Abstract

The aim of in this research are: 1)Understanding the implementation. Building coverage home in the Housing BSB District of Mijen Semarang City, 2) Analyzing the forms of violation building coverage in Housing BSB and why, 3) Creating a map of the landing priority handling of violations building coverage in Housing BSB District of Mijen Semarang City. Technical analysis of the data in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive percentage. Results of the research: 1) as much as 67% of residents in housing policy violates BSB KDB. 2) Shape Housing policy violations building coverage in Housing BSB is the beginning of the construction of homes and home renovation. 3) The reason for Housing Policy violations building coverage in BSB is the knowledge of this policy of the Semarang City, home renovation, length of stay and number of occupants. 4) Map landing priority handling building coverage violation split over 3 levels.

Abstract

The aim in this research are: 1) Determine the service level of traffic at intersections, 2) Knowing how to solve traffic congestion at the intersection during rush hour. The analysis technique used is the technique of analysis of traffic flow with the formula Q = QLv + QHv + empHv + QMC + empMc analysis techniques degree of saturation with the formula DS = Q / C. Results of the research: 1) The level of service at the junction with road Siliwangi Kalibateng have a service level A, road Abdul Rahman Saleh C, road Yos Sudarso C, road Pamularsih B and road Siliwangi B. The intersection Pedurungan with Jalan Brigjen Sudiarto has a service level A, Jalan Soekarno-Hatta has a service level B, and Jalan Brigjen Sudiarto have service level B. 2) jams that occur at the intersection and the intersection Pedurungan Kalibanteng have a similar problem.

Abstract

The aim of this study is 1) to findpeople who utilize existing resources in Rawa Pening, 2) to determine the influence of the dominant vegetation of the population economic activity carried out in the Rawa Pening. The population in this study are the people who perform economic activities in Rawa Pening, totaling 392 people on two sites. The sampling technical used in this study is a stratified random sample. Research conducted taking 40 respondents. Data collection methods include: observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The data collected were analysis by using descriptive and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, the population of economic activity related to the presence of Rawa Pening, fishermen, search hyacinth, peat miners, farmers, traders, boat services, as well as parking services. Resources are used in the form of fish, water hyacinth, and peat.

Abstract

Climate changes effect at waterfront city cause increased of sea level, flood and increase of temperature. Increase of temperature has relate with Urban Heat Island phenomena and that is happen at coastal on north of Central Java indicated from 2004 until 2014 has increase of temperature about 0,2530 C. (BMKG Statklim Semarang). Pekalongan City has increase of urban area from 25,61 km2 in 2011 become 25,71 km2 in 2012 (BPS Kota Pekalongan, 2013). The one of solutions to solve the urban heat island phenomena is a green space, but unit of green space in the Pekalongan City about 6,91 km2 or 15,39% from area (BLH Provinsi Jawa Tengah, 2013).The purpose of this research are 1) Understand the condition of green space distribution in Pekalongan City; 2) Understand the distribution of land surrface temperature in Pekalongan City; 3) Understand the priority area of green space development in Pekalongan City. The result of this research indicate the result of land use interpreation from Quickbird satellite imagery has the accurate amount 12,796 Km2 or 27,88% from areawith distribution clustered on the Pekalongan Barat District and Pekalongan SelatanDistrict. Land surface temperature from extraction of Landsat 7 ETM+ satellite imagery in Pekalongan city is 26,870 until 32,090C with correlation between temperature insitu is a 0,66. And the area which become a priority of green space development are BendanSubdistrict, KergonSubdistrict, MedonoSubdistrict, PringlanguSubdistrict in Pekalongan BaratDistrict, KradenanSubdistrict in Pekalongan SelatanSubdistrict, Landungsari Subdistrict and Noyontaan Subdistrict in Pekalongan TimurDistrict with green spaces type like green belt on the road, river and power line buffer zone also yard in the settlement withwide canopy vegetation types.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the type of land cover in Perumnas Banyumanik, know how big the suitability of land cover homes in Housing Banyumanik with the provisions of the RDRTK district Banyumanik, and determine the level of accuracy Quickbird imagery to monitor land cover homes in Perumnas Banyumanik. The sample in this study was the house in Perumnas Banyumanik simple random sampling or acak sederhana. Technical data used is a documentary, observation and interpretation. The research results show that 1) Quickbird imagery interpretation results of land cover in the housing Banyumanik is building cover, Dungeon vegetation and dungeon open land green. 2) Suitability of land cover in Perumnas Banyumanik house shows the overall parcel is not in accordance with the provisions RDTRK KDB number a maximum of 60%. 3) Accuracy Quickbird imagery in this study concluded that the Quickbird imagery is not recommended to measure the area of parcels home.

Knowing the distribution and extent of public space area Tegal. The research method is descriptive. The data analysis technique used is Descriptive Analysis, Spatial Analysis, Evaluation Quantity Green Open Space. The results showed the results of which have been digitized RTH in check through the field and digitization generate 138,910.23 m2 or 13.98 hectares and the area is 3,968 hectares Tegal this result Tegal green space in the city has an area of 0.4% with RTRW with the Spatial existing and Field actual area 116 783 m2 or 11.67 hectares with this result does not match the existing Spatial.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were to; 1) Knowing the level of development effectiveness Rusunawa Kraton for the residents. 2) Knowing contribution Rusunawa Kraton development for low income people. This research method using random sampling method. The study population are all residents Rusunawa Kraton. Variable research is a means, and utility construction prasanara Rusunawa Kraton. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, and interviews with questionnaires. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of the construction of high-rise apartments have been very effective for low-income communities, community participation bedampak Tegal were positive in the construction of the palace Rusunawa Kraton.

Abstract

This study purposed to know the spatial distribution of critical land, to knowarea of rehabilitation priority and to present information of rehabilitation prioritycritical land area. This research method is quantitative descriptive. Data analysistechniques in this study is scoring and overlay. The preparation of the technicalguidelines of spatial data critical land based on the Regulation DG WatershedManagement and Forestry Social Number: P.4 / V-SET / 2013. The results showthere are several level of critical land distribution; rather critical of 2.201 hectares,a critical of 135 hectares and is very critical of 2.3 hectares. Areas ofrehabilitation priority at the study site, the first priority area of 247 hectares, thesecond priority area of 137 hectares and not a priority 2.201 hectares. Presentationof rehabilitation priority critical land information its hope can help the process ofmonitoring the presence of critical land and to direct area of rehabilitation priority.

Abstract

National road in Semarang regency have traffic load is very high with the problems of Traffic jam and traffic accidents. The purpose of this research are: 1) Identify the characteristics of the location of critical points of congestion and traffic accident-prone areas. 2) Make the handling of traffic jams. 3) Make the handling of a traffic accident in accident-prone areas. The method used in this study using quantitative research analysis technique level of service (LOS) and for crash analysis technique Z-Score as well as the ranking of the crash site to identify accident-prone areas. The research result is a level of service across the national road into the sample Semarang regency, during peak hour have class LoS D until class LoS E, and the average LoS C during the hours roll. Roads that identified accident-prone areas include roads Ungaran-Bawen with the number of the accidents amounted to 314 events with a Z-score of 1.80 and the accident rate 34.20 (100JPKP), roads Bawen-Salatiga with the accidents amounted to 142 events with the value of Z-score of 0.02 and the accident rate 35.47 (100JPKP) and roads Bawen-Temanggung with the accidents amounted to 176 events with a Z-score of 0.37 and the accident rate 21.35 (100JPKP).
