Abstract

AbstrakRancang Bangun Sistem Pemantauan Lokasi Marketing Menggunakan Perangkat GPS (Studi Kasus: PD. BPRS Gotong Rroyong Subang) merupakan aplikasi pengelolaan data-data kunjungan marketing dan beberapa sataf pemasaran terhadap nasabah yang dikunjungi dimulai dari status New, Follow Up, Close sampai Maintenance.Titik lokasi kunjungan masing-masing marketing akan tercatat menggunakan aplikasi berbasis android yang dikirimkan menggunakan koneksi Internet ke server yang dituju sehingga kunjungan yang dilakukan selalu terpantau dengan presepsi apakah benar berkunjung ke tempat calon nasabah atau tidak berkunjung dan menginputkan data-data yang tidak sesuai dengan keadaan calon nasabah. Dengan begitu kinerja pegawai pada PD. BPRS Gotong Royong dapat terpantau dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kondisi di lapangan.Selain itu aplikasi ini mampu mengelola dari mulai data calon nasabah, proses kunjungan (funding/ lending), proses marketing (pembukaan rekening/ permohonan pembiayaan), proses support (survey jaminan/ survey anggota komite), proses komite (memo pembiayaan/ catatan komite) sampai menghasilkan laporan yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pengguna.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pemantauan Lokasi, Perangkat GPS, Aplikasi Pemantauan Perangkat GPS AbstractThe Design of Marketing Location Monitoring System Using GPS (Global Positioning System) Devices (A Case Study at PD. SRB Mutual-Royong Subang) is a data management application of marketing visit and some marketing staffs to visited customers starting from New status, Follow Up, Close to Maintenance.Point-site of each marketing visits will be recorded using an android based application delivered using an Internet connection to the server so the visits carried out are constantly monitored with perception whether or notthe marketing visits the prospective customer and input data that is not in accordance with the state prospective customer. Thus the performance of employees in PD. BPRS Gotong Royong can be monitored properly and it is in accordance with real conditions in the field.In addition, the application is able to manage data of prospective customers, processes of visit (funding / lending), the process of marketing (account opening / financing request), process of support (survey assurance / survey committee members), the committee (memo financing / records committee) to generate reports that can be adapted with users’ requirements. Keywords: Location Monitoring System, GPS Devices, GPS Device Monitoring Applications

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and develop a sales force automation application based on website, to help automate sales activities in PT.ASP Breeding Farm. Development of methodology in this research is by the first stage of data collection in the form of interview, observation and literature study. The second stage Analysis and design, analyzing business process sales, business process scheduling, order business process, and data flow diagram. Application development using Content Management Systtem Odoo Version 10. The results achieved on the application of this ASPBF SFA is this application can help sales activities such as, the sales department can record sales transactions and online sales repayment, record customer data. This app assists ASPBF owners in providing bonuses for sales. This application automates sales activities in the form of SFA ASPBF it helps managers and sales / marketing in making a sales schedule well, so that sales opportunities can be utilized. Abstract

AbstrakUmumnya piranti elektonik pada rumah tangga dikendalikan secara manual, contohnya lampu. Lampu merupakan sebuah piranti elektronik yang berfungsi untuk penerangan ruangan didalam ruman, sehingga sangat penting untuk kegiatan di dalam rumah setiap harinya. Namun saat pengguna memiliki kesibukan, akan terjadi kesulitan untuk menyalakan dan mematikan lampu. Maka diperlukan sebuah sistem pengendalian jarak jauh (remote) perangkat atau alat-alat listrik agar lebih efisien dalam penggunaanya. Berdasarkan pemikiran tersebut, maka penulis membuat alat yang dapat digunakan untuk mengendalikan nyala lampu dari jarak jauh menggunakan smartphone android. Sistem yang dibangun memanfaatkan bluetooth pada smartphone Android yang dihubungkan dengan modul bluetooth HC-06 pada Arduino sebagai perangkat pengontrolan. Untuk memudahkan pengguna, pengontrolan lampu secara otomatis oleh sensor cahaya Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) serta modul Real Time Clock (RTC) akan mengontrol lampu sesuai dengan keadaan lingkungan sekitar. Hasil dari pengembangan sistem dan aplikasi yang dibuat bahwa secara keseluruhan dapat berfungsi dengan baik sesuai rancangan awal. Proses pengendalian lampu dapat dilakukan oleh pengguna dari perangkat smartphone dan respon sistem dapat bekerja dengan baik.  Kata kunci: Mikrokontroler, Arduino, Arduino Control, Android, Algoritma Fuzzy Logic.AbstractGenerally, electronic household devices are controlled manually, for example, lamp. Lamp is an electronic device that functions for lighting the room, so it is important for the activity in the house every day. However, when the user is busy, there will be difficulty to turn on and turn off the lamp. It needs a remote control system devices or power tools to be more efficient in its use. Based on that idea, the authors make a tool that can be used to control lamp remotely using android smartphone. Bluetooth utilizes a system built on the Android smartphone connected to the Bluetooth module HC-06 at Arduino as a control device. To facilitate the users in controlling the lamp automatically uses a light sensor Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) as well as Real Time Clock (RTC) module that will control the lamps in accordance with the state of the environment. The results of the development of systems and application is that the application can function properly as stated designed before. Abstract

