Abstract

In buildings , the electoral structure of the core wall are concerned, of the type of core wall core wall is open or closed wall cores , material , shape and others . Because a stiffener in high-rise buildings are also basically behaves as the core of the building whose function is to eliminate lateral forces such as seismic forces , the forces of wind and others . Required core strong wall that can withstand lateral loads that exist . Selection of the type of core wall efficiently to cost, quality and time for a multi-storey building can be done by determining the type of material used and also form the core wallnya . It is based also on the shape of the building to be made as well as the function of the building later.

Abstract

Iron ore as a raw material of steel reinforcement in concrete can not endeavor to increase production because it is a natural resource that is not renewable. To overcome dependence consumption of reinforcing steel in the concrete is then used altrenatif other material as the reinforcing steel that is easy, inexpensive to obtain and resistant to corrosion, namely in the form of reinforcement of rattan sticks. It is intended that the natural resources we have can be reused to the maximum. This study uses a cane kind seel as reinforcement concrete beams. Tests conducted by the method of loading one point, cracks are expected in this test is failed bending. Reinforcement made from 1 piece of iron reinforcement and 2 rattan wrapped reinforcement wire reinforcement bendrat round face, it is expected that the adhesion reinforcement with concrete stronger. Testing was done by testing reinforced concrete beam flexural capacity using a type of reinforcement rattan cane plain size OD OD 20 mm and 30 mm. With the quality of the concrete used for fc '= 18.675 MPa. The test specimen concrete beam flexural capacity was only 28 days with the test method fourth point loading system.

Abstract

Bangunan konvensional dengan struktur kaku (fixed Base) dapat menyebabkan struktur mengalami respons seperti drift, Base Shear yang cukup besar. Sedangkan untuk bangunan konvensional dapat menyebabkan struktur mengalami interstory drift yang besarakan diteliti respons Struktur Gedung Bertingkat 10 dan 15, Dengan menggunakan Base isolator tipe High Damper Rubber Bearing (HDRB) yang terpasang disebagian tumpuan dari struktur. Respon struktur yang akan ditinjau meliputi waktu getar alami struktur, Drift Struktur.Pemodelan seperti ini diharapkan gedung dapat mendisipasi energi gempa yang terjadi dengan aksi ganda antar base isolator (isolasi seismik) tipe HDRB dan struktur rangka beton pemikul momen dengan tetap memperhatikan efisiensi biaya penggunaan seismic isolation. Penggunaan HDRB pada model struktur HDRB-S10J dan HDRB-S15J dapat meningkatkan periode getar namun hasilnya tidak begitu signifikan yang hanya berselisih 1.99% dari model struktur tanpa isolasi seismic (FB10 dan FB15). Sehingga penggunaan HDRB secara parsial di bagian tepi struktur tidak begitu efektif
