Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the skills of high school students at the Tambun Social Foundation in making and developing brands for the handicraft products they produce. These high school students are students who are accommodated in foundations that accommodate orphans and the poor with all their limitations. This training was provided in response to the need to expand their knowledge and abilities in aspects of product marketing, especially in terms of effective branding and efforts to establish independence in improving welfare. The methods used in this training include lectures, group discussions and direct practice. Apart from that, a questionnaire was given about understanding branding before and after the activity was carried out. Before the implementation of PKM, only 20% of participants understood branding in product marketing activities. After carrying out socialization and training activities, 80% of participants understood the branding strategy for the handicraft products produced. The results of this activity showed an increase in students' understanding of the importance of brands in marketing strategies and their ability to create and develop brands that are attractive and in accordance with product characteristics. they. It is hoped that the impact of this training will be to increase the competitiveness of handicraft products made by students in local and wider markets as well as to form independence and improve welfare.

Abstract

The purpose of study is to determine the influance of compensation and working conflict on turnover intention with job motivation as an intervening variable of PT Definite Maji Arsana. The population of this study were all empoyess of PT Definite Maji Arsana which amounted to 60 people. The hypothesis was tested in SmartPLS Software version 3.0, using Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on variant with the model of Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed a significancy effect on all of the hypotheses. Compensation shows negative significancy effect on Employee Turnover Intention. Compensation shows positive significancy effect on Job Motivation. Work Conflict shows positive significancy effect on Employee Turnover Intention. Work Conflict shows negative significancy effect on Job Motivation. Job Motivation shows negative significancy effect on Employee Turnover Intention. Job Motivation proven to mediate the effect of Compensation on Employee Turnover Intention. Job Motivation proven to mediate the effect of Work Conflict on Employee Turnover Intention

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama Bogor 1 Branch. The analytical method s in this research are descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Data analysis from several tests, namely ins trument testing, classical assumption testing, model feasibility testing, multiple liners analysis and t - hypothesis testing, was conducted. The subjects of this research were employees of PT Indomarco Pismatama Bogor 1 Branch, with a total of 119 employees using data collection methods via questionnaires. The results of the regression analysis in this research shows that there is a positive and significant influence on performance, which is shown in the coefficient table in the regression equation models. The results of the ANOVA statistical test for the feasibility of the model show significant results, so that the model used has a relationship with the performance variable.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai dan mengukur dampak dari kompetensi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui mediasi motivasi kerja. Merupakan sebuah studi penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan kuesioner dan menggunakan Smart-PLS SEM dengan 106 karyawan sebagai data sampel. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kerja dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja sementara pelatihan kerja tidak memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Selain itu, masing-masing kompetensi kerja, disiplin kerja, pelatihan kerja, dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil lain adalah motivasi kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi mampu memediasi hubungan antara kompetensi kerja dan kinerja karyawan serta antara disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan.
