Abstract

This study aims to see the implementation of recruitment at SDIT Lan Tabur, Pagar Alam city. Recruitment is the process of getting a number of qualified human resources to occupy a position or job. The implementation of professional and proportional recruitment will result in input of quality educators. To study the implementation of recruitment at SDIT Lan Tabur Kota Pagar Alam, using descriptive qualitative research that produces descriptive data in the form of written, spoken words and the activities of the people being observed. To collect data using interview techniques, observation techniques, and documentation techniques. The data analysis procedure used in this research is qualitative analysis. The results of the research obtained the following results: Implementation of the recruitment carried out was quite good, here it appears that there are various processes carried out by the school such as through administrative filing and tests for prospective new workers, most of the expected goals are achieved even though there are still inhibiting factors such as the difficulty of getting a workforce that is in accordance with the academic field with the field required by the school. However, in this case, the school, especially the principal and other workers, are equally trying to make the school a school that is in demand by the community.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the role of teachers and child psychology in the learning process of third-grade students at State Elementary School 157 Palembang. The method used in this research is qualitative. By using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research is expected to comprehensively describe the roles of teachers and child psychology in learning. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this research discuss the roles of teachers and child psychology in the learning process of third-grade students at State Elementary School 157 Palembang. The roles of teachers and understanding child psychology include understanding the characteristics of each student, adopting an approach, and also understanding the conditions that children have in participating in learning activities. Educators are sensitive to the conditions of each of their students and then approach slowly by asking about the difficulties they are facing. In addition to teachers playing a role in the development of child psychology, parents also play a very important role in the development of child psychology, especially at home. The relationship between teachers and parents must be continuous, with good communication and cooperation, to achieve the best goals for the development of child psychology. Keywords: Teacher Role, Understanding Child PsychologyAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dan psikologi anak dalam proses pembelajaran siswa kelas III SD Negeri 157 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendeskripsikan secara komprehensif tentang peran guru dan psikologi anak dalam pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah membahas tentang peran guru dan psikologi anak dalam pembelajaran siswa kelas III SD Negeri 157 Palembang. Adapun peran guru dan pemahaman psikologi anak diantaranya memahami karakter dari setiap peserta didik, mengadakan sebuah pendekatan dan juga harus memahami dari setiap kondisi yang dimiliki anak-anak dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. Tenaga pendidik peka terhadap kondisi dari setiap peserta didiknya dan kemudian melakukan pendekatan secara perlahan dengan cara bertanya mengenai kesulitan apa yang sedang ia hadapi. Selain guru yang berperan dalam perkembangan psikologi anak, orang tua juga berperan sangat penting dalam perkembangan psikologi anak terutama di rumah. Hubungan guru dan wali murid haruslah berkesinambungan satu sama lain, dengan adanya komunikasi yang berjalan baik serta kerjasama yang baik, maka dapat mencapai tujuan yang baik bagi perkembangan psikologi anak tersebut.Kata Kunci:  Peran Guru, Pemahaman Psikologi Anak

Abstract

This article discusses the development of learning outcomes and child psychology at MI Al-Awwal Palembang, focusing on first-grade students. This research is a field study with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods used in this study included interviews, documentation, and observations. Data analysis techniques involved data collection, data presentation, and data verification stages. The research results indicate that the development of learning outcomes and child psychology is influenced by various factors, including parents, the student's personal characteristics, and the child's environment, both formal and informal. These factors are interconnected and can impact the well-being and success of teaching and child psychology. The role of educational institutions, parents, the community, and teachers in supporting the success of teaching and child psychology is crucial. The importance of collaboration between schools and families in creating an environment that supports the holistic development of children's learning outcomes and psychology is emphasized.

Abstract

This research is related to the role of the family environment in the cognitive development of children at Public Elementary School 160 in Palembang. The type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection methods used include interviews, observations, documentation, and discussions. Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data presentation, and data verification. Based on the analysis, it was found that the role of the family environment in supporting children's educational development has been well executed. The family plays the primary role as the first environment where children grow and learn, and it has a significant influence on shaping children's educational development. However, it is important to remember that a child's education in the family environment is not solely the responsibility of parents but involves the participation of all family members, including grandparents, siblings, and other family members. Cognitive development in children plays a crucial role as it forms the foundation for learning abilities, interaction with the environment, and academic and intellectual achievements. There are differences in cognitive development between boys and girls, where boys may be less active than girls, but this does not rule out the possibility that boys may have different ways of understanding the material
