Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on job satisfaction at Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang lecturers. The research was conducted on lecturers at the Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang. The research method used is to use a quantitative approach, with survey methods and cross-sectional. The population size of 550 is all lecturers at the Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang. The sample size was taken 10% by 55 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of work discipline and work environment partially had a significant effect on the satisfaction of lecturers at Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang. And simultaneously work discipline and work environment affect the job satisfaction of lecturers at the University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang.Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze organizational commitment in increasing the target On Time Performance (OTP) of PT. Citilink Indonesia. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and documentation. The data source in this study is divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study is the data triangulation method. Analysis of the data used through three stages, namely data collection, data classification and conclusion drawing The results of this study indicate that; 1) airline organization commitment of PT. Citilink Indonesia can be said to be quite good because it saw an increase in the On Time Performance (OTP) target from 2018 only 85% and 2019 becomes 90%. In 2019 On Time Performance (OTP) was achieved with a figure of 92% 2). The analysis shows that organizational commitment is an important factor in increasing the target of On Time Performance (OTP) of PT. Citilink Indonesia. Because with the organizational commitment of employee performance in achieving the target On Time Performance (OTP) at PT. Citilink Indonesia can be achieved in 2019 has increased

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Penelitian dilakukan pada para dosen di Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode survey dan dilakukan secara crossectional. Ukuran populasi sebesar 550 merupakan seluruh dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Adapun ukuran sampel diambil 10% sebesar 55 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Dan Secara simultan disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Kata Kunci: Disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja
