Abstract

ABSTRAK Kebutuhan bahan pangan terutama beras akan terus meningkat sejalan dengan pertambahan jumlah penduduk dan peningkatan konsumsi perkapita akibat peningkatan pendapatan. Namun di lain pihak upaya peningkatan produksi beras saat ini terganjal oleh berbagai kendala, seperti konversi lahan sawah subur yang masih terus berjalan, penyimpangan iklim (anomali iklim), gejala kelelahan teknologi (technology fatique), penurunan kualitas sumberdaya lahan (soil sickness) yang berdampak terhadap penurunan dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini ingin mengangkat permasalahan mengenai: 1. pengaruh faktor - faktor produksi dalam proses produksi padi pada usahatani di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. 2. Efesiensi penggunaan faktor - faktor produksi pada usahatani padi di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Indrapuri dan Kecamatan Suka makmur . Populasinya adalah petani yang menanam padi baik di lahan miliknya sendiri maupun lahan hasil menyewa dari pemilik lahan. Pengambilan responden ditentukan secara acak (random sampling) dengan metode snow ball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara (deeply interview), observasi, studi dokumentasi. Data diolah dengan bantuan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang utama dalam meningkatkan hasil panen adalah pengairan yang memadai, pembibitan, pupuk, dan pemeliharaan yang sesuai sehingga dapat mensejahterakan kehidupan petani di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the simultaneous effect of compensation and job characteristics on employee job satisfaction at PT. Cellular Media Infotama Banda Aceh, and to determine the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Cellular Media Infotama Banda Aceh, and to determine the effect of job characteristics on employee job satisfaction at PT. Mobile Media Infotama Banda Aceh. This research was conducted at PT. Cellular Media Infotama on Jalan T. Nyak Arief No. 45, Jeulingke Banda Aceh. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study are employees of PT. Cellular Media Infotama Banda Aceh totaling 90 people and sampling was carried out by census so that the final sample was 90 people or included the entire population in the study as research samples. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative methods. To find out how big the relationship between compensation and job characteristics with employee job satisfaction, the Multiple Linear Regression tool is used. The results of the study based on the results of the F-test (simultaneous) showed that the variables of compensation and job characteristics had a significant effect on increasing employee job satisfaction at PT. Cellular Media Infotama with a value of Fcount > Ftable, at a significance level of = 5%. The results of the partial study of compensation have an effect on increasing employee job satisfaction at PT. Mobile Media Infotama. While the results of research partially on the variable job characteristics affect the increase in job satisfaction of employees at PT. Mobile Media Infotama. The results of the study also prove that the greater the compensation given to employees, the more job satisfaction of employees at PT. Mobile Media Infotama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor–faktor yang mempengaruhi output per tenaga kerjasektor pertanian terutama petani garam di Kabupaten Pidie dan pidie jaya, dengan menggunakanfungsi produksi terutama yang berkenaan dengan Average Physical Product of Labour (APPL).Penelitian ini menggunakan data skunder berupa data serial waktu ( time series) periode 2016 – 2017yang bersumber dari berbagai intansi yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Model analisis yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis regresi berganda metode kuadrat terkecil (OLS). Hasilpenelitian menunjukan bahwa modal per tenaga kerja dan luas lahan per tenaga kerja sektorpertanian berpengaruhsecara positif terhadap output tenaga kerja sektor pertanian di KabupatenPidie dan Pidie Jaya. sedangkan pengeluaran pemerintah per tenaga kerja sektor pertanian tidakberpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap output per tenaga kerja sektor pertanian di Kabupaten Pidiedan Pidie Jaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the Effect of Advertising and Word of Mouth on Online Purchasing Behavior at the Faculty of Economics, Serambi University, Mecca, Jln Tgk Imum Lueng Bata, Lueng Bata, Batoh, Banda Aceh. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Management Economics of the University of Serambi Mecca. Primary data collection is done through a questionnaire distributed to students. The analytical method used is hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. Simultaneous hypothesis testing results and word-of-mouth promotion of online purchasing behavior at the Faculty of Economics, Serambi University, Mecca. While testing individual hypotheses are adverts against online purchasing behavior, and also word of mouth against online purchasing behavior in students of the Faculty of Economics Management of Serambi University.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of position promotion and motivation on employee performance at Bank Aceh Syariah at the Beurawe Sub-Branch Office, Banda Aceh City, the hypothesis states that the factors of job promotion (X1) and motivation (X2) affect employee performance at Bank Aceh Syariah KCP Beurawe Banda Aceh. The results of this study indicate that job promotion has a significant influence on employee motivation at Bank Aceh Syariah at the Beurawe Sub-Branch Office, Banda Aceh City. Based on the computer output above, the correlation coefficient in the study obtained a value of 0.922 where with this value there is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 92.2%. This means that promotion factors (X1) and motivation (X2) have a very strong relationship to employee performance at Bank Aceh Syariah KCP Beurawe Banda Aceh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and commitment on the performance of PT Angkasa Pura II employees at Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport, Aceh Besar. The research sample was 101 employees of the company which was taken by the census method. The data was collected using a questionnaire and then the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression statistical equipment. The study found that emotional intelligence and commitment have a positive effect on the performance of PT Angkasa Pura II employees at Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport, Aceh Besar. Among the two variables, the commitment variable has a very dominant influence on performance when compared to emotional intelligence. The results of statistical tests show that the calculated F value > F table and the t arithmetic value of each variable is also greater than the t table value, it can be interpreted either simultaneously or partially the two variables (emotional intelligence and commitment) have a significant (significant) effect on employee performance of PT Angkasa Pura II Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport, Aceh Besar. Therefore, in an effort to improve the performance of their employees, the leadership of the company is deemed necessary to increase the emotional intelligence and commitment of their employees.

Abstract

Kecenderungan permintaan energi sangat fluktuatif dalam kurun waktu satu dekade terakhir. Pasokan dan permintaan energi mengalamai koreksi menurun signifikan yang disebabkan oleh beberapa hal yang diantaranya resesi ekonomi global dan berdampak pada menurunnya geliat ekonomi diseluruh dunia. Disamping itu, berdampak signifikan pada menurunnya pasokan dan permintaan energi terbarukan. Terganggunya pasokan dan permintaan juga disebabkan karena pandemi COVID-19 dalam kurun waktu 2020-2022. Permasalahan lainnya yaitu seperti ketersediaan sumber biomassa untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi yang harus bersaing terhadap kebutuhan primernya yaitu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan dan turunannya. Permasalahan lainnya, banyaknya produsen yang enggan memproduksi energi dari biomassa yang disebabkan oleh beberapa hal seperti mahalnya biaya produksi dan bahan baku. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya peran pemerintah dalam mengkoordinasikan terhadap lembaga terkait baik di kementerian, asosisi dan produsen. Peran ini untuk mendorong optimalisasi pemanfaatan energi terbarukan khususnya biomassa agar dapat mencapai target bauran energi 2025 dimana bauran energi dari energi terbarukan sebesar 23%.
