Abstract

The achievements review of Tukad Petanu irrigation network improvement project still uses traditional cost management concept so that the evaluation based on value analysis needs to be done. The purpose of the research’s is to analyze project’s cost and time performance based on earned value analysis. This research uses quantitative descriptive with earned value analysis. Based on analysis, from 1st to 8th month the value of Budgeted Cost Work Performance (BCWP) is above Budgeted Cost Work Schedule (BCWS) and ends at the same point in 9th month so it categorized run faster 6,52% of planned time and ends according to planned time. The Actual Cost Work Performance (ACWP) value is below the BCWP so the actual costs are less than planned costs, which is 21.14% of planned costs. Analysis of cost and time variance based on cumulative have a positive value (+), shows the work is run faster than planned and the costs are smaller than the budget. The cumulative cost and time performance index have an average Cost Performance Index (CPI) of 1.21 and an average Schedule Performance Index (SPI) of 1.02 so the project runs faster than planned time and costs are smaller than planned budget.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan jasa konstruksi untuk meminimalkan angka kecelakaan adalah melaksanakan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (SMK3) konstruksi. Penyedia jasa konstruksi harus menyediakan biaya untuk keperluan K3 yang diambil dari total biaya proyek. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu agar dapat diketahui besaran biaya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang diperlukan juga perbandingannya antara peraturan dan lapangan. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk survey dan wawancara dimana tahapan analisis data adalah menyusun daftar risiko yang terjadi, menilai risiko, mitigasi risiko, melakukan perhitungan biaya K3 dengan harga hasil survey toko dan harga Surat Edaran Nomor 11/SE/M/2019 (SE19) dan menghitung persentase biaya K3 terhadap kontrak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan teridentifikasi 22 risiko kecelakaan dan keselamatan kerja dengan 14 risiko kategori rendah dan 8 risiko kategori sedang. Biaya K3 yang diperlukan bersadarkan harga satuan lapangan adalah sebesar Rp. 402,142,520.00 sedangkan biaya berdasarkan peraturan SE19 adalah Rp. 359,005,000.00. Biaya K3 harga lapangan lebih besar daripada biaya K3 harga SE19 dengan selisih 0.08% atau sebesar Rp. 43,137,520.00.

Abstract

RISK MANAGEMENT AT THE CONSTRUCTION STAGE OF IMPROVING THE IRRIGATION NETWORK OF THE SUNGI RIVER WATERSHED AREA IN TABANAN REGENCY ABSTRACT The implementation of irrigation network improvement project in Sungi River Watershed is quite complex because it is related to water regulation system by water user farmer association (subak). In the implementation there are various risks that may affect the cost, quality and timing of the project. The purpose of this study was to identify risks, assess and determine the acceptance of risk, determine the dominant risk and mitigation actions and risk ownership for the dominant risk. The research was conducted in the Irrigation Areas (IA) of Cangi, Bunyuh, and Baru Kedokan with a combination method (quantitative and qualitative descriptive). The data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents directly involved in the project implementation. The number of respondents was 20 people and selected by purposive sampling. The results showed identified risks of 36 risks with 14 risks of previous research outcomes and 22 risks from brainstorming results. The risk assessment and acceptance results were categorized as undesirable 52.78%, acceptable 33.33%, negligible 13.89%, and no risk was found in the category of unacceptable. Mitigation was conducted on the undesirable risks by making changes to the initial design plan in accordance with the field conditions, intensifying the implementation of the supervision in the field and carrying out the work in accordance with the operational standards and procedures contained in the contract. The ownership of risk was allocated to the parties involved in the project implementation including job owners 8 risks, supervisory consultants 9 risks, contractors 16 risks and farmer community 1 risk. The undesirable risk should be the concern of the parties involved in the project so that the final results of the work were in accordance with quality, cost, and time planned.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is the important component of construction project. Rapid development is less balanced with Occupational safety and Health application. PP 50 of 2012 explain that Occupational safety and health management system (SMK3) is required to implemented for all industry and service. The Himana Condotel is the one of the building construction project with the high risk accident, than the author do the analysis of the level of implementation of SMK3. The analysis use descriptive observational method with sample subject from management side and worker side. The different test analysis that use Mann Whitney U test and the study literature of SMK3 as contain in PP no. 50 of 2012 to know the extent of SMK3 application from contractor in planned, implemented and examined SMK3 at the Himana Condotel project. The result from this study is the extent of SMK3 implementation at the Himana Condotel Project that is SMK3 planned with the average from management subject 90,94 ± 3,431 and from worker subject 87,53 ± 3,417 its appertain in the satisfactory level of application. SMK3 implementation with the average from management subject 82,38 ± 0,754 and from worker subject 81,90 ± 2,338 its appertain in the satisfactory level of application, and SMK3 examined with the average from management subject 99,87 ± 0,020 and from worker subject 95,76 ± 4,987 its appertain in the satisfactory level of application.

Abstract

Sungi’s river flood control infrastructure development project has a high enough risk. The research objective is to identify, assess, and respond to the risks that affect the cost and time performance of the project. The study was conducted by a mixture of quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection by interview and data analysis by Severity Index (SI). The results showed that the identified risks were 25 (twenty-five) risks from 8 (eight) sources of risk. Risks that have extreme value and affect cost performance are addendums when carrying out work, changing or erratic weather that hinders work and adjustments to field conditions resulting in work design changes. Risks that have extreme values ​​and affect the performance of time are a lack of funding to carry out work and an error in field measurements to determine the point of work so it does not match the picture. The response to risks includes service providers providing initial funding, implementing addendums immediately, using weather forecast data from the BMKG, re-measuring, and making changes immediately, and asking for the approval of the work owner.

