Abstract

Background research on the motivation of companies implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a researcher look at the companies in Indonesia, many CSR activities, even advertise their activities, but whether the long-term benefits that are directly impacting stakeholders.      This study used a qualitative approach that is the case study, to investigate a specific phenomenon that takes into account the elements of time, place and circumstances in which this phenomenon occurs in order to obtain a thorough and in-depth understanding of the phenomenon.      The results showed that the application of CSR by PT. Djarma Aru was successful, because the local community has much to gain, though still undeniably a counter opinion on the success of the CRS. Implementation of CSR by companies have reached the stage of Corporate Citizenship, but in this application the company experienced a number of problems both internal and external PT. Djarma Aru has experienced ups and downs of business related to CSR, but the results obtained are quite satisfactory because with the passage of CSR companies can run well and got pretty good support from the community, although there is no denying the community and local government still expects more of which has been executed.

Abstract

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk: Mengetahui bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap para pekerja  kontrak yang di PHK dalam masa kontrak sesuai dengan Undang- Undang No.13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Mengetahui bagaimana upaya hukum yang dapat ditempuh apabila terjadi PHK dengan menggunakan Teknik analisis data dalam yaitu teknik kualitatif. Analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan data yang diperoleh baik data primer maupun data sekunder yang selanjutnya diikuti dengan penafsiran dan kesimpulan Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja Yang dilakukan oleh PT.Medco termasuk perselisihan hubungan industrial yang pemutusannya harus melalui prosedur yang berlaku dan hal itu sebenarnya sudah dilakukakn oleh pihak perusahaan yakni dengan melakukan perundingan dengan para karyawan dan kasus inipun sudah ditanagani oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Merauke yang dalam hal ini sebagai fasilitator untuk menyelesaikan pemutusan Hubungan Kerja tersebut.

Abstract

Interesting case that drew international attention to the internatinal society case between Pertamina Vs Karaha Bodas Company, where the obvious interest of a very different friction between the two, especially the company Karaha Bodas is a company incorporated under the capital flows both from within and from outside, where more priority to the company's goal is profit oriented and the other national companies or pertamina prefer the national interest.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji (1) Seberapa besar pengaruh langsung akuntabilitas publik terhadap komitmen aparatur kampung  Wasur?; (2) Seberapa besar pengaruh tidak langsung akuntabilitas publik melalui informasi pekerjaan relevan (JRI) terhadap komitmen aparatur kampung Wasur?; (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh langsung akuntabilitas publik terhadap kinerja aparatur kampung  Wasur?; dan (4) Seberapa besar pengaruh tidak langsung akuntabilitas publik melalui informasi pekerjaan relevan (JRI) terhadap kinerja aparatur kampung Wasur?Yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah para aparatur kampung Wasur. Dalam penelitian ini metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling dengan pertimbangan semua para aparatur kampung akan menjadi sampel sebanyak 38 orang, dan akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan uji-F hasil secara keseluruhan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan dimana p<0,05, dan keseluruhan akuntabilitas publik berpengaruh signifikan dimana p<0,05. Serta hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa koefisien estimasi pada pengaruh langsung (sebesar 0,601) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pengaruh tidak langsung (sebesar 0,0686). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa interaksi akuntabilitas public dan JRI tidak dapat meningkatkan komitmen, atau dengan kata lain JRI tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara akuntabilitas publik dengan komitmen

Abstract

      This study aims to determine and Influence on Performance And Motivation Education Government Apparatus Kampung Onggari In Kabaupaten Merauke. The method used in this study is the case study approach, this type of research is descriptive quantitative, and the nature of the research is the explanation (explanatory).      Method of data collection by interviews and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. Apparatus village population is Onggari in Merauke District Malind who were 30 respondents. Determination of the number of samples in this study uses total sampling so that the sample taken as many as 30 people.      Multiple regression analysis of research findings, simultaneously education, and motivation affect the performance of government officers in the discharge of governmental hometown village district onggari Malind Merauke district. This means that educational factors, and motivation is crucial to the performance of all government officers in the discharge of governmental kampung kampung onggari Malind district Merauke district, while partial education and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of government officers in the discharge of governmental kampung kampung onggari Malind district in Merauke district. This means that the performance of government officers in the discharge of governmental kampung kampung onggari Malind district Merauke district is largely determined by education and motivation.

