Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the influence of brand image, tangible, reliability, and service portofolio on the customer satisfaction of Simpedes saving at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kudus Branch Office. Data collection method used purposive sampling technique, with samples from 100 respondents. The analysis model used in this research is Linear Regression Analysis Model while the data analysis techniques using the F test, t test and the coefficient of determination (R2). In addition, it also tests the quality of the data in the form of test validity and reliability, as well as a classical assumption test normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Test data indicate that the data is valid and reliable and free from irregularities classical assumptions. The analysis and discussion showed that brand image, tangible, reliability, and service portofolio simulataniously significant influence on the customer satisfaction of Simpedes saving in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch Office Kudus. Variable brand image, tangible, reliability, and service portofolio partially significant influence customer satisfaction of Simpedes saving in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch Office Kudus.

Abstract

Investments in the stock market are closely related to the price movement risk. Investors used technical analysis to minimize the risk caused by changes in stock prices. Hence, investors get the right decision to buy or sell the stocks. Weighted Moving Average and Stochastic Oscillator are technical analysis indicators that investors often use due to their ease and accuracy predictions. This study combines the Stochastic Oscillator and Weight Moving Average (WMA) indicators to predict stock price movements in various industrial sectors during the 2015 to 2019 period and the first semester of the 2020 covid-19 pandemic outbreak in Indonesia. This combination aims to provide better predictive results by completing the weaknesses of each indicator. To provide recommendations for the right investment decisions for investors interested in investing their funds, especially in various industrial sectors. Using the combination of WMA and SI indicator charts from the investing.com website resulting in a better prediction of the right time to buy or sell stocks in various industry sectors. While the shares of SCCO, INDR, INDS appear stable during 2020, the movement of KLBM and KLBI's share prices seems to be affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the positive influence of Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Subjective Norm (SN), Subjective Norm (SN) on Intention to Use (ITU), and To determine the positive effect of Attitude (A) on Intention to Use (ITU). The sample is 207 respondents using M-Banking in Yogyakarta. SEM AMOS is used and has an effect on attitudes (A) of M-Banking users, Subjective Norms (NS) have a positive effect on interest in using (ITU) M-Banking, Perceived ease of use (PEOU) has a positive effect on perceived benefits (PU). M-Banking, Perceived Benefit (PU) has a positive effect on Interest in Using (ITU) M-Banking, Subjective Norms (SN) has a positive effect on Perceived Benefit (PU) M-Banking, Subjective Norms (NS) there is a relationship with interest (ITU) ) M-Banking, Attitude (A) there is a relationship in (ITU) M-Banking.

Abstract

Stock underpricing is a situation where the stock price at the time of supply in the primary market lower than when traded in the secondary market. Stock Underpricing is unfavorable phenomenon for companies that go public, because the funds obtained the company was not optimal. This study aimed to analyze the influence of Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Underwriter Reputation and Age Companies on the level of Underpricing level at the Indonesia Stock Exchange on the company's IPO period of 2018. The study design was quantitative research applied causal. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 54 and data used are cross section. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression operated by SPSS 20.0. The results of this study indicate that the Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have no significant effect on the level of underpricing of IPO at the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while Reputation Underwriter and Age Company have significant effect on the level of underpricing of IPO at the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analayze efficiency level of Commercial Bank in Indonesia (Bank Mandiri, Bank BNI, Bank BRI, Bank BTN, Bank BCA, Bank Danamon, Bank CIMB and Bank PAN) 2014-2018 period with Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. Data used in this research is secondary data taken from Financial Statement Publication issued by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) 2014-2018 period.Bank used in this reseach is eight bank which include in BUKU 4. Length of research period is five years from 2014 until 2018. This research uses input and output variable with Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The result of research in 2014 all bank object efficient. In 2015 and 2016 inefficiency bank is BNI. In 2017 and 2018 inefficiency banks is Mandiri and BNI. Based on invention can be concluded that national foreign exchange private bank (BUSN) more efficiency than government bank in period research