In accordance with the regulations set by the government in the process of graduation of course, needs criteria for determining the graduation of participants, especially in vocational information and communication technologies in the sub department office tools. In the process of determining graduation at UPTD BLK Kuningan, it needs a decision support system. One method that can be used for decision support system is using the Profile Matching. This method is chosen because it is able to select the best candidates from a number of course participants in Kuningan District, determining graduation course participants of UPTD BLK for assessment in determining the graduation, in this case the participants meant that the weight value for each attribute, such as aspects of intelligence and aspects of the work attitude, then it is conducted ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, in this case is the best course participants.Keywords : SPK, Graduation Course Participants, Profile Matching Method

Abstract

AbstrakProses bisnis yang terjadi di dalam perusahaan sangat ditentukan oleh mekanisme penjualan yang dilakukan. Toko Kemuning adalah salah satu home industy dimana mekanisme penjualannya masih dilakukan secara tradisional (pelanggan membeli produk di toko).  Mekanisme penjualan tradisional mengakibatkan jangkauan pemasaran yang sempit. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mengelola transaksi penjualan secara elektronik. Sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah E-Commerce. Dimana, sistem akan dianalisa terlebih dahulu untuk mengetahui kebutuhan masing-masing pengguna. Kemudian sistem dirancang menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD). Hasil perancangan, diimplementasikan ke dalam Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan MySQL. Dan hasil dari pengujian adalah sistem E-Commerce telah berhasil dirancang dan diimplementasikan sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk di Toko Kemuning. Kata Kunci: E-Commerce, DFD, PHP dan MySQL

Abstract

AbstrakPeranan sebuah instansi pemerintahan sangatlah final bagi kelangsungan kegiatan kemasyarakatan sutu negara, karena instansi pemerintahan merupakan jembatan penghubung antara pemerintah dan masyarakat. Kantor urusan agama kecamatan Cilimus- Kuningan merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah yang terletak di jalan Raya Cilimus No. 171 Kacamatan Cilimus – Kuningan. Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Cilimus berada di wilayah utara Kuningan dengan jumlah penduduk ± 78.573 jiwa mayoritas beragama Islam 100 % . Sedangkan jumlah peristiwa Nikah/Rujuk pertahun sekitar 850 N dengan jumlah personil KUA sebanyak 8 orang. Melihat potensi yang demikian, hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi seluruh pegawai Kantor urusan agama kecamatan Cilimus untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada masyarakat Cilimus.Untuk itulah penulis membuat sisitem informasi ini yang diharapkan dapat  membantu instansi dalam menjalankan fungsinya untuk melayani masyarakat. Penelitian diawali dengan analisa terhadap kebutuhan informasi yang didapat dari survey dan wawancara. Identifikasi kebutuhan dan desain sistem diidentifikasi dengan menggunakan PHP serta menggunakan PHP MyAdmin sebagai database.Dengan adanya sistem informasi pernikahan ini nantinya dapat membantu kantor urusan agama kecamatan Cilimus dalam mengelola data yang dibutuhkan dalam melakukan tugas dan fungsinya sebagai jembatan antara pemerintah dan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Pemerintahan, Sistem, Informasi, Pelayanan, Pelanggan, PHP. AbstractThe role of a government agency is final for the survival of community activities because it is a bridge between the government and society. Cilimus Religious Affairs Office is one of the government agencies located at No. 171 Cilimus - Kuningan. Cilimus Religious Affairs Office is in the northern region of Kuningan with a population ± 78.573 and the majority is 100 % Muslim. The number of Marriage per year is around 850 N and the numbers of agencies are 8 people. Seeing the potential, it is a challenge for all employees of religious affairs office in Cilimus District to be able to provide excellent service to the society. Based on the problem, the writer makes the information system that is expected to assist the agency in giving services to society. The study begins with an analysis of the needs of the information obtained from the surveys and interviews. The needs and the design of the system are identified by using PHP and PHP MyAdmin as the database. Abstract

