Abstract

This study aims are to determine the effect of leadership, organizational culture on the  performance  of  employees  in  the  Univercity  of  Nahdlatul  Ulama  Surakarta  with commitment as an intervening variable.  Data analysis techniques used path analysis  (path analysis ),  which  will be tested with the  t test, F test and test R2  , Correlations, direct effect and indirect effect and total effect. The  technique  of  collecting  data  using  questionnaires,  the  sample  are  employes at the Univercity of Nahdlatul Ulama Surakarta as many as 30 respondents. T- test  result  showed  leadership  has  positive  and  significant  impact  on  employee commitment,  organizational  culture  has  positive   and  insignificant    effect  on  employee commitment.  As  for  variable  leadership    and  commitment  have  a  positive  and significant  effect  on  the  performance,  organizational  culture  has  positive  and insignificant  effect  on  the  performance  of  employees  in  the  Univercity  of  Nahdlatul Ulama Surakarta. F test showed simultaneously leadership, organizational culture and commitment’s  organizations  has  significant  positive  effect  on  the  performance  of employees in the Univercity of Nahdlatul Ulama Surakarta. The value of the coefficient of  determinasi  R  square  of  0,9413or  94,13%.  This  means  that  the  employee’s performance  is  explained  by  the  variable  leadership,  organizational  culture  and commitment  as  an  intervening  variable  of  94,13  %  and  the  remaining  5,87  %  is explained by other variables outside our model, such as work environment, competence and others.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  this  research  is:  1)  To  determine  the  effect  of simultaneously between  attitude  and  subjective  norm  on  the  intention  to  buy  the  product  as  namely Kampung  Batik  Laweyan  in  Surakarta,  2)  To  determine  the  effect  of  partially  between attitude  and  subjective  norm  on  the  intention  to  buy  the  product  as  namely Kampung Batik Laweyan in Surakarta. The  analyze  used  in  this  research  are:  Multiple  Regression  Analysis,  t  test,  F test, analysis Coefficient of Determination. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded: 1)  Attitudes  and  Subjective  Norms  have  significant effect  on  the  intention  to  buy  the product simultaneously as namely Kampung Batik Laweyan in Surakarta, 2) There is a partial effect between attitude and  subjective norm on the intention to buy the product as namely Kampung Batik Laweyan in Surakarta.  The advice  given  is:  1) The  advice  given is: 1) To  the enterprises as  namely  Kampung Batik Laweyan in Surakarta, cultivated more attention to consumer attitudes and subjective norms that influence  the intention to  buy batik clothes. 2) To other researchers, is  expected  to incorporate other  variables that  affect  the intention to  buy batik  products.2)  To  other  researchers,  is  expected  to  incorporate  other  variables  that affect the intention to buy batik products

Abstract

his  research aims to examine  internal  and  external  factors that  influence Murabaha  Financing  on  Islamic  banking  In  Indonesia.  This  research  used  five independent  variables, that  is Deposit Third  Party  Fund, Non Performing  Financing, Murabaha  Margin,  Inflation  and Bank  Indonesia  Certificates  Sharia  (SBIS).  The population  in this  research  are  all Islamic  banks, Islamic  Business Unit (UUS), and Sharia Rural Banks (BPRS) in Indonesia. The sample consisted of three banks that are determined  by purposive sampling technique. The criteria  used that foreign Islamic bank that  issued quarterly financial  statements in  the  year 2010-2014. The  hypothesis was  tested  using multiple  regression  analysis. The  results  of this  research  shows  that Deposit Third  Party Fund  and Murabaha  Margin have  asignificant positive effect on Murabaha  Financing.  While  the  Non  Performing  Financing,  Inflation  and  Bank Indonesia Certificates Sharia have no significant effect on Murabaha Financing

Abstract

The purpose of this research  was to analyze the effect of celebrity endorser and attitude  toward  advertising  on  attitude  toward  brand  and  consumer  loyalty.This research  used  design  explanatory.  Population  were  IM3  prepaid  card  consumers  in Surakarta. The  sampling  techniquewas  convenience  sampling  with  100  respondents. Analysis used validity test, reliability test, t-test, f-test, R Square test and path analysis. The results showed that celebrity endorser significant affected on attitude toward brand.  Attitude  toward  advertising  significant  affected  on  attitude  toward  brand. Celebrity endorser significant affected on consumer loyalty. Attitude toward advertising significant  affected  on consumer  loyalty.  Attitude  toward  brand  significant  affected  on consumer  loyalty.  Celebrity  endorser  and  attitude  toward  advertising  affected  on attitude  toward  brand  simultaneous.  Celebrity  endorser,  attitude  toward  advertising and attitude toward brand affected on consumer loyalty simultaneous. The  coefficient  of  determination  of  total  results  (R2)  was  59,0%  so consumer loyalty can  be  explained  variable  celebrity  endorser,  attitude  toward  brand  within attitude  toward  brand  as  a  intervening  variables  and  the  remaining  41.0%  was explained  variables  outside  the  model.  Celebrity  endorser  is  a  proven  direct  and indirect effect on consumer loyalty. Directly affect celebrity endorser on consumer loyalty has regression coefficient is greater than regression coeficient the effect of celebrity endorser on consumer loyalty through  attitude  toward  brand.  Attitude  toward  advertising  is  a  proven  direct  and indirect effect on consumer loyalty. Directly  affect  attitude  toward  advertising  on consumer  loyalty has  regression coefficient is greater than regression coeficient regression the effect of attitude toward advertising  on consumer  loyalty through  attitude  toward  brand.  Based  on  the  result above the variable of attitude toward brand is less effective as intervening variable.

Abstract

Purpose of this study  was to obtain empirical evidence that Corporate Social Responsibility  (  CSR  ) has  an  influence  on  the  corporate  performance  in  showed  with ROA (Return on Assets ) and ROE (Return on Equity ). This study used secondary data obtained from the companys annual report, published in the Stock Exchange s website and the official website of the company. Techniques used in sampling in this research is using purposive sampling method .   Based  on  the  results  of  the  study  founding  that  the  variables  of  Corporate Social  Responsibility  (  CSR  ) significant  difference between Corporate Social Responsibility  (  CSR  ) on the financial performance  in  showed  with  Return  on  Assets  ( ROA ), Return on Equity ( ROE ) .

Abstract

The objective to be achieved in this study was to provide empirical evidence that ownership structure and leverage affected positively the  stock  return in manufacturing companies in Indonesian Effect Stock (ISE). The population of research  was go public companies  enlisted  in  ISE.  The  sample  was  taken  using  purposive  sampling  technique aiming  to  obtain  sample  corresponding  to  the  research  objective,  consisting  of  45 sample  companies.  The  result  of  research  showed  that  ownership  structure  variable affected  positively  the  stock  return.  Meanwhile,  leverage  variable  affected  negatively. Ownership  structure  and  leverage  simultaneously  did  not  affect  stock  return  variable. The  result  of  determination  test  showed  that  ownership  structure  and  leverage  could explained a little of stock return variable only