Abstract

The aims of research are to a) examine and analyze the influence of the variable of operating cash flow component, b) examine and analyze the influence of the variable of investment cash flows component, c) examine and analyze the influence of the variable of financing cash flow component, and d) examine and analyze the effect of accounting profit variable.       The population  in the research were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange the period 2005 to 2010. The samples was selected buy using purposive sampling method consisting of 20 manufacturing companies.       The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 17 program. Test results of the research indicate a) determination R2 = 50.6%, b) Test F = 29 451, c) t test, Operating cash flow and accounting profit indicate that two variables have influence on the stock price with the significant value of each of them 0.000. Meanwhile, investment Cash Flow and financing cash flow indicate that the two variable do not have a significant each value 0.426 and 0.940.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengaruh Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Nilai Informasi Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Pada Kabupaten Merauke.      Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sumberdaya manusia terhadap nilai informasi laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah pada kabupaten Merauke. Populasi dalam penelitian ini Setda Kabupaten Merauke, sampel penelitian yang diambil sebanyak 34 responden. Analisis data dengan regresi sederhana. Pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 17.      Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sumberdaya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai informasi laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah pada kabupaten Merauke.

Abstract

   The purpose of this study was to examine (1) how much public accountability positive and significant effect on the performance of the apparatus onggaya village ?; (2) How big is the budget goal clarity positive and significant effect on the performance of the apparatus onggaya village ?; and (3) How big is the public accountability and clarity of the budget target positive and significant effect on the performance of the apparatus onggaya hometown?      This research is an empirical study designed to determine the effect of public accountability and budget goal clarity on the performance of the apparatus Onggaya village. That will be the sample in this study is the apparatus Kampug Onggaya much as 34 people.       The results showed that the variables of public accountability and no significant positive effect on the performance as seen in the value of 3,362 t count> t-table 1.690 and 0.72 level of significance of independent variables. Variable budget goal clarity bepengaruh positive and significant impact on performance, it is seen from 5888 t count> t-table with a significant level of 0.000 1.690. And of ANOVA (analysis of variance) or F test, obtained by 26 904 F count> F-table 4.130 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. In other words, public accountability and clarity of budget targets simultaneously positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of tax service, tax penalty, and taxpayers’ awareness on  taxpayers’ compliance. The population included individual taxpayers registered in the Tax Service Office of Merauke. The primary data were collected in a survey method by giving questionnaires to 187 respondents; and the sample were selected by using simple random sampling. The data were then analysed by using multiple linear regression method with SPSS program. The results revealed that all variables in the hypothesis testing have positive parameter coefficient. The effect of  tax service, tax penalty, and taxpayers’ awareness on taxpayers’ compliance are significant, as all t-statistic value are greater than t-table 1.653 at a significance level of 5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: To determine the performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Papua Manokwari area with  balanced scorecard approach. Type of research is descriptive-analytical type.       Results showed that 1) Performance of growing and learning with the concept of balanced scorecard has four (4) indicators of employee satisfaction, level of company information, employee turnover and employee productivity levels. From these indicators that need attention by PLN (Persero) Branch Papua Manokwari area for quality improvement is employee satisfaction "enough." Regional Branch Papua Manokwari need to increase the prosperity, harmony so that employees can create a dynamic working conditions and comfortable. 2) The performance of internal business process aspect of a balanced scorecard approach using indicators of innovation and progress. And has a process indicator score of "less".. This is caused by a lack of facilities and extent of the working area of PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Papua Manokwari District. 3) The performance of the customer aspect that reflects the company's ability to provide services and meet customer expectations for the desired level of service quality, measured by obtaining a balanced scorecard approach based on research results and data obtained by the score of "adequate "Highest Percentage but is" not satisfied "for the services of  PLN (Persero) Branch Papua Manokwari District. PT. Aspect customers is the aspect that most high level of sensitivity in shaping customer satisfaction even more PLN (Persero) Branch Papua Manokwari District is in the public service sector. With a score of "adequate" service PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Papua PLN (Persero) Regional Branch Papua Manokwari longer need achieve a score of "good".. And the point must be observed by the PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Papua Manokwari District is fulfilling its promise to customers. 4) In the perspective of the financial aspect, the balanced scorecard applied to help achieve financial tujuab, but at. PLN (Persero) Branch Papua Manokwari area of financial performance for the return on investment ratio is not optimal operation.
