Abstract

Intervensi berbasis teknologi dalam transformasi pendidikan menjadi fokus utama dalam upaya meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran di era digital. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak dan efektivitas implementasi platform pembelajaran digital di sekolah menengah sebagai strategi intervensi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data melalui survei, wawancara, dan observasi terhadap siswa dan guru yang menggunakan platform pembelajaran digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi intervensi berbasis teknologi mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, aksesibilitas materi pembelajaran, dan efisiensi waktu dalam proses belajar mengajar. Implementasi platform pembelajaran digital juga memberikan fleksibilitas dalam penyajian materi dan pengembangan keterampilan digital bagi siswa. Namun, tantangan terkait infrastruktur teknologi yang belum merata dan keterbatasan akses digital di beberapa daerah masih menjadi hambatan dalam implementasi yang menyeluruh. Studi ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang peran teknologi dalam transformasi pendidikan dan menyoroti pentingnya integrasi teknologi yang tepat dengan kebutuhan pendidikan. Rekomendasi termasuk perluasan akses teknologi, pelatihan guru dalam penggunaan platform digital, dan pengembangan konten yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi pengembangan strategi intervensi berbasis teknologi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah menengah dan merangsang perubahan positif dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of study is to determine the influance of compensation and working conflict on turnover intention with job motivation as an intervening variable of PT Definite Maji Arsana. The population of this study were all empoyess of PT Definite Maji Arsana which amounted to 60 people. The hypothesis was tested in SmartPLS Software version 3.0, using Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on variant with the model of Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed a significancy effect on all of the hypotheses. Compensation shows negative significancy effect on Employee Turnover Intention. Compensation shows positive significancy effect on Job Motivation. Work Conflict shows positive significancy effect on Employee Turnover Intention. Work Conflict shows negative significancy effect on Job Motivation. Job Motivation shows negative significancy effect on Employee Turnover Intention. Job Motivation proven to mediate the effect of Compensation on Employee Turnover Intention. Job Motivation proven to mediate the effect of Work Conflict on Employee Turnover Intention

Abstract

In many countries, traffic problem has increased time by time, it has been caused by the increasing amount of vehicle and the lacking of segment road. For the example, urban traffic problem such as traffic congestion has become a big problem for drivers. This research studied urban traffic modeling using the link transmission model (LTM). The method was proposed is mathematical modeling, including car and bus as the objects of research. The cars and buses data were collected directly by the observers at the intersection that has four links and that are connected each other. The simulation process was obtained for the each link at rush hour period. At the interval 6.30-7.30am the total time spend in the link A, B, C, and D were 45.93h, 28.58h, 37.25h, and 19.91h. At the interval 04.00-05.00pm the total time spend in the link A, B, C, and D were 27.38h, 28.58h, 37.25h, and 19.91h. Based on these results, we might to give an advice to control the duration of  traffic lights that controlled traffic flow in the each link. The red traffic light duration of link A at 6.30-730am must be lower than the others so the vehicles at link A will send much better and the TTS will turn down.
