Abstract

Consumer conciousness to maintain environment is increasing at this time. This reseach aims to exam the impact of green market willing to purchase eco friendly environment product mediated by careness of cosmetic study of the body shop brand. Data collection on this reseach use likert scale quesioner. The amount of sample are 100 respondents and use porposive sampling technic.data analysis technic that used are deskriptif statistic and inferensial statictic. Deskriptif statistic explain profile of respondents, while statistic inferensial is confirmatory analysis, track analysis and sobel test is used to test the patterned hypothesis. The exam result shows that green marketing significantly impact to awareness of environment and also impact the willingness to buy eco friendly environment product. Attention to environment significanly can mediate the impact of green marketing to have willingness to buy eco friendly environment product of the body shop brand

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at UD. Kariasih in Mengwi Badung. The population used in this study were all employees UD. Kariasih totaling 46 respondents to the study, thus this study using saturated sample. Data collected through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The theory in this study using social exchange theory. Based on the results of the analysis show transformational leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment and significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. This shows that the better the transformational leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment will increase organizational citizenship behavior of employees. The company UD. Kariasih in Mengwi Badung must always consider the level of transformational leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment that is felt by employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara kualitas layanan, kepuasan, dan word of mouth. Penelitian dilakukan di RSU Surya Husadha Denpasar dengan populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh pasien RSU Surya Husadha serta ukuran sampel sebesar 120 orang berdasarkan perhitungan jumlah indikator dikali 5 sampai 10. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan menggunakan skala likert untuk mengukur 21 indikator. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah path analysis (analisis jalur). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap word of mouth, kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan, dan kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap word of mouth. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap word of mouth.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Employee performance is the cornerstone of human resources management as it is one of the factors that determine the success of the company. Employee performance should be improved in order to provide maximum results for the company. The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of motivation, communication and discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in Warung Mina Peguyangan in Denpasar. The total sample of 63 employees, with a saturated sampling method (census). Data were collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis that has been processed, shows that all hypothesis is accepted. Motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance Warung Mina Peguyangan in Denpasar, communication positive and significant effect on employee performance Warung Mina Peguyangan in Denpasar and discipline positive and significant effect on employee performance Warung Mina Peguyangan in Denpasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job insecurity and job stress on employee turnover intention. The population in this study were all employees of Sense Sunset Hotel Seminyak which amounted to 110 people while the samples taken in this study were 86 respondents. The method of determining the sample in this study using proportional random sampling. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 15 question items. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the analysis shows that job insecurity and work stress have positive and significant effect on turnover intention. In order to reduce the turnover rate of the company it is advisable to reduce the level of job insecurity and job stress felt by employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership toward affective commitment mediated by pride in being a follower for the contract nurses in Mangusada Badung District General Hospital. The samples taken were 151 respondents, by using a probability sampling method, particularly proportionate random sampling. The data collection was done by distributing questionnaires using 5-point Likert scale to measure 15 statement items. The analysis technique used was Path Analysis. The result shows that transformational leadership has positive and significant effects on affective commitment, transformational leadership has positive and significant effects on pride in being a follower, pride in being a follower has positive and significant effects on affective commitment, and the research also proves that transformational leadership has effects on affective commitment mediated by pride in being a follower.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan maskulin dan budaya maskulin terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai PDAM Tirta Mangutama Badung. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 56 pegawai PDAM Tirta Mangutama. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Selanjutnya, digunakan uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial serta nilai standardized coefficient beta absolut tertinggi untuk menentukan variabel dominan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan maskulin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kedua, budaya maskulin berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Implikasi yang dapat terjadi dari penelitian ini adalah, pihak PDAM Tirta Mangutama Badung dapat lebih meningkatkan kepemimpin maskulin di dalam perusahaan yang dapat meciptakan kepuasan kerja bagi pegawainya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to  determine the effect of green marketing  and packaging towards brand image and customers loyalty at Starbucks Coffee in Bali. The location of this reseach were in Bali with the sample about 104 respondents, using current methods of purposive sampling and incidental sampling. The collection of data obtained from the questionnaire using Likert scale used to measure 13 indicators. This research techniques using path analysis, with a confirmatory test and classical assumption test. The results showed that green marketing and packaging positively and significantly affect the brand image. Green marketing and packaging  significantly positively affect customer loyalty funds with brand image positively and significantly affect customer loyalty. Green marketing has the most direct influence on brand image and customer loyalty. This indicates that green marketing is taking an important role in creating the Starbucks Coffee brand image and increase customer loyalty at Starbucks Coffee in Bali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Bahavior di Bar and Restaurant Slippery Stone. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh karyawan yang ada di Bar and Restaurant Slippery Stone. Sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 62 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior di Bar and Restaurant Slippery Stone. Manajer perusahaan harus menjaga dan selalu memperhatikan seberapa besar kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional yang dirasakan oleh karyawannya. Hal ini bertujuan agar dapat menciptakan karyawan yang memiliki sikap peran extra atau organizational citizenship behavior terhadap karyawan lainya di Bar and Restaurant Slippery Stone.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional dan organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Provinsi Bali dengan menggunakan 84 orang sebagai responden penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah path analysis yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS. Berdasarkan path analysis dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional dan organizational citizenship behavior. Hasil penelitian mendukung seluruh hipotesis serta mengindikasikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi sehingga disarankan pihak Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Provinsi Bali memperhatikan kepuasan kerja pegawai untuk meningkatkan komitmen organisasinya dan organizational citizenship behavior.
