Abstract

ABSTRACT The integrated waste storage place reduce reuse recycle TPST 3R 012 Griya Bersih Asri is one of the TPS in South Tangerang City. The waste processing process at TPST 012 begins with transporting waste from several houses using a garbage collection vehicle. Then the waste is collected and separated into organic waste and inorganic waste through a sorting machine. Organic waste can be processed into compost and leachate which can be used for things that are useful for the community. Waste management activities are very beneficial for the environment, but workers who carry out the process of collecting and sorting waste have the potential for accidents and diseases, especially if the implementation of K3 has not been carried out according to standards, the opportunity for this potential is even greater. Workers must get knowledge about the risks that may occur in the TPST 3R waste collection site, so that they are more aware of the importance of using personal protective equipment that is according to standards and preventing the transmission of waste-borne diseases. Keywords: Waste Management, Personal Protective Equipment, Occupational Health and Safety  (K3) ABSTRAK Tempat penampungan sampah terpadu reduce reuse recycle TPST 3R 012 Griya Bersih Asri merupakan salah satu diantara TPS yang ada di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Proses Pengolahan sampah di TPST 012 diawali dengan melakukan pengangkutan sampah dari beberapa rumah menggunakan kendaraan pengangkut sampah. Kemudian sampah dikumpulkan dan dilakukan pemisahan menjadi sampah organik dan sampah anorganik melalui mesin pemilah. Sampah organik dapat diolah menjadi pupuk kompos dan air lindi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk hal-hal yang berguna bagi masyarakat. Kegiatan pengelolaan sampah sangat bermanfaat bagi lingkungan, namun bagi para pekerja yang melakukan proses pengumpulan dan pemilahan sampah memiliki potensi terjadinya kecelakaan dan penyakit, terlebih apabila pelaksanaan K3 belum dilakukan sesuai standar maka peluang untuk potensi tersebut semakin besar. Para pekerja harus mendapatkan pengetahuan mengenai resiko bahaya yang mungkin dapat terjadi di tempat penampungan sampah TPST 3R, sehingga mereka lebih menyadari pentingnya menggunakan alat pelindung diri yang sesuai standar dan mencegah terjadinya penularan penyakit bawaan sampah. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Sampah, Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), Kesehatan dan Keselamatan           Kerja (K3)

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic has brought changes in teaching activities in the school environment, as well as teaching and learning activities (KBM) within the Jame Pekojan Islamic Education Foundation which are carried out online at their respective homes. At times like this, there needs to be more intense coordination between the head of the foundation and staff, staff and staff and staff and students. Coordination can run well if done with good communication. Good communication is communication that is carried out in two directions and conveys messages from the sender of the message to the recipient of the message, for example messages from the chairman of the foundation to staff, messages from staff to staff, or messages from staff to students. Although learning activities are carried out online, there are some staff who sometimes have to come to the Foundation to complete work that cannot be done at home, so the Health protocol must be implemented while outside the home. The COVID-19 prevention health protocols include the 5M, namely: wearing masks, washing hands with soap and running water, maintaining a minimum distance of 1 meter, staying away from crowds and limiting mobilization and interaction. The foundation must socialize the prevention by using a persuasive approach so that staff, educators, students and all parties within the Jame Pekojan Islamic Education Foundation can get used to and be disciplined in carrying out health protocols. Keywords: Covid-19 Pandemic, Health Protocols, Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM)  ABSTRAK Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan perubahan dalam kegiatan mengajar di lingkungan sekolah, begitupun dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) di lingkungan Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Jame Pekojan yang dilakukan secara online di rumah masing-masing. Di saat seperti ini perlu adanya koordinasi yang lebih intens baik antara ketua yayasan dengan staf, staf dengan staf maupun staf dengan siswa. Koordinasi dapat berjalan dengan baik jika dilakukan dengan komunikasi yang baik. Komunikasi yang baik adalah komunikasi yang dilakukan secara dua arah dan tersampaikannya pesan dari pengirim pesan kepada penerima pesan, misalnya pesan dari ketua yayasan kepada staf, pesan dari staf kepada staf, ataupun pesan dari staf kepada siswa. Meskipun kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan secara online, namun ada beberapa staf yang terkadang harus datang ke Yayasan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan yang tidak dapat dilakukan di rumah, sehingga protokol Kesehatan harus dilaksanakan selama berada di luar rumah. Adapun protokol kesehatan pencegahan Covid-19 diantaranya melakukan 5M yaitu: memakai masker, mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan air mengalir, menjaga jarak minimal 1 meter, menjauhi kerumunan serta membatasi mobilisasi dan interaksi. Pihak yayasan harus mensosialisasikan pencegahan tersebut dengan menggunakan pendekatan persuasif sehingga staf, tenaga pendidik, siswa dan seluruh pihak yang berada dilingkungan Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Jame Pekojan bisa membiasakan diri dan disiplin melakukan protokol kesehatan. Kata Kunci: Pandemi Covid-19, Protokol Kesehatan, Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM)

