Abstract

The background of the selection of this title is based on empirical and theoretical studies, that the development of the Al-Qur'an reading and writing of the students should properly be considered. Based on preliminary observations, some of the students in the PAI study program in the ability to read Al-Qur'an were considered not able to read the Koran properly and correctly because when the new student entrance examination selection did not have the Al-Qur'an reading test. And when getting the Tahsinul Qiroah course also done by educators is not maximal. This can be seen from the results of an interview with one of the instructors, saying that 25 students had not been fluent in reading the Qur'an even 15 people had not been able to read the Koran properly. Supported also by looking at the documentation of the results of the Tahsinul Qiroah course (Student's Al-Qur'an Writing) there are still many who are below the average score. This research is motivated by a problem, namely first, what is the pattern of Al-Qur'an reading and writing for students of PAI FITK UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Study Program; Second, what are the results of the Al-Qur'an reading and writing coaching for students of PAI FITK UIN Raden Fatah Palembang; and Third, what factors influence the implementation of Al-Qur'an reading and writing for students of PAI Study Program at FITK UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Qualitative descriptive research aims to increase the facts, circumstances and phenomena that occur when research takes place and present data as is. The location of the study was Student of PAI FITK UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.

Abstract

This research appears from the desire of researchers to see how the public schools system combining a curriculum that aims to instill students Character values. It is interesting to see the integrated system offered, there is a series of activities implemented. And this is the background of researchers to see the implementation of Integrated Curriculum as a model for fostering Student Character at Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Indralaya IT Middle School. This type of research is field research using a qualitative approach. The method of data collection is through observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that: 1) The curriculum model applied in Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga IT Middle School is an integrated curriculum model that combines national curriculum, JSIT curriculum and Islamic Boarding School Curriculum which include: Dormitory and boarding activities and extracurricular activities which can be chosen 2) Implementation of Character values in Sakatiga Raudhatul Ulum IT Middle School Includes: Religious, Honest, Tolerance, Discipline, Hard Work, Creative, Independent, Democratic, Curiosity, Nationality Spirit, appreciate the achievement, friendship / communicative, Love Peace, Love to Read, care about the environment, Care about the society, and responsibility. As well as 10 character building values which include: healthy and strong, noble, broad knowledge, independent life, clean faith, true worship, tough in facing challenges, careful in managing time, disciplined in all matters, and widely useful. 3) The method of applying character building for students in Sakatiga Raudhatul Ulum IT Middle School includes: Character Implementation Through the School Learning activities, Character Implementation is integrated in extracurricular activities, and Character Implementation is integrated in boarding activities

Abstract

Education so far has not yet applied Humanistic learning which is actually very important because it has a goal that can shape students to be human so the researchers chose the topic of Humanistic learning so that education in schools can understand the potential possessed by students not only nature only positive fields. Humanistic learning initiated by Carl R. Rogers aims to shape learners' personalities not only in the cognitive aspect but more emphasized in the attitudes and social aspects, he also advocates an educational approach should try to make learning and teaching more human, more personal, and meaningful. Humanistic theory is a learning theory that tends towards philosophy, so that its implementation in learning PAI is still difficult to do in practical and operational learning steps, but the contribution is so large. The concepts, ideas, taxonomies of objectives that have been formulated can help educators and teachers in understanding human nature. This will be able to assist them in determining learning components such as goal formulation, material determination, selection of learning strategies, and development of evaluation tools, towards the formation of the aspired human. The research method used by researchers is qualitative by looking at social phenomena and understanding the meaning of human behavior. This research is descriptive in this study trying to explain or illustrate the implementation of Carl R Rogers' humanistic learning theory on Islamic religious learning.

Abstract

This article aims to study the tradition of “muhadlarah” in Mts Salafiyyah Menganti Gresik. It focuses on how this tradition becomes a medium for the students of Mts Salafiyyah to understand as well as study Islam as a “Rahmatan lil ‘alamin” i.e. Islam for All. This article uses qualitative method and sociology communication approach through in-depth interview with some related resources, particularly headmasters of the school and its Islamic institution. It is found from this research that the tradition of “muhadlarah” play a big role on, in one hand, transforming students for becoming autonomous persons, and on the other hand, rising up their enthusiasm to study Islam as “rahmatan lil ‘alamin”. It is also found that the teachers and assatidz have an important role on directing the students to study and understand Islam. In fact, by conducting this tradition, students have a bigger enthusiasm on reading books about Islam, discussing Islam, and more importantly, attempting to know the danger of radical acts (radicalism) in religious lives and practices.

