Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA), dan Return On Assets (ROA) terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Selain itu, penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap hubungan antara ROA dan pertumbuhan laba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan property and real estate yang listing di BEI selama tahun 2007 sampai dengan 2009, dengan metode purposive sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 20 perusahaan. metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah dengan metode dokumentasi yaitu mengambil data historis di pojok BEI. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dan analisis regresi moderasi dengan menggunakan analisis SPSS. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukan bahwa variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), dan Return On Assets (ROA) secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap partumbuhan laba. Sedangkan variabel Gross Profit Margin (GPM), dan Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan property and real estate. Sedangkan analisis variabel moderating menunjukan bahwa pengungkakan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara ROA terhadap pertumbuhan laba.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in companies incorporated in the LQ 45. By using purposive sampling method was obtained 33 samples of companies from various sectors except banking sector. The analytical method used is multiple linear analysis using SPSS 19. In this study, there are two dependent variables, namely capital structure and stock price, as well as three independent variables are sales growth, profitability, and the debt ratio. The results showed that the growth in sales and a significant negative effect on capital structure, profitability does not significantly affect the capital structure, debt ratio and significant positive effect on capital structure, sales growth was not significantly affect stock prices, profitability and significant positive effect on prices stock, debt ratio does not significantly affect stock prices, capital structure does not significantly affect the stock price.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether there were the effects of work-family conflict on lecturer’s performance with emotional exhaustion as the mediating variable.The population of this study wasthe lecturers of Semarang State University. The total sample used in this study were92 lecturers of Semarang State University. The method of data collectionby quetionares.The results of the study showed that there was a significant positive influence of work-family conflict on emotional fatigue. The results also showed that there was a significant negative effect of emotional fatigue on the performance of lecturers. While the work-family conflict showed negative results but there were no significant effects on the performance of the lecturers. Emotional fatigue was proved that it mediated between the relationship of work-family conflict and lecturer’s performance.

Abstract

Decreased levels of employee performance of sales in the last year, among 1.1 % on a special performance and employee absenteeism rate target of 1% is not achievable indicate satisfaction and quality of life of employees can affect employee performance. The problem in this research is there any influence of the quality of work life , job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of Honda Semarang Center Setiabudi 521 people with a sample of 84 people using the formula Slovin. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, methods of analysis, test instrument (validity and reliability test), descriptive analysis of the percentage, the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed that the variable quality of worklife positive effect on job satisfaction; the variable quality of working life has positive influence on employee performance; variable job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance; and the variable quality of working life through the indirect effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. Suggestions for the company in improving the performance of employees in order to pay attention to aspects of quality of work life and job satisfaction of employees proved influential on employee performance.

Abstract

Faktor penentu kepuasan pelanggan diantaranya adalah kualitas pelayanan dan harga. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kualitas pelayanan dan harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. TIKI Cabang Semarang secara parsial dan simultan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. TIKI Cabang Semarang secara parsial dan simultan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan (X1), harga (X2), dan kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS release 17. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = 3.958 + 0.083 X1 + 0.614 X2. Uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Uji simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan secara simultan. Koefisien determinasi parsial (r2) kualitas pelayanan sebesar 8.18%, harga sebesar 44.48%. Koefisien determinasi simultan (R2) sebesar 0.725, hal ini berarti 72.5% kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. TIKI Cabang Semarang dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan dan harga sedangkan sisanya 27.5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang berada di luar variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of variable Third Party Funds, Non Performing Financing, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return on Assets ratio level of liquidity as measured by the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). This meant that the company engaged in the field of financial services are able to make optimal policy, so that the level of liquidity and the existence of the company is always evolving. Necessary data is secondary data from the monthly financial reports Baitul Maal Wattamwil "Bondho Tumoto" Semarang 2011-2013. The sampling technique using time series data, in order to obtain a sample of 36 data. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, partial t test with a significant probability of 5%. Besides the classic assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation test. Based on this research, it is known that the partial test results, the variable ROA Growth in deposits and a significant negative effect, NPF significant negative effect, then CAR significant positive effect on the level of liquidity (FDR). It can be concluded, that the variable Growth in deposits, ROA and CAR significant effect on the level of liquidity (FDR), while the NPF variables no significant effect on the level of liquidity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of job satisfaction, work environment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee performance directly and indirectly that is mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The  population  in  this  study  were  all  employees  of  PT  Indonesian  Knitting Factory Semarang is 168 employees. Samples used is 117 employees. The method of  data  collection  by  quetionares. Data analysis using path analysis. The conclusion of this study are influence of job satisfaction and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior, the influence of organizational citizenship behavior  on employee performance and organizational citizenship behavior mediate the relationship job satisfaction and work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of job satisfaction variables as a mediating role between organizational justice to organizational commitment. The population in this study were employee’s PT. Purinusa Ekapersada with incidental sampling data collection techniques and the sample were 199 people using incidental sampling.The methods used in collecting the data was a questionnaire which was measured by likert scale. Analysis was partia test and The sobel analysis used SPSS 20 . The results showed that there was significant positive effect between organizational justcice on the job satisfaction. Significant and positive effect also showed between job satisfaction on the organizational commitment. While organizational justice showed not significant effect on the organizational commitment. Job satisfaction shown to have influence as a mediate role the relationship organizational justice on organizational commitment. The conclusion from this research that job satisfaction plays an important role in the onset of organizational commitment. Organizational justice does significantly affect on job satisfaction, but does not significantly affect on the organizational commitment, which means that organizational commitment be affected more seriously by other important factors, such as employess satisfaction and high salary.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out if there are any differences of return and risk between optimal portfolio candidate and non-optimal portfolio candidate. This is a quantitative study with purposive sampling technique. Population of this study is all data of IDX 30 index which is 42 whereas the sample is 15. Analysis model that is used in this study is Markowitz method. The results of calculations using the Markowitz methods that includes the optimal portfolio with the proportion of funds that of UNVR stock as 31.19%, BBCA stock as 16.69%, ADRO stock as 14.14%, UNTR stock as 13.43%, PGAS stock as 9.33%, INDF stock as 7.73% and GGRM stock as 7.50%. The conclusion of this study is that there are no significant differences of return and risk on the formation of optimal portfolio. This shows that the preferences of investors do not consider the calculation methods Markowitz and indifference curve in selecting the optimal portfolio. Suggestion related to this study is that investor and investment manager may execute the investment fund to form an optimal portfolio Markowitz method as a benefit from stock diversification
