Abstract

This article will review the various meanings of learning. However, there are some understandings among them which state that demonstration learning contains changes in someone who has demonstrated learning. The development is intentional, positive and dynamic, and beneficial. The nature of intentionality implies that changes occur due to experiential practices that are applied by students intentionally or unintentionally, and not by chance. Positive treatment implies that the change is of equal value to the student's assumptions, and creates something new that is superior to the previous one. The dynamic nature implies that change occurs because of the efforts made by students, not without other people, for example because of the development cycle. The nature of success implies that the change has an impact and benefits for students. The practical nature implies that the change is durable enough and can be replicated or used at any point required. Learning changes can appear as abilities, tendencies, perspectives, gains, information, or appreciation.

Abstract

This study aims to see the implementation of recruitment at SDIT Lan Tabur, Pagar Alam city. Recruitment is the process of getting a number of qualified human resources to occupy a position or job. The implementation of professional and proportional recruitment will result in input of quality educators. To study the implementation of recruitment at SDIT Lan Tabur Kota Pagar Alam, using descriptive qualitative research that produces descriptive data in the form of written, spoken words and the activities of the people being observed. To collect data using interview techniques, observation techniques, and documentation techniques. The data analysis procedure used in this research is qualitative analysis. The results of the research obtained the following results: Implementation of the recruitment carried out was quite good, here it appears that there are various processes carried out by the school such as through administrative filing and tests for prospective new workers, most of the expected goals are achieved even though there are still inhibiting factors such as the difficulty of getting a workforce that is in accordance with the academic field with the field required by the school. However, in this case, the school, especially the principal and other workers, are equally trying to make the school a school that is in demand by the community.

Abstract

Students from poor backgrounds, are in an environment of financial condition that is not too involved with education because there are alternative desires that are prioritized. A foggy perspective on children's schools and problems in the family due to financial problems also hinder the development and improvement of children so that their learning outcomes are low. The absence of the capacity and interest of young people to attend classes, the conditions in which the youth live, the community's views on training, customs and definite lessons. Abstract

Tulisan ini akan mengulas fenomena studi interdispliner pada PTKIN yang ada di Indonesia, terkhusus pada program studi islam lebih spesifik pada pendidikan islam dengan realits keilmuan di Indonesia dengan corak linieritas serta tuntutan pasar, metode pentlitian yang digunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, setelah dilakukan analisis maka pendidikan Islam dalam konteks studi Islam interdisipliner, sepertinya masih belum matang dalam proses pengaplikasiannya oleh sebab budaya literasi dan akademik di Indonesia belum tersistem dan masih dalam proses menjunu perbaikan dan inovasi.

Abstract

This concept underlines the help of help in Islam through the tracing contained in the verses of the Qur'an, the Prophet's Sirah and the Medina Charter Please help others is an unavoidable sunnatullah.Every human being is free to choose the desired livelihood and will have a share in his efforts. A person will not earn more than what he has done. Qualitative research method with a literature study research approach with data sources obtained through documents, literture, both in the form of articles, books and others relevant to research. The results concluded that each individual's physical and mental well-being is different, as is their ability to earn a living. Man was created by God on earth to fill and prosper life and this life in accordance with the order and law of God's law. Humans are qudrati as individual beings and social beings, that is, humans need each other, both in exchanging ideas, interacting, and completing needs in everyday life. In carrying out life and life, Islam in addition to proclaiming the right creed and worship as a means of liaison between servants and their creators also formulates good and correct procedures in muamalah as a liaison between humans and each other. Muamalah are God's must-obey rules that govern man's relationship with man in relation to acquiring and developing property, as well as defending the rights of society.
