Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion to purchases Cross handphone either partially or simultaneously, and know the most dominant factor influence on the purchase of “Cross handphones” in Sukoharjo. Using multiple regresion analysis, F test, t test, the results of a study of 100 consumers, proving that there is simultaneously a positive and significant influence between product quality, price and promotion on purchase decisions. Partially positive and significant influence purchasing decisions contained in the price and promotion, where the price is the most dominant factors that influence on purchasing decisions. With the above results, it is expected the company always pay attention to pricing strategies, namely at an affordable price, the suitability of the price with quality products, competitive price and features. For product quality should be improved by adding features, more easily repaired, the model is more up to date and durable. For promotion company is expected to always promote “Cross Handphone” by improving the quality of the promotion in an attractive form of advertising that consumers are curious and raises interest to buy

Abstract

Islamic banking to function as a financial intermediary that support the development process. Operational activities of Islamic banking is managing investment funds and deposits are sources of funding and managing social as zakat, infaq, alms, and waqaf. Increased competition due to the liberalization of the domestic banking system that makes international banks into Indonesia and lead to a larger market, so customers have more choices to determine who will be selected banking institutions. Lack of understanding of the definition of service quality in the banking industry is considered one of the obstacles to successful implementation of quality initiatives in the banking sector (Nielson and Host, 2000). Seeing the importance of retaining customers due to increased competition in the banking sector, the researcher analyzed the service quality dimensions Islamic Bank in Yogyakarta and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty with customer perceived value variables against Islamic Bank as a moderating factor, by developing a model of the previous research. Model evaluation Partial Least Square (PLS) based on the measurement of the non-parametric prediction have used in this study. The results of this study is the construct of service quality dimensions of service quality dimensions 1 and 2 related positively and significantly to the Islamic banking customer satisfaction. Likewise construct customer satisfaction positively and significantly related to Islamic banking customer loyalty. While constucs customer perceived value as a moderating between the construct of customer satisfaction with the level of customer loyalty Islamic banking is not significant. With the results of these studies can be used managers of Islamic banks as a measure to assess the factors that can improve customer satisfaction, thereby increasing customer loyalty to the Islamic banking in Yogyakarta

Abstract

This study was carried out on Indomaret Minimarket in Tawangsari, Sukoharjo. The goal of the study are: (1) To know the influence of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) toward consumers’ satisfaction in Indomaret Minimarket. (2) To know the dominant factor of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) that influence toward consumers’ satisfaction in Indomaret Minimarket. The hypothesis drawnare: (1) Presummed that there are influence of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) toward consumers’ satisfaction in Indomaret Minimarket. (2) Presummed that tangible has dominant influence toward consumers’ satisfaction in Indomaret Minimarket. The sample of this study is 100 consumers that shopped in Indomaret Minimarket, with primary data. Technique of Analysis applied are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, t-test , F- test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study are: (1) There are simultaneous and significant influence of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) toward consumers’ satisfaction in Indomaret Minimarket. Abstract

Depok market known as birds, especially poultry market and become one of the reference point to search for orbuy poultry. Many things affect consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is the extent of quality, price, and location influence the purchasing decisions of poultry. The sample used in this study is that consumers in the Depok market as much as 97 respondents. The analysis tool used Is a test instrument that includes validity and reliability test while hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of analysis show that the variable quality, price, and location has a significant effect partially or simultaneously to the purchasing decision, the price variable has the most dominan tinfluence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This paper examines thecorporate governance, audit quality,can to detectthe earning management when initial public offering happens to the company in Indonesian Stock Exchange. Coporate governance is represented by board of directors, managerial ownership and the existence of audit committee. Audit quality is represented by a auditors which does audit to the emiten financial report. The big auditors is represented by a Big Four Auditor’s and a small auditorsis non-Big Four Auditor’s. This research uses secondary data from prospectus of the company and the short prospectus publised by Indonesian Stock Exchange. The result of this research can prove that the existence of committee audit can decrease earning management practice, while other variables are board of directors is significant positive associated with earnigs management. two variable proved did not influence earning managementpractic is managerial ownership and size KAP. The implementation of corporate governance should be able to decrease earning management practice but the fact that it has not had effective effect when Initial Public Offering happens to the company

Abstract

This research is earried out in order to test the influence of the application of the internal control system which consist of element of organizational structure in which it separates responsibility, authority systems and registration procedure, healthy practices, and the competent staffs to the Non Performing Loan in Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) at the area of Surakarta Residency (Solo, Karanganyar, Sukoharjo, Klaten, Sragen, and Boyolali). Samples which are used in this research consist of 34 BPR. Variacle which is used in this research is dependent variable which consist of organizational structure which separates responsibility, authotity system and registration procedure, healthy practice and the competent staffs, and independent variable i.e: Non Performing Loan. Dependent variable data is obtained from financial report which was published by Bank Indonesia in 2013 which consist of 4 trimester. By using double regression analysis and hypothesis which uses statistic to test the partial regression coefficient and F statistic to test the influence simultancously with 5% trust level, the rsearcher getys result that the application of the internal control system does not influence Non Performing Loan of BPR at the area of Surakarta residency.