Purchasing is the most important thing in a business process company. Every business activity must make the purchase process, whether it is engaged in services, buying and selling, or industry. Similarly, what happens in PT Bersama Cipta Rasa Mulya, a company engaged in the sale of bread always makes purchases of credit on raw materials needed for production activities. The process of recording credit purchase transactions and repayment of credit purchases is still done on a page by page so there is often a delay in making the report. Therefore, tools are needed to make reporting easier and more automated. This raw material purchase application can manage the recording, ordering, purchasing, returning purchase, recording of credit purchase repayment, and reporting on supplier assessment. The methodology chosen to build tools in the form of this application is a prototype methodology that is adapted with the needs of authors in data collection. While the tools used in system design analysis is Flow map, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Data Dictionary, and Entity Relationship Diagram. Implementation of system design uses Visual Basic for Applications by using Microsoft Access 2013 as a database. This application can facilitate in recording transactions and making reports relating to the purchase of raw material credit and facilitate in making supplier selection decisions before making purchases of credit transactions of raw materials. Keywords: Credit Purchase, Raw Material, Supplier Rating, Database, Prototype

Abstract

researcher took the theme "Webgis based Information Systems of Space Utilization in Kuningan Regency (A Case Study at Regional Development Planning Agency Kuningan)". The location of this research is done in Kuningan Regency. This research will be focused on the first problem i.e. how to use space in Kuningan is, second, how to show information about city spatial more quickly and accurately is. The purpose of this study is to facilitate in obtaining information on spatial and non spatial data quickly about the use of space in the district of Kuningan and by using digital map is expected to obtain information more integrated between spatial and non spatial data. This research can be useful among others that can be practically used as a reference by stakeholders in the utilization of space. The results of this study are expected to provide references in the field of academic computer science, especially in the field of information systems. The method used in the process of geographic information system development of space utilization mapping in Kuningan uses waterfall model. The analytical approach uses structured analysis. The programming language used in this research is PHP with MySQL as database, while for the development of GIS-based mapping tools uses ArcGIS or ArcMap and then the .shp file format is converted into .jpeg or .png format. Spatial use in Kuningan District is implemented with existing map based on planning result from local government of Kuningan Subdistrict.Keywords: Information System, Urban Space Utilization, GIS, Webgis, digital map

Abstract

Abstrak        Kualitas pendidikan yang baik merupakan tujuan yang ingin dicapai oleh setiap lembaga pendidikan. Dalam dunia pendidikan yang terus berkembang secara dinamis maka lembaga pendidikan diharuskan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan lulusan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut masing masing lembaga berlomba untuk menghasilkan inovasi dan model pendidikan yang baik. Lembaga pendidikan yang dapat memanfaatkan ketersediaan informasi yang tepat sangat berpengaruh pada meningkatnya kualitas layanan kepada mahasiswa dan membantu menghasilkan keputusan bisnis yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan model data warehouse Sistem Informasi Akademik Universitas Kuningan dan menghasilkan pola  data mining pada data penerimaan mahasiswa baru untuk mengetahui kemungkinan calon mahasiswa melakukan registrasi ulang atau tidak sehingga jika pengunduran diri calon mahasiswa baru dapat diketahui lebih dini diharapkan akan membantu pihak manajemen kampus dalam mengambil tindakan-tindakan yang diperlukan untuk mempertahankan calon mahasiswa tersebut.Penelitian ini menggunakan dua teknik pemodelan yaitu model schema star untuk data warehouse dan model classification dengan teknik decision tree untuk data mining. Keyword : Data warehouse, data mining, classification, dan decision tree

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan  untuk adalah mengkaji faktor-faktor yang berpengaruhi terhadap pemanfaatan WiFI dalam menunjang proses pendidikan di lingkungan kampus Universitas Kuningan.Penelitian ini akan membahas seberapa besar pengaruhnya faktor-faktor pemanfaatan WIFI-ID terhadap manfaat individu pengguna dalam menunjang proses pendidikan, sehingga hasil penelitian ini  diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi lembaga untuk memberikan pelayanan  di bidang internet dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan  di lingkungan Universitas Kuningan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen Kuisioner, kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan  Regresi Linier dengan berbantuan software SPSS 21. Kata Kunci: Pemanfaatan WIFI , Manfaat Individu, Proses Pendidikan Abstract       The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing towardsthe use of Wi Fi for supporting the educational process in the Kuningan University.       This study will discusshow far the influence of factors in using WIFI-ID towards the user's individual benefits in supporting the educational process, so that the results of this study are expected to be a reference for the agency to provide services in the field of the Internet as an effort to improve the quality of education in the Kuningan University.       The method used is quantitative using questionnaire instrument, then the data is analyzed by using linear regression with SPSS 21 software. Keywords: the use of WIFI, Individual Benefits, Educational Process
