Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Bali Hyatt Sanur untuk mengetahui faktor-faktorĀ  yang menentukan semangat kerja karyawan. Dengan metode Propotional Stratified Random, jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 84 orang. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner. Analisis faktor adalah teknik analisis yang digunakan dengan tidak mengklasifikasikan variabelnya sebagai dependent dan independent variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa semua faktor yang diteliti, yakni faktor lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, motivasi, kepemimpinan, penempatan karyawan, dan kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja. Berdasarkan hasil ini, pihak manajemen Hotel Bali Hyatt Sanur hendaknya memperhatikan keenam faktor tersebut karena telah teruji mempengaruhi semangat kerja karyawannya.

Abstract

Dividend policy is a financial decision that has been made ??by the company after the company operates and makes a profit. Dividends distributed by companies to investors that the dividend policy is decided by the company. The few things that influence the dividend policy of a company in this study, namely profitability, firm size, liquidity and leverage. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the effect of profitability, firm size, liquidity and leverage on dividend policy. This research was conducted at Manufacturing Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange, the number of samples taken 11 companies with a population of 146 companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. Data collected through observation. The analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the analysis found that profitability, firm size, liquidity partially significant positive effect on dividend policy. While leverage significant negative effect on dividend policy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the conflict on job stress, the effect of the conflict on employee job satisfaction and job stress influence on job satisfaction of employees at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office Gajah Mada Denpasar. The type of data used is quantitative and qualitative data by source and use primary and secondary data. A total of 105 employees serve as the respondents in this study. Analysis of the data using confirmatory factor analysis, analysis of Structural Equation Modeling and evaluation of SEM assumptions. Based on the results of the discussion, the conclusion obtained that: conflict positive effect on job stress, conflict negatively affect the employee job satisfaction, job stress and negatively affect job satisfaction of employees at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office Gajah Mada Denpasar.
