Abstract

The study aims to determine the conceptual and empirical flow of inconsistencies in entrepreneurial, creative relationships on marketing performance centred on protecting competitiveness mechanisms. This conception is built to explore the critical role of protecting the competitiveness mechanisms of entrepreneurial creativity and product innovativeness. Optimization of post-pandemic marketing performance requires creativity and innovativeness and the importance of safeguarding competitiveness mechanisms. Seven hypotheses were developed and tested with the SEM-PLS technique in a sample frame of 230 MSMEs in Central Java, Indonesia. The study's findings contribute to the protection of competitiveness mechanisms conceptually, both empirically and practically. First, directly entrepreneurial creativity has a positive impact. On the contrary, there is a negative relationship of products innovatively in marketing performance. Second, the protection of competitiveness mechanisms can positively bridge innovative product relationships and entrepreneurial creativity in marketing performance. Third, the potential mediator of protection of competitiveness mechanisms can overcome the negative association of product innovativeness on marketing performance. The practical implications of criticizing MSMEs are not enough just creative and innovative, but still, require the protection of resource excellence. External factors protecting intellectual competitiveness mechanisms contribute to providing a competitive advantage. The theoretical implication is that the theory of competing resource advantages that a competitor's scarce resources have has the potential to gain a comparative advantage.

Abstract

The research aimed to explore the importance of loyalty programs to customer satisfaction and loyalty in digital business in Indonesia. The concept of theoretical development of the resource-advantage theory of competition and service-dominant logic was used for the development of research findings. Lazada, one of the e-commerce platforms, offered digital loyalty programs such as points store, loyalty store, e-coupon, e-newsletter, and flash sale. Thus data collection was distributed through an online questionnaire to Lazada customers, with a sample size of 384 respondents. Data testing with linear regression analysis was conducted to test the variables of the Lazada digital loyalty program on customer loyalty mediated customer satisfaction. The results shows that in digital loyalty program variables, the program features contribute positively directly and have the success of mediated customer satisfaction in the digital loyalty program. More products that offer customer-oriented technology feature innovation will increase customer loyalty amidst dynamic marketing capabilities in digital business innovation change, which gives impact to managers.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the performance relationships of small-medium enterprise production mediated by local brand empowerment as well as investigates the role of technology adaptation of livelihood activities, fast-moving enterprise, and government policy support. This study involved 115 micro small business activists and medium respondents in the Sumatran region. A compound path test of SEM-PLS is used in this study to obtain data from the analysis of the path mediated by local brand empowerment, augmented reality preference, and acceptance of adaptive technology moderation for production performance enhancement. The findings indicate that fast-moving enterprise and government policy have a positive impact, while livelihood activities negatively impact local brand empowerment, and local brand empowerment negatively correlates to production performance. The direct stimulus of livelihood activities is meaningless, but government policy support is meaningful to the increased production of SMEs. The contribution of this study is found in the conceptual model of the acceptance of technological adaptation and optimization capabilities of the use of augmented local brand applications empowerment to increase the production of small and medium enterprises. Keywords: Augmented Reality, Local Brand empowerment, Government Support, Product Performance

Abstract

The growth of new entrepreneurs becomes a benchmark of entrepreneurial spirit to be independent. The performance of MSMEs still has a number of problems in entrepreneurs first explaining the growth intentions of new business teams with greater family ties. The method used in this study is to collect a number of article literature from reputable journal sources Q1 to Q2. Data collection is done by prisma method which is then data dioalh using Watase software and article clustering using Vos Viewer. Literature searches based on articles published from 2011 – 2021 based on titles, keywords and abstracts. The findings from data sources obtained that the improvement in business planning achieved from nascent entrepreneurs can be improved through institutional strength. The practical implication of these findings is that institutional forces will always be able to excel at measuring the sustainability of innovation performance especially in the context of nascent entrepreneurs. While theoretically strengthening that the institutional strength of the adoption of institutional theory and resource advantage theory of competition to improve the sustainability of MSME performance.

Abstract

To be more competitive, the growth of the creative economy requires customer interaction. This necessitates the use of social media marketing as an efficient marketing platform for products or services based on the existing brand image. The purpose of this study was to examine the role of customer engagement in mediating brand image from relational social media marketing, as well as the role of brand image in mediating consumer engagement from relational social media marketing. The sampling approach is probability sampling, and the method is quantitative. With the sampling approach used, simple random sampling through the distribution of questionnaires, data was collected from 100 respondents. The results of the data analysis were then processed using SPSS 25 software. According to the findings of this investigation, the mediation function is important.

Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi di segala sektor mendorong pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan pendapatan diluar pekerjaan tetapnya. Mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan tren pemasaran saat ini, pelatihan kewirausahaan bisnis produk online dan membuat laporan keuangan bagi guru-guru di Perguruan Taman Siswa Semarang sangat diperlukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dalam bentuk pemaparan alur produk, praktek membuat akun pribadi di blog atau domain, teknik promosi lewat kata-kata dan menghitung langsung biaya terhadap suatu produk dalam laporan keuangan. Hasil yang dicapai, guru-guru dan staf sekolah telah mampu melakukan pemasaran secara online dengan menggunakan media sosial, menghitung biaya modal harga pokok produksi dan menyusun laporan keuangan. Setelah para guru dan staf SMK Taman Siswa melakukan pelatihan ini mereka merasa puas dan termotivasi dengan adanya pelatihan ini untuk menambah pengetahuan tentang jenis-jenis kewirausahaan yang sangat mudah diikuti dan tidak terikat dalam waktu, usia, tempat maupun modal yang diperlukan

Abstract

Resilient MSMEs can be influenced by strong entrepreneurial resilience and organizational resilience in facing the challenges of business competition dynamics. This study discussion aims to analyze the success of the seller's intelligent proactive ability in bridging entrepreneurial resilience and organizational resilience in resilient MSMEs, as well as the effect of moderation of environmental turbulence from the relationship of the smart proactive ability of sellers to resilient MSMEs. A total of 186 respondents were sampled to MSME businesses, data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and interviews. SEM-PLS compound path analysis is used in this research, where the seller's intelligent proactive ability is used as mediation and environmental turbulence as a moderation function. The results of this study there is a positive correlation between entrepreneurial and organizational resilience to the proactive ability of smart sellers, positive relationships of the smart ability of sellers on resilient MSMEs, and the positive impact of the direct influence of entrepreneurial resilience to Tangguh MSMEs. However, there is a negative relationship of moderation of environmental turbulence as well as organizational resilience relationships in resilient MSMEs. The conceptual contribution of this study model provides positive stimulus in measuring resilience for MSMEs obtained from internal factors and external disturbances.

Abstract

Research on the selection of variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) as the dependent variables because the CAR is the most important indicator accordingto Bank Indonesia in keeping the health level of the bank. CAR is affect by many factors such as Return On Investment ( ROI ), Debt to Equity Ratio ( DER ), Loan to Deposit Ratio ( LDR ) and Non Performing Loan ( NPL). The population in this research is the retired Nationals Savings Bank, Tbk (financial report 2010 – 2015 ). Research samples taken by using purposive sampling technique. The research method used was explanatory by using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that there is a positive influence of Return On Investment ( ROI) , Loan to Deposit Ratio ( LDR ), and Non Performing Loan ( NPL) against Capital Adequacy Ratio ( CAR ), while there was a negative influence of Debt to Equity Ratio ( DER ) to the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR ).

Abstract

The digital economy for MSMEs still possesses complex problems in the debate over technology readiness and competitive digital capabilities. The increase of dynamic product innovation changes is only effectively supported by digital value resonance. Addressing this issue, this research aims to explore the readiness of technology and the ability to compete digitally for innovative products through the resonance of digital value, especially for multi-business businesses. The data were collected from 170 respondents of small and medium-sized businesses through questionnaires. SEM-PLS techniques were used to analyze the data with a path mediated by digital value resonance on product innovation. The results showed that the resonance of digital value successfully mediated the relationship of technological readiness and digital competing capabilities, as well as direct links to the improvement of innovative products. Digital consumer habits also successfully strengthened the relationship of technological readiness and digital competing capabilities on the resonance of digital value. The advantages of this research lie in the synthesis of proposed digital value resonance variables from the results of resource-based view theory propositions in bridging the previous researcher gaps and contributing as a conceptual novelty model that can personalize digital value in the level of competition and increase MSMEs innovation products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi penyewaan kendaraan yang lebih efektif dan efisien dan juga untuk keamanan data yang lebih baik, fungsi validasi untuk meminimalkan kesalahan input maupun data ganda, fungsi pencarian dan filter data juga laporan yang terintegrasi dengan sistem agar lebih efisien Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Accrual Basis. Sistem menggunakan Visual Basic.NET, MySQL, Crystal Report. Data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara, dan pemberian kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi penyewaan kendaraan yang lebih efektif dan efisien dan juga untuk keamanan data yang lebih baik, fungsi validasi untuk meminimalkan kesalahan input maupun data ganda, fungsi pencarian dan filter data juga laporan yang terintegrasi dengan sistem agar lebih efisien. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji efektivitas antara kinerja sistem lama dibandingkan sistem baru apabila diprosentasekan adalah 28% : 79,6%. Ditambah hasil uji dari validator internal yaitu 4,2 yang berarti sangat valid, sedangkan dari validator eksternal 3,4 yang berarti valid.
