Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the presence of students who: truant, students who come late to school, students who are not well-dressed, students who fight in the school environment, students who damage school facilities. The purpose of this study was to describe the maladaptive behavior of students in class XI State Senior High School 7 Kerinci. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The research population was 280 students with 165 samples selected by proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics of percentage classification techniques. The results of research on the maladaptive behavior of students in class XI State Senior High School 7 Kerinci are in the fairly high category. Keywords: Behavior, Maladaptive, Students.  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya peserta didik yan: membolos, peserta didik yang datang terlambat kesekolah, peserta didik yang tidak berpakaian rapi, peserta didik yang berkelahi di lingkungan sekolah, peserta didikyang merusak fasilitas sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku maladaptif peserta didik di kelas XI Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 7 Kerinci. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah 280 peserta didik  dengan 165 sampel yang dipilih dengan teknik proposional random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif teknik klasifikasi persentase.  Hasil penelitian tentang perilaku maladaptif peserta didik di kelas XI Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 7 Kerinci berada pada kategori cukup tinggi.   Kata Kunci : Perilaku, Maladaptif, Peserta Didik.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the existence of students who mock and make fun of their friends, there are students who like to spit on their friends and there are students who humiliate their friends when the learning process takes place. The purpose of this study was to describe the bullying behavior of students at State Senior High School 1 Pancung Soal. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The study population was 159 students who were selected by proportional random sampling technique with 61 participants. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Meanwhile, for data analysis using percentage classification. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the bullying behavior of students at the State High School 1 Pancung Soal is in the fairly high category. This research is recommended to students in order to reduce unfavorable behavior towards fellow friends by fostering positive thinking in order to maintain an attitude of friendship with each other. Kwyword : Behavior, Bullying, Students. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya peserta didik yang yang mengejek dan memperolok-olokkan temannya, adanya peserta didik yang suka meludahi teman dan adanya peserta didik yang mempermalukan temannya ketika proses belajar berlangsung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang perilaku bullying peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Pancung Soal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah 159 peserta didik yang dipilih dengan teknik propotional random sampling dengan 61 partisipan. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket. Sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan klasifikasi persentase.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perilaku bullying peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Pancung Soal berada pada kategori cukup tinggi.   Penelitian ini direkomendasikan kepada peserta didik agar dapat mengurangi perilaku yang kurang baik terhadap sesama teman dengan cara menumbuhkan pemikiran positif agar dapat menjaga sikap pertemanan satu sama lain. Kata Kunci : Perilaku , Bullying, Peserta Didik.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the lack of prosocial behavior in students such as not caring when their friends are: sick, have no money, there are students who do not want to study, there are students who do not want to provide support to their friends who excel. The above phenomenon is influenced by the level of intelligence of students. The purpose of this research is to describe; (1) students' emotional intelligence, (2) students' prosocial behavior, and (3) examines the effect of students' emotional intelligence on students' prosocial behavior. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were students of class IX State Junior High School 12 Padang totaling 280 people. The research sample was taken using a simple random sampling formula so that the sample obtained was 74 people. Collecting data using questionnaires, data analysis using descriptive statistics with proportions and simple linear regression techniques. The findings of this study are: (1) students' emotional intelligence is in a fairly high category, (2) students' prosocial behavior is in a fairly high category. and (3) There is a significant and positive contribution between emotional intelligence on students' prosocial behavior. Keyword : emotional, intelligence, prosocial, behavior, students ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena kurangnya perilaku prososial pada siswa seperti tidak peduli ketika temannya: sedang sakit, tidak punya uang, ada ada siswa yang tidak mau belajar berkelompok, ada siswa yang tidak mau memberikan dukungan kepada temannya yang berprestasi. Fenomena di atas diduga dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kecerdasan peserta didik.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan; (1) Kecerdasan emosional siswa, (2) perilaku prososial siswa, dan (3) menguji pengaruh kecerdasan emosional siswa terhadap perilaku prososial siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 12 Padang yang berjumlah 280 orang. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan rumus simple random sampling sehingga sampel berjumlah 74 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan teknik persentase dan regresi linier sederhana. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Kecerdasan emosional siswa berada pada kategori cukup tinggi, (2) Perilaku prososial siswa berada pada kategori cukup tinggi.  dan (3) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dan positif antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap perilaku prososial siswa. Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan, emosional, perilaku, prososial, siswa

