Abstrak-Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui metode perhitungan pph 21 Gaji pegawai tetap terhadap laba pada PT. ABC. Data penelitian diperoleh penulis melalui penelitian lapangan baik dengan cara observasi maupun wawancara serta didukung dengan peneltian pustaka. Metode Analisis yang digunakan penulis adalah metode analisis deskriptif yang bersifat komparatif? yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang berkaitan dengan penerapan PPH21. Dari Hasil Penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode yang digunakan adalah 3 yaitu metode yang di tanggung karyawan, metode yang ditanggung perusahaan dan metode grossup.?Kata Kunci : Perhitungan PPh 21, Laba??Abstract - The objective to be achieved from this research is to find out the pph 21 calculation method for salaries of permanent employees to profits at PT. A B C. The research data obtained by the author through field research both by observation and interview and supported by library research. The analysis method used by the author is a comparative descriptive analysis method that is by collecting data and information relating to the application of PPH21. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the method used is 3, the method at the responsibility of the employee, the method borne by the company and the gross method.?Keywords: 21 PPh calculation, Profit

ABSTRAK Pengaruh Return On Assets (ROA) Dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) Terhadap Harga Saham Pada PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. Program Studi Manajemen S1, Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Universitas Pamulang, Tahun 2021. Harga saham merupakan harga penutupan pasar saham selama periode pengamatan untuk tiap-tiap jenis saham yang dijadikan sampel dan pergerakannya senantiasa diamati oleh para investor. Salah satu konsep dasar dalam manajemen keuangan adalah bahwa tujuan yang ingin dicapai manajemen keuangan adalah memaksimalisasi nilai perusahaan. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan oleh PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Pengaruh Return On Assets (ROA) dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap harga saham PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dimana nilai Fhitung sebesar 21,261 lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 9,550, maka dapat diartikan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan Return On Asset (ROA) dan Debt To Equitty Ratio (DER) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. The stock price is the closing price of the stock market during the observation period for each type of stock sampled and its movement is always observed by investors. One of the basic concepts in financial management is that the goal of financial management is to maximize the value of the company. This research data uses secondary data obtained from financial statements by PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. This type of research is descriptive with qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the study that the Effect of Return On Assets (ROA) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on the stock price of PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk has a significant influence where the Fcount value of 21.261 is greater than Ftable of 9.550, it can be interpreted that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that simultaneously Return On Assets (ROA) and Debt To Equitty Ratio (DER) have a significant effect on stock prices. ABSTRACT The integrated waste storage place reduce reuse recycle TPST 3R 012 Griya Bersih Asri is one of the TPS in South Tangerang City. The waste processing process at TPST 012 begins with transporting waste from several houses using a garbage collection vehicle. Then the waste is collected and separated into organic waste and inorganic waste through a sorting machine. Organic waste can be processed into compost and leachate which can be used for things that are useful for the community. Waste management activities are very beneficial for the environment, but workers who carry out the process of collecting and sorting waste have the potential for accidents and diseases, especially if the implementation of K3 has not been carried out according to standards, the opportunity for this potential is even greater. Workers must get knowledge about the risks that may occur in the TPST 3R waste collection site, so that they are more aware of the importance of using personal protective equipment that is according to standards and preventing the transmission of waste-borne diseases. Keywords: Waste Management, Personal Protective Equipment, Occupational Health and Safety (K3) ABSTRAK Tempat penampungan sampah terpadu reduce reuse recycle TPST 3R 012 Griya Bersih Asri merupakan salah satu diantara TPS yang ada di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Proses Pengolahan sampah di TPST 012 diawali dengan melakukan pengangkutan sampah dari beberapa rumah menggunakan kendaraan pengangkut sampah. Kemudian sampah dikumpulkan dan dilakukan pemisahan menjadi sampah organik dan sampah anorganik melalui mesin pemilah. Sampah organik dapat diolah menjadi pupuk kompos dan air lindi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk hal-hal yang berguna bagi masyarakat. Kegiatan pengelolaan sampah sangat bermanfaat bagi lingkungan, namun bagi para pekerja yang melakukan proses pengumpulan dan pemilahan sampah memiliki potensi terjadinya kecelakaan dan penyakit, terlebih apabila pelaksanaan K3 belum dilakukan sesuai standar maka peluang untuk potensi tersebut semakin besar. Para pekerja harus mendapatkan pengetahuan mengenai resiko bahaya yang mungkin dapat terjadi di tempat penampungan sampah TPST 3R, sehingga mereka lebih menyadari pentingnya menggunakan alat pelindung diri yang sesuai standar dan mencegah terjadinya penularan penyakit bawaan sampah. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Sampah, Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3)

Darul Furqon Ramadhan Foundation Bogor has several obstacles in training students' self-confidence including inadequate infrastructure so that students' mastery of technology is still lacking, students' lack of competence in terms of technology mastery, students cannot recognize their strengths and competencies so they have low self confidence and afraid to make mistakes for example when expressing opinions in discussion forums or presentations they tend to be passive. The aim of the research is regarding the Influence of the Inflation Rate, Bi-7 Days Repo Rate, and USD/Exchange Rate on the IHSG Composite Stock Price Index on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) has a composite index known as the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). When the JCI shows an increase, it means that the Indonesian economy is in good condition and the opposite applies. The JCI movement is certainly influenced by several macroeconomic factors, therefore this research aims to determine the development of the Inflation level, BI-7 days Reverse Repo Rate, USD/Exchange Rate, IHSG and determine the significance of the influence of the Inflation variable, BI-7 days Reverse Repo Rate, and USD Exchange Rate both partially and simultaneously against IHSG on BEI. The research method used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method which is processed using SPSS 25. This type of research is descriptive with qualitative analysis. Based on the research results, it is concluded that based on the results of the F test, the inflation rate, BI-7DRR, and USD exchange rate simultaneously have a significant effect on the IHSG. The results of research using the t-test concluded that the inflation rate had no and insignificant influence on the IHSG, while the BI-7DRR variable had a positive and significant influence on the IHSG, and the USD Exchange Rate had a negative and significant influence on the IHSG. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh Tingkat Inflasi, Bi-7 Days Repo Rate, dan Nilai Tukar Usd/Kurs terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2021. Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) memiliki indeks gabungan yang dikenal dengan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG).
