<![CDATA[Kyokushin karate in South Kalimantan is one of the martial arts that still applies a full contact fighting system. The kyokushin karate practitioners in South Kalimantan do not have their own practice sites, and are forced to rent a place to practice. The kyokushin karate dojo in South Kalimantan aims to create a special training ground for practitioners of kyokushin karate who have values from the kyokushin philosophy itself, so that they understand that the art of fighting is only a tool to perfect the body and soul, and can be a strong foundation for human development completely. The philosophy of Kyokushin as a concept will be combined with linguistic methods as the goal of solving problems in the design of this dojo.]]>

<![CDATA[Cempaka is a strategic place for drivers to stop and rest because Cempaka has the potential of distinctive local products that attract drivers to stop and rest. But, this is not supported by adequate facilities. Drivers who stop by can only rest for a limited time with limited facilities. However, not a few drivers who force themselves to rest for a long time in food stalls, mosques or minimarkets, resulting in long queues and forcing visitors to park their vehicles on the shoulder of the road because of limited parking space. This is what underlies the planning of the rest area in Cempaka, with the concept of an integrated rest area, which makes this rest area integrated with the development of the existing potential in Cempaka.]]>

<![CDATA[Depression is a medical condition that negatively impacts a person’s thoughts, actions, feelings, and mental health. Depressed individuals tend to feel trapped in a hopeless condition, no help, full of rejection, feeling worthless, which encourages the sufferer to commit suicide. According to data from The Ministry of Health shows that the prevalence of mental emotional disorders in people aged over 15 years in South Kalimantan has increased. In addition, South Kalimantan only has facilities for people with severe mental illness, there are no special facilities to treat people with mental disorders especially depression. There are many young people who have depression however, not much of them asking for professional help because of stigma among society and a lack of understanding, preventing people with depression from getting proper help. Design of Youth Treatment Center applied method gestalt psychology and space perception concept. This design is to provide a treatment for depression adolescents that can change stigma and increase public awareness of mental health.]]>

<![CDATA[The Agora Comics Studio in Banjarbaru is a studio building that is not only a place for drawing but also a place that provides a gathering place for the community to enjoy comics with various activities. By applying comic elements into the building as a place to make the story in three dimensions and the people in it are indirectly involved as characters for their own stories. The application of the methods of superimpose theories can solve problems and provide design ideas. Resulting in a 3D Story concept which became the idea of the Agora Comic Study building in Banjarbaru.]]>

<![CDATA[Futsal is the most popular sport in Hulu Sungai Tengah district, futsal its very loved sport in that region, although futsal is the most popular sport in Hulu Sungai Tengah District, in the provide of futsal facilities is inadequate. Hulu Sungai Tengah District Futsal Training Center is the area that will be the place of region futsal player to improve the quality of themselves or the team, a place that will be support development system for the region futsal player to improve their quality, to support that’s will be approach the Green Building concept on the design of Hulu Sungai Tengah District Futsal Training Center. With the Green Building approach, quality of the building users can improve so that the training performance of region futsal players increases. And the region futsal player can improve their quality, both in terms of physical, technical, and mental of region futsal players in the Hulu Sungai Tengah District Futsal Training Center.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT According to the World Health Organization (WHO), around 5% of the world's population - about 466 million people - is diagnosed with what they call 'crippling hearing loss'. Although these statistics are divided into several levels of the inability of hearing, partial or total (hearing loss or the deaf), the percentage of the whole is characterized by hearing loss more than 40dB for adults and more than 30dB for children. The reduction of the capacity hearing does require a certain way to experience the environment. With the approach design principles "DeafSpace", which is based on the knowledge of the built environment, largely constructed for the people who bothered pendengaranya, presenting a variety of challenges addressed by the Deaf in a certain way to change their environment to fit with its environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Animation is a sub-sector of the creative industry that has promising business opportunities and is able to absorb a lot of creative labor. The increasing number of animation creators in Indonesia shows the increasing demand for animated films, unfortunately the quality of animators has not been able to compete internationally due to inadequate infrastructure and low education. The government also encourages the development of the animation industry by opening vocational education, where the Animation Vocational School can become a special forum for learning activities in the field of animation technology which aims to improve Human Resources (HR). The Interactive Space theme offers problem-solving for Animated Vocational Schools which have an interactive platform. The method used is to create a place to stimulate ideas. Like a waiting room which can be a collaborative space for discussion and relaxation.]]>

<![CDATA[Swamp Based Village Tourism in Central Hambuku Village is a recreation area that presents attractions in the form of customs and daily life of the people of Central Hambuku Village in the past and is a place of education for swamps as the largest natural potential in the Village of Central Hambuku. This tour aims to become a swampy tourist attraction that can develop the potential of the village to improve the economy of the Central Hambuku Village community. The development of village potential as a tourist attraction requires an analysis of the potential that can be exploited, through analysis-synthesis methods and the concept of memory is expected to explore the potential of existing villages to create a place for recreation and education of swamps as well as to give the impression and experience of life in the village.]]>

<![CDATA[The library in Banjarbaru is still considered as nothing more than a place to read books and the books themselves are only old book collections, this creates a stigma that libraries do not develop according to the needs of people who are too dependent on digitalization and technology. This is the underlying reason why people lack interest in visiting the library. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a library as a new face of public space that can accommodate activities for collaboration and offer social networks for the Banjarbaru community. The purpose of designing a Collaborative Library (Makerspace Library) in Banjarbaru is to create an educated, accustomed to reading, and highly cultured community. Through the library, people can exchange information and knowledge.]]>

<![CDATA[Banjarbaru is a developing city, also known as the City of Students, where this is of course closely related to students, the majority of whom are teenagers, which then become the nation's potential and assets as the next generation to continue development. Banjarbaru Youth Center is a public open space to accommodate teenagers so they can learn and develop in a positive and healthy environment. In this design, the authors uses park as an open space for adolescents as an answers to design problems by using the third place method so that the design elements are personalized to the conditions, needs, and activities in accordance with the characteristics of today's youth to be able become a space of expression place for adolescents to doing activities and develop in a social and environmentally friendly space.]]>
