Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the influence of environmental, personal, and psychological to the consumer's decision to visit the Bali International Park Bird Imagery in Singapadu, Gianyar. This research was conducted at PT. Image Bali Bird Park International, which is located at Jalan Ngurah Gambir Sergeant Cok, Singapadu, Batubulan, Gianyar. Samples were taken of 120 people with purposive sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure the 12 indicators. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that each variable environmental, personal, and psychological positive and significant impact on the consumer's decision to visit the Bali International Park Bird Imagery in Singapadu, Gianyar. This suggests that the environment variables, personal, and psychological can affect consumer's decision to visit the Bali Bird Park International in Singapadu image, Gianyar

Abstract

Physical withdrawal behavior is the action someone takes when they are physically and psychologically already beginning to feel apart from the organization. Form of physical withdrawal behavior such as; absence, delay and turnover. This research was conducted at public transportation . The number of respondents is 52 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of analysis test in this research shows that work-family conflict has positive effect on physical withdrawal behavior. Occupational stress positively affects physical withdrawal behavior. The results of the analysis obtained in this study, it is expected organization can pay more attention to work-family conflict ando ccupational stress experienced by employees, so that the level of physical withdrawal behaviour perceived employees decreased.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perusahaan Industri Barang Konsumsi di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2015. Jumlah populasi yang diambil sebanyak 26 perusahaan dengan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui data sekunder. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan variabel bebas kondisi pasar modal yang diproksikan dengan pertumbuhan IHSG dan rasio keuangan yang diproksikan dengan ROA, DER, dan PER. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa variabel pertumbuhan IHSG, ROA, DER, dan PER secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Hal ini menunjukkan semakin meningkatnya nilai IHSG, ROA, PER dan menurunnya nilai DER maka return saham akan semakin meningkat. Pertumbuhan IHSG secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Return on asset secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Debt to equity ratio secara parsial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap return saham. Price earning ratio secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the effect celebrity endorser influence on purchase intentions Honda Vario 125 in Denpasar, (2) to determine the effect of brand image influence on purchase intentions Honda Vario 125 in Denpasar and (3) to determine the effect of product quality influence on purchase intentions Honda Vario 125 in Denpasar. This research was conducted in Denpasar with data analysis techniques multiple linear regression. The number of samples obtained by using purposive sampling method is a total of 110 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis can be concluded Celebrity endorsers, brand image and product quality and significant positive effect partially on purchase intention Honda Vario 125 in Denpasar. This indicates that the Celebrity endorsers, brand image and product quality may increase purchase intention Honda Vario 125 in Denpasar.

Abstract

Increasing competition to compete for existing markets causes companies to establish the right strategy in marketing their business products. The study was conducted on several Fashion Retail in Denpasar City because so many Fashion Retail that developed rapidly, especially in Denpasar with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. The number of respondents is determined using purposive sampling. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires analyzed using path analysis technique. Test results get market orientation effect posistif and significant to marketing performance, market orientation have positive and significant effect to product innovation, product innovation have positive and significant effect to marketing performance, product innovation variable can positively mediate significant market orientation to marketing performance. Limitations of this research is the scope of research that only includes Fashion Retail in the city of Denpasar alone so that the results of this study can not explain the state of the research area outside Fashion Retail Denpasar.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an important thing in a company in order to suppress the rise of turnover intention by considering the organizational climate as forming aspects of job satisfaction. The higher level of job satisfaction and organizational climate levels, the lower level of turnover intention of employees in the company. The purpose of this study to determine the influence of organization climate on turnover intention and job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The study was conducted at PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk. The study population as many as 78 people, using the technique of saturated samples. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data obtained with questionnaires were analyzed using the technique of path analysis (path analysis). The results of this study indicate that the organizational climate positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, organizational climate a significant negative effect on turnover intention of employees, job satisfaction a significant negative effect on turnover intention of employees, as well as job satisfaction significant negative effect in mediating between organizational climate on turnover intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui peran brand image dalam memediasi pengaruh green marketing terhadap corporate reputation. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Starbucks coffee yang berdomisili di Denpasar. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 orang responden, menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri atas Analisis SEM dan Uji Sobel. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengindikasi green marketing beserta brand image memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap corporate reputation. Brand image juga terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh dari green marketing terhadap corporate reputation secara signifikan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu brand image mengambil peranan penting dalam aktivitas green marketing yang dilakukan, karena berdampak pada baiknya corporate reputation di mata pelanggan. Starbucks Coffee juga sebaiknya mensosialisasikan kemasan produknya yang dapat didaur ulang dalam mengembangkan strategi green marketingnya, meningkatkan persepsi pelanggan saat mengkonsumsi Starbucks Coffe, serta melakukan evaluasi kepada karyawan perusahaan. This research aims to understand the role of brand image in mediating the effect of green marketing on corporate reputation. The population of this research is the consumers of Starbucks Coffee, who are domiciled in Denpasar. This research uses 120 respondents by using the purposive sampling method. The data is collected using questionaires and analyzed by SEM method and Sobel Test. The result indicates that green marketing and brand image have positive and significant effect on corporate reputation. Brand image is also proven in mediating the effect of green marketing on corporate reputation significantly. This research’s implication is that brand image take the important role in the green marketing activities of Starbucks Coffee because it affects the corporate reputation in the consumer’s perception. Starbucks Coffee should socialize their recyclable packaging to develop their green marketing strategy; increase costumers’ perception when consuming the products; and conduct an evaluation on their staffs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, compensation and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees at the Civil Servants Cooperative Bina Sejahtera Badung regency. This research was conducted at the Civil Servants Cooperative Bina Sejahtera Badung engaged in micro-credit and store business unit with a sample of 61 respondents (Sample Saturated) .Teknik wear multiple linear regression analysis. The results of analysis that transformational leadership style significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees at the Civil Servants Cooperative Bina Sejahtera Badung regency. Compensation significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees at the Civil Servants Cooperative Bina Sejahtera Badung regency. Organizational commitment significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees at the Civil Servants Cooperative Bina Sejahtera Badung regency. Advice can be given, the company should be willing to foster employee survive in company with the provision of financial benefits that fit employees' workload.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice on employee job satisfaction at Batan Waru Restaurants Lippo Mall Kuta. The study was conducted on employees Batan Waru by the number of respondents as many as 35 employees. The number of respondents is determined using saturation sampling technique. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 26 indicators. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The test results distributive justice positive and significant impact on employee satisfaction, procedural fairness positive and significant impact on employee satisfaction, as well as interactional fairness positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. The limitation of this study is the location of this research will be in the scope of the restaurant industry in Batan Waru Lippo Mall, Kuta, so the results of this study can not explain the circumstances of the other restaurants besides restaurants Batan Waru Lippo Mall, Kuta.

Abstract

Credit are loans given by banks to those in need of funds. Revenue is dominated by bank lending as the bank's main advantage is obtained from the difference between lending and deposit rates. There are several factors that affect bank lending such as GDP, inflation and Third-Party Funds. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of GDP, inflation, and Third-Party Funds on credit growth. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali. Sources of data obtained from the publication of the financial statements of BPD Bali and Bali Regional Economic Studies published by Bank Indonesia. Methods of data collection is done through nonparticipant observation and analysis techniques are used path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that GDP positive and significant impact on Third-Party Funds, inflation is positive and significant effect on Third-Party Funds. Third-Party Funds negative and significant effect on credit growth, GDP negative and no significant effect on credit growth, and the last inflation positive and significant effect on credit growth.
