Abstract

The study objectives are perception of reward imbalance having positive affect on intention to quit and reward satisfaction having negative affect on intention quit. Samples was 39 respondent’s, all of Daluman Villa employee’s, selecting by using cencus method with multiple regression analyst as the data analysis technique. Data’s of this research collected from 39 employee’s of Daluman Villa by filling a questioner’s. Result of analyst reported that 1) Perception of reward imbalance have a positive affect on intention to quit; 2) Reward satisfaction have a negative affect on intention to quit of Daluman Villa employee’s. Implication of this study was suggested to still effort to hold the employee’s from quiting, villa management had make employee’s trust was having treated so fairly considered Indonesian Ordinance’s and work aggrement’s, then having feel satisfaction in rewarding as appreciation of the employee’s performance and after that all employee’s wouldn’t having an intention to quit.

Abstract

Turnover intention merupakan salah satu masalah besar yang harus dihadapi oleh suatu perusahaan. Perusahaan akan mengalami kerugian dan kesulitan ketika sudah dapat merekut karyawan yang berkualitas, namun akhinya karyawan tersebut memutuskan untuk berhenti bekerja dan meninggalkan peusahaan karena berbagai alasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional dan turnover intention serta pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sari Segara Resort Villas & Spa. Jumlah responden yang diambil sebanyak 65 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert dengan nilai 1 (sangat tidak setuju) sampai 5 (sangat setuju). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

Organisasi bisnis yang bergerak di industri penjualan dibidang supplier makanan yang menawarkan berbagai jenis produk harus didukung dengan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki aspek kepuasan kerja sehingga bekerja dengan maksimal untuk kepentingan perusahaan. Studi bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, work family conflict dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. PT. Alamboga Internusa sebagai lokasi penelitian melalui jumlah sampel 80 responden menggunakan metode sensus (total sampling) dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis membuktikan kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Work family conflict tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research is based on the premise that every organizations both government and private sectors have a goal to be achieved. Human Resource Management requires open communication and relationships within the boundaries, authority and responsibility. The existence of this conflict can also affect the job satisfaction of employees, which in turn leads to the employee Job Stress. This research was conducted at the Hotel Asana Agung Putra Bali. The respondents as much as 49 employees, with the census or sampling methods saturated. Data collected through questionnaires using Likert scale. The analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of research conducted found that the influence of organizational climate is positive dan significant effect on job satisfaction. Work stress is negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resource is the most important factor in an organization or company to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in conducting its business. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the placement and job stress on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted in Agung Putra (AP) Apartment Bali with a number of research respondents as many as 40 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research conducted concluded that placement sigifikan positive effect on job satisfaction and job stress a significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction. Suggested to leader Agung Putra Apartment Bali to be more selective in looking at employees' work experience, able to disseminate the various forms of organizational changes, taking into account danlebih reward or remuneration in accordance with the calculation of the workload of employees.
