Abstract

One variable of deciding nature of instruction is instructor's job. As a calling, educators are required have the option to develop and foster as per improvement of science and innovation. The improvement of science and innovation that quickly has a major effect on advancement of instruction so there are requests for expanded quality instructive administrations to understudies. In this manner doing educators proficient advancement in ceaseless and supported by the necessities of the educators, gatherings of educators and institutions is vital. To instructors can foster their expert, educators should be acquainted with different models of instructors proficient advancement so they can comprehend and carry out. Different models of instructors proficient improvement really has been concentrated by specialists of schooling that educators can have a wide information on the calling. Understanding educators on proficient advancement model is supposed to prod them become proficient educators in playing out their obligations. Educators proficient advancement should be finished as per the requirements of instructors with the goal that they proceed to develop and create. Different reports in the field shows that there are a few impediments in the execution of educators proficient improvement since educator proficient improvement models don't in light of needs of educators. This article looks at models of instructors proficient advancement fully intent on giving decision to educators to work on their incredible skill. Abstract

In this study entitled "The Effect of Learning Motivation on Learning Outcomes of Class VII Students in PAI Subjects at SMP-IT Nur Riska Lubukinggau". The formulation of the problem posed is How Learning Motivation Against Student Learning Outcomes in Class VII SMP-IT Nur Riska Lubuklinggau. What are the Learning Outcomes of Grade VII SMP-IT Nur Riska Lubuklinggau. Is there an influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education subjects at SMP-IT Nur Riska Lubuklinggau. This type of research is a non-experimental quantitative study, taking the background of SMP-IT Nur Riska Lubuklinggau as the sample in this study. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by selecting and compiling the data obtained then processed and analyzed so that conclusions could be drawn, first after determining the placement of high, medium and low categories on learning motivation in class VII SMP-IT Nur Riska Lubuklinggau, that the high group consisted of 2 respondents with a percentage of 14.00%, the medium group consisted of 10 respondents with a percentage of 72.00%, while the low group consisted of 2 respondents with a percentage of 14.00%. Second, the high group has the highest percentage, namely 64.00% or about 9 respondents, the middle group has the second percentage, namely 22.00% or about 3 respondents, while the low group occupies the third percentage, namely 14.00% or about 2 respondents. . Thus it can be seen that the student learning outcomes in class VII SMP-IT Nur Riska Lubuklinggau, this means that the alternative hypothesis is accepted while the null hypothesis is rejected, with the result being t count (0.750) > t table (0.532).

Abstract

In social life, there are certainly many differences that make us have to understand and respect the differences that exist, as is the case in Indonesia, which has a variety of ethnicities, religions, and cultures, so everyone must have an attitude of tolerance towards these things. In the concept of Islamic education, religious moderation must be strengthened because Islam teaches balance and a middle way in all areas of life. This journal was written to increase readers' insight into the importance of moderation. The author hopes that readers can apply the concept of Islamic education to strengthening religious moderation. The author used qualitative research in writing this journal. Qualitative research is descriptive research and tends to use analysis in library research. The data collection process uses references from various journals, articles, and relevant books. Therefore, by strengthening religious moderation, Islamic education can guide people to understand and practice Islamic teachings proportionally without falling into fanaticism, which can trigger conflict and division. There are several concepts of Islamic education that describe an attitude of religious moderation: 1) Tawassuth (choosing the middle way); 2) Tawazun (balance); 3) Iā€™tidal (straight and firm); 4) Tasamuh (tolerance); 5) Musawah (equality); and 6) Shura (consideration). Islamic education can also teach openness and religious diversity so that people understand differences in religion and belief. Therefore, the concept of Islamic education plays a very important role in strengthening religious moderation as a benchmark for Muslims to live a diverse social life in order to create a peaceful social environment.