Abstract

This research is motivated by misunderstanding in the attitude of pluralism that still leaves many problems. So students often gain Knowledge about religion which is based on exclusivism, Consequently the seeds of conflict continue to be embedded in religious experience and cognition of religion which is believed by students, in turn often become trigger of violence over The name of religion. Pesantren which is included in the national education system is an Islamic educational institution, which has a task to transform and integrate the values humanist, democratic, peaceful and tolerant in the life of santri in pesantren. The phenomenon makes the researcher to study how the integration of multicultural values ​​in the education system of Pesantren Nurul Ummah Kotagede Yogyakarta. The results of the research concluded that: Integration of Multicultural Values ​​in Education System Pondok Pesantren Nurul Ummah Kotaged. Through the aspects, Curriculum Planning Education Madrasah Diniyah, Learning activities, examples of Educators, and Evaluation Education. Although there is no material and field Special studies related to Multicultural in pesantren, but Multicultural Values ​​have been integrated in various forms of daily activities both in the context of the pesantren environment and outside the pesantren, in the form of an unwritten curriculum or hidden curriculum. With found the existence of Humanist Democracy Value in the Pesantren Program, the Value of Justice in the Regulation, Equality Value in the Placement of students, and the Value of Togetherness, Tolerance and Value of Peace in the culture of Santri. So Multicultural Value is considered a form of respect for diversity and recognition pedagogical equilibrium a person who has the same right to obtain educational services, regardless of ethnicity, social status, language and type of education level.

Abstract

The initial idea of ​​this research was that moral education in Indonesia better known as character education still generalized between men and women. Though there are a number of different things between men and women. Of the many verses of the Koran which discuss moral education for women, the Qur'an verse an-Nur verse 31 has more usefulness than the other verses. hThis studyguses abtype ofmlibrarymresearch. The first step is to formulate exactly what you want to study. Then choose the unit of analysis that will be studied, namely choosing the research object that is the target of the analysis. Then analyze the units of meaning and categories and then look for relationships with one another to find meaning and content. The last activity is to describe the results of the analysis. mThe result of the study can be conclude that: First, bowing down aims to maintain dignity as a woman. Secondly, keeping the genitals meant to guard against adultery. Third, do not reveal jewelry except the usual appearance of it, do not intentionally lure the opposite sex with the clothes or accesories he wears. Fourth, the suggestion to cover the veil cloth is to mean wearing a headscarf in accordance with Islamic law.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and describe the professionalism of lecturers through the implementation of the three duties of higher education including: education and teaching, research and community service at the Private Islamic Religious University (PTKIS) Ogan Komering Ulu Timur, South Sumatra. This type of research is a qualitative study, with a phenomenological approach. Data is taken from two PTKIS namely STIT Misbahul Ulum Gumawang and STKIP Nurul Huda Sukaraja. The findings of the research show that: 1) aspects of education and teaching, the ability of respondents in designing, implementing, and evaluating the lecture process is quite good; 2) aspects of research and scientific publications are not so optimal, product research results are still very limited. Meanwhile, scientific publications are published twice a year through local journals that are already ISSN; 3) aspects of community service carried out in a form that is independent and group. The factors supporting and inhibiting the professionalism of lecturers: 1) supporting factors include: academic qualifications, academic atmosphere, budget, teaching and learning facilities; 2) inhibiting factors: academic qualifications, inadequate memberships, not so conducive academic atmosphere, teaching and learning facilities are not yet complete. Furthermore, efforts to develop the professionalism of lecturers through: participation in training activities, involvement in activities outside the campus, support from university leaders, and competency development through improving education levels. In addition, the process of fostering professionalism of lecturers is also carried out by Kopertais Region VII Sumbagsel as an umbrella for PTKIS.

Abstract

This research studies about the policy of Islamic teacher education (PAI) about the extent of teacher certification towards the professional attitude they have towards the development of students, especially in the context of the digital age. Teacher certification especially PAI teacher can give professionalism attitude towards students in various learning activities. Meanwhile, the welfare of PAI teachers in Indonesia has increased with the emergence of the certification policy. Furthermore, it has implications for PAI teachers to be able to improve their professionalism in conducting learning obligations. Thus, the process that occurring in the interaction between educators and students can run well. In the end, the goal of Islamic education is to form a muttaqien person realized to the maximum. This research was a library library research that is research sourced from library materials using a qualitative approach. Therefore, it was an exploration of a number of data both primary and secondary data with concrete steps as follows: reading and examining in depth primary data such as books which are the results of research, theses or dissertations related to this topic. Therefore, Teacher education policies in the industrial revolution era 4.0 related to teacher certification especially PAI teachers need to be adjusted to the current context. Thus, teachers in Indonesia are not trapped between policy and reality on the ground faced by students. Our expectation is that there will be no more teachers in Indonesia complaining about their income, no more teachers being victimized by schools or foundations for those who have already been certified. Therefore, the teacher certification policy can make PAI teachers further increase their professionalism and welfare.