Abstract

In carrying out the daily movement of man from one place to another requires a mode of transportation. In this context, the ownership and use of private and public vehicles can be said to be one of the alternatives for society in meeting the demands of the movement. Specifically in the travel pattern there is information about the characteristics of the traveler and the type of activity of the individual or person per person. Jimbaran area as a tourist area  and synonymous with educational institutions and campuses, of course there are many tourist attractions and campuses, one of which is the Bali State Polytechnic. Along with this, research on the preference behavior of the use of student transportation vehicles, aims  to analyze the choice of modes on daily trips to PNB, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process  method with expert choice software version 11.  to find out the most influential factors. The instrument includes a questionnaire form as well as conducting observations and direct interviews with the  PNB academic community to identify the characteristics of  the PNB academic community in the selection of transportation modes, analyzing the factors that most influence the use of transportation modes, both private vehicles and public vehicles. The results showed that the first priority for undergraduate students at the criteria level was the criteria for getting the highest weight of 36.4% followed by the cost criteria of 34.1%, and finally the safe criteria of 2 9.5%, with an inconsistency value of  0.00096 . From the results of the expert assessment through the questionnaire given, the alternative mode of transportation chosen was motorcycles by 46.4% as the first alternative in the selection of transportation modes, followed by private cars by 35.7% and finally public transportation by  17.9%.

Abstract

Saat ini penggunaan material kayu untuk pekerjaan arsitektural sudah menjadi hal yang lumrah. Namun ada masalah yang terjadi seperti kekurangan order material kayu, kesalahan order dimensi kayu, dan kekurangan tenaga kerja. Tujuan penelitian merencanakan kebutuhan sumber daya proyek untuk pekerjaan finishing kayu berdasarkan kondisi lapangan. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian diperoleh indeks kebutuhan bahan kayu bangkirai per m3 pekerjaan kayu cabana bagian kolom sebesar 0.020 m3, bagian balok sebesar 0.016 m3, bagian grill sebesar 0.067 m3, pekerjaan screen lobby 0.034 m3, pekerjaan penyekat ruangan sebesar 0.121 m3 dan 0.013 m3 serta pekerjaan pergola drop off sebesar 0.026 m3. Sedangkan untuk indeks per m2 diperoleh kayu cabana bagian kolom pekerja 0.174 OH, tukang kayu 0.116 OH dan mandor 0.058 OH, bagian balok 0.500 OH, tukang kayu 0.333 OH dan mandor 0.166 OH, bagian grill pekerja 0.542 OH, tukang kayu 0.361 OH dan mandor 0.180 OH, kayu screen lobby pekerja 0.260 OH, tukang kayu 0.521 OH dan mandor 0.260 OH, pekerjaan penyekat ruangan pekerja 1.340 OH, tukang kayu 0.893 OH dan mandor 0.446 OH serta pekerjaan pergola drop off pekerja 0.211 OH, tukang kayu 0.140 OH dan mandor 0.070 OH.

Abstract

Setiap proyek konstruksi akan selalu memunculkan dampak yang positif dan negatif, satu dampak negatif yang muncul akibat pembangunan adalah munculnya sisa material konstruksi atau yang disebut dengan construction Waste yang dapat memicu permasalahan baru. Terjadinya Waste ini tidak dapat dibiarkan begitu saja karena dapat mengganggu proses pelaksanaan pembangunan secara keseluruhan dan merugikan bagi pemilik atau kontraktor sendiri. Hal ini akan memakan banyak tempat di dalam area proyek yang terbatas, sehingga perlu dilakukan penanganan yang serius, yang sudah tentu hal ini akan semakin menambah biaya proyek secara keseluruhan. Penelitian dilakukan pada salah satu pembangunan gedung Hotel di Bali, pada tahap pekerjaan struktur. Adapun skup pekerjaan yang dikerjakan adalah Basement 1 dan 2, lantai ground, Mezanine, Lantai 2 dan 3. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif yaitu menghitung volume material besi berdasarkan gambar shop drawing dan berdasarkan kebutuhan lapangan. Secara singkat penelitian ini diawali dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder, melakukan perhitungan kebutuhan material besi berdasarkan shop drawing, menghitung kebutuhan material besi di lapangan, kemudian menentukan waste besi berdasarkan selisih antara kebutuhan gambar dengan yang terpasang di lapangan. Pada penelitian ini diameter besi yang digunakan adalah D25, D22, D19, D16, D13, D10, dan f8. Total kebutuhan besi yang dihitung sesuai gambar shop drawing adalah 1.621.214 kg, dan kebutuhan besi sesuai yang terpasang di lapangan adalah 1.714.052 kg. Adapun rincian waste besi berdasarkan jenis pekerjaanya adalah pile cap waste 7,0%, Sloof waste 6,5%, kolom waste 5,0%, balok waste 7,0%, plat lantai waste 6,0%. Sehingga rata-rata waste besi adalah 6,3%.

Abstract

Tukad Unda flood control project has complex work that poses occupational health and safety risks. The objectives of the study identify occupational safety and health risks, determine the value of risks, determine the causes of the Tinggiest risks and determine risk control. The research used the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control and Domino methods. The study showed 101 hazard identifications with 34 sources of danger, of which the extreme category was 31 risks, the Tinggi category was 46 risks and the Sedang category was 24 risks. Factors causing the Tinggiest risk are the lack of attention of workers during safety talks, lack of optimizing standard operating procedures for work procedures, the absence of regular inspection of work equipment and areas, the lack of structured work position arrangements and safety signs, workers not wearing personal protective equipment, workers lacking discipline in the application of personal protective equipment , workers are less concerned about the work area environment, workers are less vigilant, workers joke when doing work and do not apply work instructions. Risk control with meeting box tools, arranging work positions and tools, work permits and personal protective equipment.
