Abstract

The development on the hospitality industry businesses in Bali, especially in the Ubud, today felt more advanced and rapid impact and very competitive. Until now in the Ubud there are many 3-star hotel. Hotel Cendana Resort & SPA is one of the hospitality business in Ubud, Gianyar. As one of 3-star hotel that exist in ubud, of course, the quality of service achieved based on good  employee's performance. Therefore companies need to pay attention to the factors that have affect towards performance factors such as leadership, compensation and work discipline. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect between leadership, compensation, and discipline towards employee performance in simultaneously and partially in the Hotel Cendana Ubud Resort & SPA, Gianyar. By using saturated sampling technique has been obtained number of sample were 51 respondents. Data analysis techniques by using multiple linear regression. The results has been obtained that are there are significant effects in simultaneously and partially between leadership, compensation, and discipline towards the employee’s performance in the Hotel Cendana Ubud Resort & SPA. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of price, palce, and promotion against buyer decision of motorcycle in Sekar Sari Company. The sample amount 100 respondent. Analysis techniques are (F test) and (t test). The test results showed F count simultaneously is greater than F table, it can be concluded that price, palce, and promotion efective significantly against buyer decision of motorcycle in Sekar Sari Company. Adjusted R Square of 88,9%. The test results show that partial asset structure variable (X1) and company size (X3) have a positive and significant impact on capital structure, while profitability (X2) and significant negative effect on capital structure. This is evident from the tvalue greater than the value of t table   Key Word: market dispersion, decision to buy vehicle

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the influence of participative leadership style and financial incentives either simultaneously or partially, and to know more influenced variables greater impact on employee morale Grand Komodo Tour & Travel. Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The respondents were 49 employees in Grand Komodo Tour & Travel. The data obtained were tested first with the test reliability, validity and factor analysis. Based on the analysis we concluded that, of the test results showed that the value Fhitung = 29.327 is greater than the value of F table = 3.22, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of variables simultaneously participative leadership style and financial incentives of morale. Hail thitung test = 4.130 greater than ttabel = 1.684, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive effect of the variable partially participative leadership style and financial incentives of morale. Variables financial incentives have a greater effect on morale when compared with variable participative leadership style.

Abstract

Employees are important assets to the company, therefore the company must pay attention to the performance of the employees. There are several factors that affect the performance and the morale of employee, where morale is influenced by the leadership and compensation. The research objective was to investigate the influence of leadership and compensation  to employee morale and performance at PT. United Indobali Denpasar. The population were 235 people, using the Slovin formula, it found 148 sample, selection of respondents using stratified random sampling. Data collection methods were using observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data was  processed using path analysis techniques with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). Results showed leadership and compensation has a positive relationship to employee morale and employee performance. Keyword :       Leadership, Compensation, employee morale, employee performance

Abstract

Labor discipline is an employee attitudes and behaviors embodied in the willingness of an employee with full consciousness and sincerity sincerity or with no compulsion to comply with and implement all company regulations and policies in carrying out the duties and responsibilities in an effort to contribute the maximum in the achievement of corporate goals . This study aims to determine the factors that determine employees' discipline PT. BPR Luhur Damai Tabanan using the 20 variables and the population in this study were all employees of PT. BPR Luhur Damai Tabanan. Using factor analysis techniques, gained 4 that determine employees' discipline PT. BPR Luhur Damai Tabanan. These four factors are the factors of education and training, disciplinary factors, leadership factors and salaries, and compensation factors. While the variables representing each of the factors that determine employees' discipline PT. BPR Luhur Damai Tabanan is variable and career opportunities, variable attendance, variable boss firmness, and variable office allowances. Keywords: Factor analysis, employee discipline

Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberadaan konsumen mempunyai pengaruh pada pencapaian tujuan akhir perusahaan sehingga perusahaan harus mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli suatu produk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang  mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli produk. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 145 responden.  Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis faktor. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah faktor produk, harga, saluran distribusi dan promosi, budaya, sosial, pribadi, psikologis merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen.   Kata Kunci: Bauran Pemasaran, Perilaku Konsumen, Keputusan pembelian

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a positive feeling about one's job that result of an evaluation of its characteristics. Job satisfaction refers to the individual's attitude in general toward his work. In order to employees have a sense of job satisfaction, an organization needs to consider factors that influences such as compensation, leadership, and physical work environment. The purpose of the study was to find out the effect of compensation, leadership, and physical work environment variable toward employee job satisfaction at Hotel Taman Harum Ubud, Gianyar, by number of sample were 54 respondents. Variable  of compensation, leadership, and physical work environment simultaneously or partially have significant effect towards employee job satisfaction at Hotel Taman Harum Ubud, Gianyar. Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam suatu kegiatan investasi pada pendirian Naya Salonharus berhati-hati menginvestasikan dana, agar jangan sampai tidak menguntungkan dikemudian hari. Oleh karena itu, perlu diadakan suatu studi tentang kelayakan investasi pada Naya Salon. Studi kelayakan investasi pendirian Naya Salon ditinjau dari aspek finansial menggunakan metodePayback Period, Net Present Value, Profitability IndexdanInternal Rate of Return. Dari analisis finansial didapatkan hasil perhitungan Payback periodakan tercapai pada 4 tahun 5,1 bulan dari umur rencana investasi yaitu 5 tahun, Net Present Value(NPV) bernilai negatif sebesar Rp 3.578.671, Profitabilitiy Index (PI) = 1,02, sedangkanInternal Rate Return(IRR) 13,85%. Dengan payback period yang lebih pendek waktunya dibandingkan payback period maksimum, Net Present Value (NPV)bernilai negarif, Profitabilitiy Index (PI)lebih besar dari satu danInternal Rate of Return (IRR)lebih besar dibandingkan bunga investasi maka pendirian Naya Salon tidak layak untuk dilaksanakan.   Kata Kunci : Studi kelayakan, salon,Payback Period, Net Present Value, Profitability IndexdanInternal Rate of Return. In investment activity on establish of Naya Salon should careful to invest their fund, in order in the future get profit. For that purpose hence need carry out feasibility study of investment at Naya Salon. Feasibility study of investment for establish Naya salon viewed from financial aspect by using payback period, Net Present value, Profitability Index and Internal Rate of Return. From financial analysis has been obtained calculation of payback period will be achieved 4 year 5,1 months from age of investment planning that are 5 years, Net Present value (NPV) equal negative to Rp 3.578.671, Profitability Index (PI) = 1,02, and Internal Rate Return (IRR) 13,85%. By payback period is shorter than maximum payback period, Net Present Value (NP) equel negative, Profitability index (PI) more than one and Internal rate  of return (IRR) bigger than investment interest hence establishment of Naya salon is feasible to carried out.