Abstract

This study aims to find and analyze market reaction before, during and after the announcement of the national recapitulation of the calculation results 2019 election votes, the differences of average abnormal returns before and after the announcement of the national recapitulation of the 2019 election results, and the differences of average trading volume activities before and after the announcement of the national recapitulation of the 2019 election results. The variables used are abnormal return and trading volume activity. The population used in this study is stocks incorporated in the LQ-45 index. There were 34 samples chosen. This study uses one-sample t-test and paired t-test analysis techniques. The results of this study are market reactions during and after the announcement of the national recapitulation results of the 2019 election vote count. However, there was no difference in the average abnormal return and trading volume activity before and after the announcement of the national recapitulation of the 2019 election vote count results.

Abstract

This study aimed to knowing the effect of electronic banking transactions to fee based income PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk. The strategy that was used in this research was  associative strategy or relations effect. The method  was used in this research was ex post de facto. The subject in this research is PT. Bank CIMB  Niaga, Tbk from the merger company that is between Bank Niaga with the Lippo Bank until now. Sample that was used is the e-banking transactions and fee based  income of  PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk for 4 years (year 2014-2017).  The variable that was researched covered the free variable that is the e-banking transactions.  Whereas the variable was tied was fee based income.  This study was carried out by using the analysis technique of simple linear regression  and for the data processing used spss the version 16,0. Were based on results of the testing of the hypothesis α = 5%  df = n-k =2  was received t table is 4.302 and tcounted is 11,855 (t counted > t table) so the conclution H0 was refused and Ha  was accepted, that means there is positive and significant influence the e-banking transactions to fee based income PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of competition in the banking industry in increasing customers interest in using mobile banking. This research aims to analyze the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and security on the interest in using mobile  banking at the PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Office Semarang Pandanaran.The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the influence customer perceptions of the interest in using mobile banking. This research uses explanatory (explanation) with a quantitative approach, in which customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) branch Semarang Pandanaran as a population, whereas samples taken by 100 respondents were determined by specific criteria. Research results with the t test showed that the variable perceived of usefulness, perceived ease of use and security separately (partial) significantly affects the interest in using mobile banking. Test results also showed that the variables of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and security jointly (simultaneously) significantly affects the interest in using mobile banking. The magnitude of the effect of variable perception of usefulness, perceived ease of use, and security against the interest in using mobile banking is equal to 76.5%, while the rest influenced by other variables that are not addressed in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to analyze the service quality influence to the customer satisfaction of Simpedes savings product in Bank Rakyat Indonesia ltd Pattimura Branches Semarang. This research is quantitative causal applied research. The population in this research is Simpedes savings product in in Bank Rakyat Indonesia ltd Pattimura Branches Semarang as many as 100 customers. Data collection method used the purposive sampling. The data used in the research are primary and secondary data. The analytical model used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of research, service quality has significantly influence on the customer satisfaction. Emphaty has the greatest influence customer satisfaction with beta of 31,1 and the lowest influence customer satisfaction is reliability with beta of 11,8.

Abstract

This research aims to identify how to increase customer satisfaction of internet banking service quality at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah Pati Branch Office with five dimensions of service quality which were tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy.In this research, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The data in this research were obtained from observations and distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, satisfaction index test, satisfaction gap test and satisfaction mapping with cartesian diagram.Based on the result of the validity and reliability test, the indicators like tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are valid and reliable. Based on the result of the satisfaction index analysis, the weighting score of internet banking quality service is 4,219. That score is between 3,43 – 4,23 wich means Satisfied. Based on the result of the satisfaction gap test the increase of satisfaction established on the fourteen sub-indicators show satisfaction, and four sub-indicators show dissatisfaction. Meanwhile, when viewed from the cartesian diagram mapping result, there are four indicators that fall into the quadrant I, four indicators in the quadrant II, four indicators in the quadrant III, and six indicators in the quadrant IV.
