSS. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan kedua variabel independen menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dosen maupun persepsi menggunkan aplikasi E-learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Saran untuk Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Mikroskil agar terus melakukan Pengembangan kompetensi dosen dan kemudahan menggunakan e-learning agar motivasi belajar mahasiswa juga semakin meningkat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of price, promotion and product quality on Affinois purchasing decisions partially or simultaneously. The sampling technique was using probability sampling technique with a proportionate stratified random sampling approach, the number of samples in this study amounted to 95 respondents. The method of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research, it was found that the price and promotion variables partially influence the purchasing decision, while the product quality variable partially has no effect on the purchasing decision. However, simultaneously variables, price, promotion, and product quality affect purchasing decisions. The result of the coefficient of determination is 50.2%, this shows that the variables consisting of price, promotion and product quality affect the purchasing decision variables by 50.2%. While the remaining 49.8% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Each company needs some foundation in order to develop in the future, between the foundation is the quality of human resources that enable them to formulate and implement any strategies and use various technologies to achieve the goal. This research aims to determine the impact of the intelligence quotient, emotional quotient through employee performance on spiritual question as an intervening variable. The sampling technique using probability sampling with simple random sampling approach with a sample of 84 employees. The data obtained has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test and processed using path analysis equation to determine the direct and indirect impact on the independent variables through the dependent variable. The findings of this research show that partially the intellectual intelligence has a significant impact on the variables of spiritual intelligence but it does not directly has impact on the employee performance, emotional intelligence partially has a significant impact on spiritual intelligence variables but it doesn’t directly has impact on the employee performance, spiritual intelligence has a significant direct impact on the employee performance and Simultaneously the intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence or spiritual intelligence have impact on the employee performance and intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence have a significant impact on the employee performance through the employee spiritual intelligence.

Abstract

This writing aims to analyze and examine the effect of brand image, product quality, promotion and service quality on consumer satisfaction of telurgulungku in fun street Adam Malik. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive and associative approaches. The data model analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that brand image, product quality, promotion and service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction partially or simultaneously. The brand image that is formed by my telurgulungku will well affect consumer satisfaction and in making Telurgulungku products pay attention to the quality of the product produced by providing an identity or characteristics compared to similar products on the market to consumers in terms of texture, taste, distinctive legit aroma and hygienic packaging. which guarantees the safety and cleanliness of the product when consumed by consumers. One of the ways to promote Telurgulungku is carried out by means of direct selling or a method of selling certain goods and services to consumers by face-to-face outside fixed shop locations by the marketing network. This shows that the influence of brand image, product quality, promotion and service quality is still effective in its use in world marketing in the present era.

Abstract

Penggunaan sepeda sebagai alat transportasi saat ini telah ditinggalkan oleh sebagian besar masyarakat sehingga berdampak kurang menguntungkan bagi bisnis yang bergerak di bidang penjualan sepeda. Penelitian ini membahas kontribusi harga dan kualitas pelayanan dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Penetapan sampel penelitian yang digunakan Non Probability Sampling dengan metode Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 pelanggan. Data-data yang diperoleh dari responden yang telah memenuhi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas diolah untuk menghasilkan persamaan regresi linier berganda kemudian dilakukan uji data dengan menggunakan uji t untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi variabel independen yang diteliti terbukti secara signifikan berpengaruh secara parsial meningkatkan variabel dependen serta melalui uji F diketahui bahwa kedua variabel independen yang diteliti secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of location, price and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions for medical devices at PT. Alexa Medika. The research method used is a qualitative method with a quantitative approach. The study population comes from consumers who have purchased medical devices at PT Alexa Medika. The sample used in this study amounted to 86 people, obtained using a saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that location and price partially influenced purchasing decisions and service quality did not partially influence purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, location, price and service quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the result of Adjusted R Square is 31.6%. This shows that the ability of location, price and service quality in explaining purchasing decisions is only 36.1% while 68.4% is explained by other things that are not examined.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the contribution of brand ideals, promotions and service quality to customer satisfaction at Brastagi Supermarket. This research is an associative research, namely research that provides an overview of the relationship and influence of two or more variables. The research population came from consumers of Brastagi Supermarket with a sample of 167 respondents. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique with a accidental sampling approach, namely the researcher chose the sample subjectively. Data analysis was carried out with SPSS software. From the results of the study concluded that brand image and service quality partially affect consumer satisfaction, while promotion does not partially affect customer satisfaction. Then, together, brand image, promotion and service quality can influence consumer satisfaction with a coefficient of determination (R²) 56.2 indicating that brand image, promotion and service quality are only able to explain consumer satisfaction by 56.2% while 43 ,8,4% explained by other variables. Suggestions for continued research that aims to determine other variables that play a role in realizing customer satisfaction, should be expanded by adding other variables such as store atmosphere, product quality and price.

Abstract

Approximately 600 families inhabit the Kampung Nelayan of Medan Belawan District; most of them work as fishermen. The people of Kampung Nelayan have limited facilities and relatively low knowledge of entrepreneurship which caused an inability to maximize the potential of marine natural resources and mangrove forest resources. Entrepreneurship workshop activities are carried out to equip the public to have a good knowledge of entrepreneurship, which is expected to generate and increase the spirit of entrepreneurship in utilizing and managing the potential of natural resources into high selling value products. The activities were carried out using a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest approach. The results of the pretest and post-test were used to measure changes in participants knowledge. The results of the outreach activities showed that there was a change in participants entrepreneurial knowledge, marked by an increase in the average number of pretest and post-test scores. However, in terms of the number of individual scores, there were variations in participants' knowledge, namely increasing, constant, and decreasing. Following up on this result, it is necessary to conduct entrepreneurship assistance and workshops to implement knowledge in managing businesses and marketing them to improve the economy.

Abstract

Weak managerial BUMDes in Silom-lom Village because most of the personnel in the management structure do not fully work for BUMDes, this condition needs to be overcome because it can hinder the effectiveness of BUMDes in producing optimal performance. Another thing that becomes an obstacle to weak management is related to the uneven level of knowledge of managers and different educational backgrounds so that the perspective and mindset of managers in responding to challenges and opportunities differ from one another. The purpose of this managerial training is an effort to transfer knowledge and managerial skills in managing BUMDes with lectures, discussions and question and answer activities. The implementation stages are carried out by compiling the material, training activities, working on the pre test, presenting the material, and closing with filling out the post test. The results of the evaluation of the activities showed that there was an increase in the understanding of the participants. This can be seen in the statement items 2,3,4,6,7,8, and 10 there is an increase in the score from the pre test results. The statement contains understanding the functions of organizational management, understanding how to implement management knowledge into the organization, Managers are people who are fully responsible for management, are able to compile monthly reports including financial reports, are able to make strategic management better, understand business formats including organizational structure, and understand how to manage teamwork within the organization. With the implementation of this activity, managers gain increased knowledge of managing and developing a business.

Abstract

The development of the automotive industry has not been matched by the existence of workshops for motorcycles. In some areas, the number of workshops cannot cover the needs their need as to. the customer satisfaction so that in this study is needed to indicate the variable observed such as service quality, price, and location in Murah Rezeki Motorcycle Workshop Stabat, either simultaneously or partially. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used incidental sampling method with a total sample of 96 respondents. The data analysis method is the multiple linear regression analysis. The result found that the variables of service quality, price, and location partially and simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. The result of the coefficient of determination is 35%. It shows that the variables consisting of service quality, price, and location affect the customer satisfaction variable by 35.0%, while the remaining 65% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.
