Abstract

The Termite coffee plantation agro-tourism is agro-tourism which has historical heritage and is used as a tourist attraction. The problems in this research are: (1) What is the background of the establishment of termite coffee plantation agro-tourism?; (2) How was the development of termite plantation agro-tourism in 2003-2019?. The method used in this research is the historical method with stages; heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The results of this research include in 2003 the establishment of the termap coffee plantation into a tourist destination with the first attraction, namely Villa Termap. In 2008 another attraction was made, namely the Educational Tour which is the second attraction after Villa Termites. The next development in 2012 was the development of the attraction of Wisma Robusta. Initially Wisma Robusta was an employee house. In 2016, Kaffe Termap was founded. Development in 2019 Termite coffee plantation agro-tourism has a special food for sale, namely cassava cheese, a typical drink sold, namely Robusta coffee.

Abstract

Studi kerajinan wayang sudah ada sejak lama di Desa Dukuh Dempok, Kecamatan Wuluhan, Kabupaten Jember. Industri rumahan kerajinan wayang kulit merupakan usaha mikro menengah di Kabupaten Jember. Ada tiga industri rumahan dari tahun 1995 hingga 2018 di desa Dukuh Dempok, yaitu industri rumahan yang didirikan oleh Eko, industri rumahan Robby, dan industri rumahan Happy. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian historis di mana langkah-langkahnya adalah heuristik, kritik, interpretasi dan historiografi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori modernisasi yang ditulis oleh J.W Schoorl dan pendekatan yang diambil adalah analisis konsep sosial ekonomi yang merupakan implikasi sosiologi untuk kegiatan kompleks mengenai produksi, distribusi, perdagangan, pola konsumsi barang dan jasa.

Abstract

The curriculum 2013 has been implemented in Indonesia since 2013. However, its success is still questionable. The 2013 curriculum was developed with a different pattern of improvement from the previous curriculum. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the 2013 curriculum using the Countenance Stake model which includes evaluation of antecedent, transaction, and outcomes. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Data analysis was performed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the success of the 2013 curriculum implementation in history learning. The results of the evaluation from the implementation of the learning program show that: (1) there are still many historical learning needs that have not been fulfilled maximally so that it encourages many problems in learning history, (2) history learning planning (RPP) established by all historical educators with percentage of 100% gained a score between 28 to 42, there by it is in the moderate category or quite appropriate and respondents assessment of history learning process implementation received a percentage 94,4% in the moderate or sufficient category in accordance with the standard education process based on the 2013 curriculum; (3) the learning outcomes of students history catagorized as quite good, because the average is above the minimum criteria of mastery learning (KKM) Therefore, the learning process at senior high school needs to be improved considering that there are still obstacles that occur in the learning process.

Abstract

Jember Sari wedding dress is a original wedding dress of Jember regency. Jember Sari wedding dress consists of kebaya, beskap and jarit. The purpose of examining Jember Sari wedding dress is in order to mantain a regional wedding dress and preserve the existing culture. The result of the study is the apperarance motive of Jember Sari weding dress as follows; (1) Socio-cultural factors, due to the fusion process of Javanese and Madura culture. The Javanese and Madurese etnics coexisted in Jember, thereby the new culture is called “Pandhalungan” culture. One of the Pandalungan culture is the wedding dress of Jember Sari. (2) In 2003, HARPI "Melati" appealed to every region in order to obtain the regional wedding dress. After that, based on the idea of the HARPI "Melati" chairman Jember, then HARPI performed out the excamination and research towards Jember Sari wedding dress in 2005. Abstract

The 2013 curriculum is based on 21st century competencies which engage technology in learning. This study aimed to establish a validated product in the form of an ARCS-based e-module. The development research procedure was performed using the Plomp model development by Treejrd Plomp. The Plomp model composes of 5 phases, namely: the preliminary investigation phase, the design phase, the realization/construction phase, the test phase, evaluation and revision, and the implementation phase. The results of the material content expert test achieved 86.37% categorized as "very feasible", the validation of the linguist achieved 84% categorized as "very feasible", the validation of the design achieved 97% categorized as "very feasible". The development of ARCS-based history learning e-modules (Attention, Relevance, Confidence, and Satisfaction) is expected to be able to meet the needs of students in achieving learning goals. The benefit of this research is related to ARCS-based e-module.

Abstract

Probolinggo Museum is a museum in the Probolinggo City area. the Probolinggo museum has a function for the community, but the function of the museum has not been maximally utilized by the community in the field of education. The museum functions as tourism and education because museums contain elements of knowledge. The research objective was to determine the function of the Probolinggo Museum as a tourist and educational place, a source of knowledge and inspiration for the formation of the character values ​​of the museum for visitors. This research is about history, used the historical method with steps (1) Heruristic, (2) Criticism, (3) Interpretation, and (4) Historiography. The research results of the Probolinggo Museum have collections which are divided into several, including the Archaeological Collection, Ethnographic Collection, Heritage Collection, Historical Collection, Numismatic Collection, Philological Collection, Keramological Collection and Technological Collection which are the main attraction of the museum as a tourist destination. Probolinggo Museum has a source of knowledge about the history, art and culture of Probolinggo, knowledge is focused on the local area. The character values ​​of the Probolinggo Museum include religion, tolerance, love for the country, mutual cooperation and national spirit, these sources can be used as a visitor's educational character.

Abstract

The Lazarus Batik Industry House is a hereditary business and is a Madurese batik business whose motives are always changing. The problems in this research are: (1) What is the background for the establishment of the Lazarus batik industrial house ?; (2) What are the dynamics (capital, labor, production, marketing) of the Lazarus batik industrial house in 2012-2018 ?. The method used in this research is the historical method with stages; heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The results of this study include the background of the Lazarus batik production house, including: (1) Economic aspects; (2) The desire to preserve Indonesian cultural batik; (3) There is a hobby of interest and interest in batik; (4) Creating employment opportunities for the surrounding community; (5) Meet market needs. The process of Lazarus' business activities can be seen from several aspects through the initial capital used, the batik production section, raw materials and marketing activities. Marketing in early 2012 was still very little, because there were still many mistakes in production so that the cloth was still not suitable for sale, and the public's low interest in batik. From 2013 to 2018, the development of batik sales has increased. Since 2013 Lazarus has received orders from outside the region, the Lazarus batik market has slowly begun to expand. Abstract

Learning history in 21st century requires students to have 4C skills, master technology and have superior character. The purpose of this research is to produce a validated product in the form of an E-module based on Value Clarification Technique (VCT). The research and development procedure was carried out using the R2D2 model development. The R2D2 model consists of 4 phases, namely: (1) Identify a Values Issue; (2) Group members engage; (3) Encourage Seven Valuing Procesess; and (4) Create an Atmosphere of Safety, Respect and Nonimpostition Values. The results of the material content expert test reached 88% with "very good" qualifications, the learning design expert validation reached 83,33% with "good" qualifications and 76% of language validation with "good" qualifications. The benefit of this research is related to E-module based on Value Clarification Technique (VCT).