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Ruhama Foundation was established on March 23, 2012, located at Jalan Betet 1, Kampung Kebon Kopi, RT 03 RW 06, Pengasinan Village, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency, West Java. Human resources are the important meaning of a reality that every human individual is the most important element because it always exists in an organization. Culture provides an identity for members of the organization and evokes a commitment to beliefs and values greater than oneself. The performance of the foundation staff is the basis for the achievement of the foundation's goals and achievements. Foundation staff form an overall perception based on the characteristics of the organizational culture which include innovation, persistence, aggressiveness, results orientation, people orientation, attention to detail, and team orientation. The organizational culture of the foundation staff in continuously improving performance to consistently carry out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with existing provisions and regulations is expected to continue to develop potential, especially regarding various programs at the Ruhama Foundation, so that foundation staff are expected not only to have good performance , but can do professionally. The success of the foundation's staff performance is not only influenced by organizational culture, but also members of the organization are expected to be able to work together with other members to solve problems that arise in the organization, so it is necessary to establish effective and efficient teamwork within the foundation. With the formation of teamwork, it is hoped that the cooperation of the foundation staff will be higher, so that it will facilitate the achievement of the foundation's goals. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Competitive Advantage, Foundation Staff ABSTRAK Yayasan Ruhama berdiri sejak 23 Maret 2012, beralamat di Jalan Betet 1 Kampung Kebon Kopi RT 03 RW 06 Desa Pengasinan Kecamatan Gunung Sindur Kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat. Sumber daya manusia merupakan arti penting dari suatu realita bahwa setiap individu manusia merupakan elemen yang paling utama karena selalu ada dalam suatu organisasi. Budaya memberikan identitas bagi para anggota organisasi dan membangkitkan komitmen terhadap keyakinan dan nilai yang lebih besar dari dirinya sendiri. Kinerja staf yayasan merupakan dasar bagi pencapaian tujuan dan prestasi yayasan. Para staf yayasan membentuk persepsi keseluruhan berdasarkan karakteristik budaya organisasi yang antara lain meliputi inovasi, kematapan, keagresifan, orientasi hasil, orientasi orang, perhatian ke hal yang rinci, dan orientasi tim. Budaya organisasi staf yayasan dalam meningkatkan kinerja secara berkesinambungan untuk tetap konsisten melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab sesuai dengan ketentuan dan peraturan yang ada diharapkan untuk terus melakukan pengembangan potensi khususnya tentang berbagai program yang ada di Yayasan Ruhama, sehingga staf yayasan diharapkan tidak saja memiliki kinerja yang bagus, tetapi dapat melakukan secara profesional. Keberhasilan kinerja staf yayasan tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi, namun juga anggota organisasi diharapkan mampu bekerjasama dengan anggota yang lain untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang muncul dalam organisasi, sehingga perlunya dibentuk teamwork yang efektif dan efisien dalam yayasan. Dengan adanya pembentukan teamwork diharapkan akan meningkatkan kerjasama staf yayasan lebih tinggi, sehingga akan memudahkan tercapainya tujuan yayasan.    Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Keunggulan Kompetitif, Staf Yayasan

Abstract

Leadership is the ability of someone in an organization to lead or guide others or members of the organization. The Qur'an memorization boarding school (PPA) "Darul Furqon Ramadhan" located in Saga Bulak Village, Rt 002/07, Cibadung Village, Gunung Sindur Subdistrict, Bogor Regency, West Java Province is a place for social propaganda in the Bulak Saga village, where the foundation's activities are namely having recitation activities, tahfidz quran, orphan compensation, financing orphans and dhuafanya, so that in the activities of the Foundation DFR requires skilled management staff, communicative, and has a creative and innovative leadership spirit so that the activities of the DFR foundation can run in accordance with the goals of the Foundation. Leadership is the way a leader influences the behavior of subordinates to want to work together and work productively to achieve organizational goals. Therefore, the DFR Management must have the task of developing the performance of the personnel, especially improving the competence of the personnel in terms of leadership.
