Abstract

Education has high correlation on economic growth of a country .An increase in linkage higher education against small and medium businesses Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises , with tri dharma college , can be manifested in the strategic plan ( Renstra ) college , in the form of  ( 1 ) forming a network cooperation with Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises ; ( 2 ) Implementing activities road show cooperation with Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises; ( 3 ) to develop a comprehensive internship program based on project approach; and ( 4 ) the development of brand equity and exposure of institutional with the involvement of an agency in the professional activities through strengthening strategic functions and institutions for the laboratory study.

Abstract

The existence of digital and online-based technology has supported disruption in society. This also changed the dynamics of the education business to be able to change the development of digitalization which became a milestone in the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The existence of formal education is starting to become popular because today's learning media is very easy to obtain through Video On Demand on the internet. Although now more and more are offering informal education with the virtual learning model. Although not a few, take advantage of this opportunity to provide informal education for new business opportunities. Through Mediamorfosis Theory, here the researchers found that the convergence of informal education has changed the pattern of learning that is related to technical expertise for audiences who have a high level of activity. Besides, this informal study also provides official certificates approved by the institution, so that the potential, business too, formality, informal, and informal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of perceived benefits and perceived convenience on interest in using the Gopay e-wallet in the DKI Jakarta area. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that the influence of perceived benefits on interest in using the Gopay e-wallet was 71,1%, and the effect of perceived convenience on interest in using the GoPay e- wallet was 61,1%. This means that perceived benefits and perceived convenience have a significant effect on the interest in using the GoPay e- wallet in the DKI Jakarta area.

Abstract

There are three objectives of this research, namely first, to determine the magnitude of the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank XY Syari'ah, Central Jakarta Branch. Second, to determine the influence of employee competence on customer satisfaction at Bank XY Syari'ah, Central Jakarta Branch. Third, to determine the magnitude of the influence of service quality and employee competence together on customer satisfaction at Bank XY Syari'ah, Central Jakarta Branch. This is based on the problem of whether customer satisfaction at Bank XY Syari'ah, Central Jakarta Branch is related to service quality and employee competence at the Bank. The conclusion of this research is that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, employee competence has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality and employee competence together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The existence of a corona virus epidemic or Covid-19 that lasted a long time in several countries, one of which in Indonesia has a negative impact on the Micro and Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The impact that occurred was the decline in turnover due to the reduced number of buyers, where many MSMEs had to close their businesses. When entering the new normalcy era or the New Normal era, the SMEs will open their businesses again but get new challenges in terms of product innovation. Innovation is needed to make a business survive in the new normal era, one of which is innovation in terms of product types. The purpose of this study is to produce recommendations for SMEs in determining the right product innovation strategy in the New Normal era. This study raises the formulation of the problem of how the SME product innovation strategy in the current era of New Normal. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques through network interviews and descriptive data analysis techniques, with research informants who are SMEs in East Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that in the New Normal era, the SMEs are implementing a product innovation strategy by changing the shape of the product in the same type (changing shape) and also changing the type of product that is different from the previous product (changing type). By implementing the two product innovation strategies, SMEs can still compete in the New Normal era at this time. Recommendations from this research are expected to be used by SMEs to be more innovative in producing culinary products so they can survive in the New Normal era.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see the consumer behavior of recommendation intention on social media to use home leisure wear with theory of planned behavior applied. This research can be a contribution for fashion industry and maximizing business strategies. The problem raised is how the attitude construct, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control influence intention to recommend home leisure wear on social media. The novelty of the research is intention to recommend using social media platforms and fashion products with home leisure wear specification. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data obtained with the SmartPLS. Questionnaires in easy-to-understand language were distributed to 143 respondents who filled them out perfectly. There are three conclusions and two of them are rejected hypotheses. The subjective norm construct became the most influential construct in the intention to recommend home leisure wear. Further research is expected to take larger data, longer period and broaden the target characteristics of respondents.

Abstract

Pembangunan kos-kosan yang semakin bertambah menjadi pekerjaan baru bagi pemerintah daerah untuk memperluas pemungutan pajak, salah satunya pajak kos sebagai bagian dari pajak daerah yang termasuk dalam pajak hotel. Hasil penelitian terdahulu, menyatakan bahwa kesadaran pemilik usaha kos juga sangat-sangat kurang (Nuyanti, 2020). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman pemilik kos tentang pajak kos. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil analisis dari 4 jurnal yang menjadi bahan penelitian yaitu kurangnya informasi, belum adanya sosialisasi, serta adanya perasaan tidak adil yang dirasakan oleh pelaku usaha rumah kos terkait pemberlakuan pajak memiliki pengaruh pada kewajiban para pelaku usaha membayarkan pajaknya. Kesimpulan dan saran yaitu kurangnya sosialisasi dari pemerintah kepada pemilik usaha rumah kos, maka sebaiknya pemerintah melakukan sosialisasi kepada pemilik usaha rumah kos agar mereka paham tentang dasar dan pengenaan pajak rumah kos.
