Abstract

Sufism that came and flourished on the archipelago was a saga that had been first formulated by the Sufis in the Middle East. The Sufis who spread the teachings of Sufism in the archipelago lived to adapt to the needs and desires of the people. The Sufis had come from abroad to preach in the archipelago and some of the area's sons studied directly in the Middle East and returned to their homeland to further their teachings. History of Sufism in Indonesia, Aceh occupies the first and strategic position, as it will eventually color the development of Sufism in the archipelago as a whole. Searching for this stream in the archipelago does not detract from the influence of those who study in the Middle East. Among the pioneers in the development of the Sufism flow in the archipelago, as mentioned in some of the literature are: Hamzah Fansuri, Syamsudin Sumatrani, Nuruddin al-Raniri Nuruddin Ar Raniri (died 1658 AD), Abdur Rauf As Sinkili (1615-1616 AD), Muhammad Yusuf Al magazine (1629-1699 M). Abdus Shamad al Palimbani. Sufis or Sufis from the beginning to Indonesia introduced the teachings of Sufism as well as various polemics that took place and prolonged it, but it was not the subject of public debate.

Abstract

In its capacity as social beings, humans tend to relate and interact with their environment. As for social interaction, it is always preceded by social contact and communication. This contact is then followed by processes that are associative or disassociative or opposition. The associative process begins with cooperation then continues with accommodation, assimilation, and acculturation. This research focuses on efforts to portray the harmonization of religious communities in the Wiyoni area of Pesawaran District. From the results of the study it can be concluded that: Social interactions that occur are more directed at dynamic interactions where the occurrence of mutually beneficial two-way interactions that result in associative interactions that are mutually reinforcing. So that this leads to the realization of harmonization in inter-religious life. While the factors that support the occurrence of interaction are mutual respect between one religion to another (Islam and Christianity), support from religious leaders, and ethnically in the village. Wiyono is mostly Javanese who culturally promote culture of mutual respect for each other.

Abstract

This research focuses on Hasan Hanafi's thought study of "Epistemological Reconstruction of the Science of Jurisprudence Based on Historical Sciences". From the results of the study found several findings; 1). Hasan Hanafi is a figure who is very concerned about efforts to revive the spirit and spirit (revitalization) of Ushul Fiqh Science by using a historical approach. According to him the dimensions of history and humanity are important factors in order to approach the conceptions and methodology of the Ummah of Fiqh. Actually the historical and human dimensions are found in the standard methodology of the Ummah Fiqh, but this historical dimension has long been "extinct" and detached from the Ushul Fiqh when the development process of Science took place and manifested itself in the process of developing this knowledge. So that in fact according to Hasan Hanafi, the historical dimension is essentially manifested in all elements of Usul Fiqh, namely in ill adillah syar’iyah, thuruq al istinbat and al ahkam al syar'iiyah. This historical dimension is represented by Hasan Hanafi with both keywords, namely "history" and "human"; 2). Hasan Hanafi is a person who cares about the existence of the Science of Ushul Fiqh, in order that he says the importance of efforts to revitalize the Ushul Fiqh methodology. Revitalization in Hasan Hanafi's thinking is an attempt to renew and adjust the methodology of the Ummah of Fiqh based on the conditions of social settings and the realities of humanity and the developing sciences, but this effort starts from tradition and the treasure of the Ushul Fiqh methodology built by earlier scholars. With such efforts, it is hoped that the renewal of the methodology of the Uthul Fiqh on the one hand can solve contemporary legal problems that are increasingly complicated, but on the other hand are not uprooted from the roots and genealogy of the Ushul Fiqh methodology; 3). The thought of the Ushul Fiqh Hasan Hanafi is very relevant to the efforts to reactualize Islamic law. This is because there is a deep "awkwardness" in the thought of Usul Fiqh so that in the actual reality the Science of Usul Fiqh has been frozen. The significance of the thought of Ushul Fiqh Hasan Hanafi lies in the effort to revive the vital spirit and spirit of this Science by using a historical approach. That is, that the human and historical dimensions are one thing that must be involved in the legal process; 4). The historical thinking of the Ustadh Fiqh Hasan Hanafi which is covered in the human dimension and history actually has roots in Hasan Hanafi's thoughts and projects about al Turas wa al Tajdid (Tradition and Renewal). Because of the loss of the human dimension and history in the tradition and the treasures of Muslim thought are the main problems which are the cause of the lack of progressivity in the traditions and actions of Muslims.

Abstract

The focus of this study was to study the "Tasawuf Discourse in the West by focusing on Martin Lings' s suicidal thoughts". After studying and analyzing Martin Lings's thinking, as outlined above, it is possible to draw some of the following conclusions: 1). In Ibn `Arabī's view there is one; the form of God is nature and nature is God. There is nothing in existence except God, everything other than God, none in itself, it is merely a manifestation of God's existence, nature is God's reflection, existence is a loan originating with God. God and nature are one but different. The concept of Wahdāt al-Wujūd is emphasized on both sides as tasybih and also tanzih. God is seen from the side of nature, then He is identical with nature, but from the perspective of God, He is different from nature at all, because He is an infinite substance beyond the physical realm. "Huwa La Huwa" ("She and not him"). This unity and purity are the principles of coincidentiaoppositorum in the ontologism of the Unity (az-zahīr) and the Bathin (al-bathīn), between the Awwal (al-awwāl) and the Last (al-akhīr), between the One (al -wahīd) and the Many (al-kasīr) and between inequality (tanzīh) and similarity (tasybīh). The transcendent God (munazzah) is seen in terms of His substance, the hidden and the one. But when viewed in the name of His name, the immanent God (musyabbah), the one and the hidden one reveals Himself by His name. 2). The doctrine of al-wujdd al-wujūd according to Martin Lings is a belief that believes that there is only Wujūd Hakiki. The true wujūd belongs to God alone, whereas He is called the wujūd of illusion. God blesses every one of His creations that look different or plural.

Abstract

Human rights are fundamental rights that are inherent in human beings and cannot be eliminated by humans, not by someone, organization or anything but purely a gift from Allah SWT. Muslims must be aware of and understand the rights they have as stated in the Koran. Al-Qur'an as the first source of law for Muslims has laid the basic foundation of human rights and truth and justice, long before any thoughts about it arose in the world community. This can be seen in the provisions contained in the Qur'an, among others: the Right to Life, the Right to Freedom, the right to gain knowledge / education, the right to self respect and the right to possess. In the context of Indonesian-ness, Human Rights found its relevance if it was built based on the orientation of the maqasid as-syari'ah (the basic objectives of sharia), namely to realize and maintain the goodness and prosperity of society. the interests of society, this became known as mashlahah ‘ammah.