Abstract

ABSTRACT Counseling is the process of providing assistance by professionals to individuals/groups of people to develop Effective Daily Livingg (EDL) and deal with Disrupted Effective Daily Livingg (D-EDL). The counselor's professionalism in dealing with various kinds of individual incidents/problems can be seen from the evaluation of the services performed and their implications in everyday life. In gender equality, professional counselors can distinguish how to provide solutions to gender (male and female). Gender differences must be understood by professional counselors. The research uses a qualitative research method with a literature review approach by finding, studying and analyzing theoretical references that are relevant to the problem. The research attempts to review a number of references in the form of books, scientific articles and other documents that discuss the concept of gender and gender characteristics, gender-based counseling and the role of counselors in gender. Kwyword : Counseling, gender, counselor, Male, Female ABSTRAKKonseling adalah proses pemberian bantuan yang dilakukan oleh tenaga professional kepada individu/ sekelompok orang untuk mengembangakan Kehidupan Efektif Sehari-hari (KES) dan  menangani Kehidupan Efektif Sehari-hari-Tergaggu (KES-T). Keprofesionalan konselor dalam menangani berbagai macam ragam kejadian/ permasalahan individu dampak dilihat dari evaluasi layanan yang dilakukan serta implikasinya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dalam penyetaraan gender konselor yang profesional dapat membedakan cara memberikan solusi kepada gender (pria dan wanita). Perbedaan gender harus dipahami oleh konselor yang profesional. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif pendekatan kajian literatur dengan mencari, mempelajari dan menganalaisis referensi teori yang relevan dengan permasalahan. Penelitian berupaya melakukan tinjauan terhadap sejumlah referensi berupa buku, artikel ilmiah dan dokumen lain yang membahas tentang konsep gender dan karakteristik gender, konseling berdasarkan gender serta peran konselor  dalam gender. Kata Kunci : Konseling, Jender, Konselor, Laki-laki, Perempuan

Abstract

ABSTRACT The COVID-19 pandemic that is currently engulfing the world is very influential on the survival and activities of citizens around the world. The current phenomenon in Indonesia also closes and limits all mass-related activities, including online learning or learning from home. This study aims to describe effective learning information services and the importance of education during a pandemic using an approach to children. Study. This study uses a quantitative approach using a descriptive method. The subjects in this study were children who were still in elementary school in Dukuh Mundu, Gedongan Village, Plupuh District, Sragen Regency. The process of data collection using online questionnaires via google form. Data analysis used descriptive statistics with percentage techniques. The results showed that 80% of the material presented was accessible, 85% of the children were enthusiastic in providing information services and the approach used was very good.  Key Words : Covid 19 Pandemic, Information Service, Learning, Education  ABSTRAK Pandemi Covid19 yang sedang melanda dunia saat ini sangat berpengaruh bagi keberlangsungan hidup dan kegiatan warga di seluruh dunia. Fenomena yang sedang terjadi di indonesia saat ini juga menutup dan membatasi semua kegiatan yang menimbulkan kerumunan masa, termasuk pembelaajaran dilakukan juga secara online atau belajar dari rumah.  Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mendeskripsikan layanan informasi belajar efektif dan pentingnya pendidikan di masa pandemi dengan mengunakan pendekatan pada anak. Penelitian. ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode deskriptif. Adapun subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak-anak yang masih duduk di bangku Sekolah Dasar di Dukuh Mundu, Desa Gedongan, Kecamatan Plupuh, Kabupaten Sragen. Proses pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner secara online melalui google form. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan teknik persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 80% materi yang disampaikan dapat dipahami, 85% anak-anak antusias dalam proses pemberian layanan informasi dan pendekatan yang digunakan sangat bagus.Kata Kunci : Pandemi Covid 19, Layanan Informasi, Pembelajaran, Pendidikan
