Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of training on theperformance of outsourcing employees at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero)Tbk, (2) The effect of job promotions on the performance of outsourcingemployees at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, (3) Effects of trainingand promotion position on the performance of outsourcing employees atPT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.The results show that: (1) Traininghas a positive effect on the performance of outsourcing employees at PTGaruda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, this can be seen from the results ofsimple regression analysis that addresses projections the higher thevalue of training at a certain value, the higher the value employeeperformance at a certain value (2) job promotion has a positive effecton the performance of outsourcing employees at PT Garuda Indonesia(Persero) Tbk, this can be seen from the results of simple regressionanalysis that addresses projections the higher the value of promotion ata certain value, the higher also the value of employee performance at acertain value (2) Training and job promotion have a positive effect onthe performance of outsourced employees at PT Garuda Indonesia(Persero) Tbk, this can be seen from the results of multiple regressionanalysis, which proves the higher the value of training and promotion atcertain values, mak a the higher the value of employee performance ata certain value

Abstract

Salah satu kemajuan suatu bangsa dapat diukur dari sumber daya manusianya. Dimana kemajuan sumber daya manusia dapat dilihat dari pencapaian pendidikan dan ini dapat dilihat dari Human Development Index in PECC Economies pada kolom Educational Attainment. Oleh sebab itu pendidikan  merupakan salah satu bidang yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan suatu bangsa, terpuruknya perekonomian yang mengakibatkan rakyat banyak kehilangan kesempatan untuk menikmati pendidikan baik formal maupun nonformal sehingga bidang pendidikan merupakan salah tujuan program pemerintah.Melalui Departement Training And People Development dengan menyelenggarakan pendidikan dan pelatihan kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat ditingkatkan. Dengan  pendidikan dan pelatihan, komitmen dan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan diharapkan dapat mempromosikan dirinya untuk meningkatkan promosi jabatan yang lebih tinggi sesuai dengan kriteria dan kebutuhan perusahaan.Kata Kunci : Pendidikan, Pelatihan, Komitmen, Kompetensi, Promosi Jabatan.

Abstract

This study aims to see how much influence work coordination, communication and work ethics have on employee performance. The author conducted an analysis test on the level of determinants of the variables X and Y with simple regression, the data analysis test tool used SPSS version 25, with a population of 60 respondents with the saturated sampling technique used in this study. The instrument in this study used interviews, observations and questionnaires as primary and secondary data. From the results of statistical calculations, the number for work coordination is 0.388, which means that it has a weak effect, in the sense that work coordination has less effect on employee performance. while for communication, it has a fairly strong influence, namely 0.767, which means it has a fairly strong influence, while work ethics gives a figure of 0.740, while for work coordination, communication, and work ethics together, it gives the highest value, which is 0.803. means jointly providing a very strong influence to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the dominan factors in implementation of strategic management for the increase performance in S0E,s Indonesia . The study was conducted in organization company with my country Indonesia, in state owned corporation (S0E’s) will make Soe more transparent reliability between clean soe with land agencies Soe’s prosecutors of state owned . Abstract

The objectives of this study namely analyzing the role of workplace spirituality, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and analyzing gender roles as a sub-sample in the research model adopted. This research was conducted in all notary offices in Bangli Regency, with research sample of 45 permanent employees. Empirical data were analyzed through the Partial Least Square approach (SEM_PLS) approach. The results of testing the model with the Q-Square Predictive Relevance (Q2), R-Square (R2) approach or the coefficient of determination, and Goodness of Fit (GoF) obtained a model with a good predicate. Research results confirmed that workplace spirituality significantly influence on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Results also proved that workplace spirituality positively influence organizational commitment. Whereas job satisfaction insignificantly influences organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment also showed insignificant effect towards organizational citizenship behavior. In testing gender as a sub-sample on all linkages built in the model, no significant results have been obtained, in the sense that gender roles (both male and female) as a group are not significantly different.

Abstract

This study tries to find out how big the relationship between the influence of organizational culture variable and strategy business variable other performance organization variables, out by selected organizations in Indonesia, especially in the Jakarta area which is the largest tourism industry area in ASEAN. This research is motivated by various opinions regarding organization culture and strategy business can be performance organization for the tourism industry in Indonesia. the object, especially at the point of implementation which is still fully implemented even though organizational culture and strategy business are the necessary to comply with regulations and efforts to increase productivity and becomes and interesting thing in the background of this research. The organizational variable is focused on discipline innovation and clear division of authority, then the strategy business variable is focused on vision & mission strategy & tactics and marketing, and the performance organization is focused on the growth, customer satisfaction, and marketing. The number of samples obtained as many as 384 respondents from selected companies and the results of the research are as follows organizational culture and strategy business influences efforts to build performance organization, organizational culture influences performance organization, and strategy business influences performance organization

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis produktivitas kerja yang dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi dengan variabel intervening komunikasi organisasi pada Divisi Engineering PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Obyek penelitian ini karyawan Divisi Engeneering dengan ukuran populasi sebesar 200. Ukuran sampel pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan rumus slovin diperoleh sampel 67 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan analisis jalur dan uji hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji F. Untuk memudahkan perhitungan dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil uji analisas jalur menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja melalui komunikasi organisasi. Sedangkan produktivitas kerja juga dipengaruhi budaya organisasi melalui komunikasi organisasi baik langsung maupun tidak langsung. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan produktivitas kerja dipengaruhi secara parsial dan simultan oleh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi. Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi organisasi, produktivitas kerja ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze work productivity that is influenced by transformational leadership and organizational culture with organizational communication intervening variables in the Engineering Division of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk. This study uses a quantitative method by testing the hypothesis. The object of this study was an employee of the Engineering Division with a population size of 200. The sample size in this study used the slovin formula to obtain a sample of 67 respondents. Data was collected by observation and questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and verification with path analysis and hypothesis testing with t test and F test. To facilitate calculations using the SPSS program. The results of the path analysis test state that transformational leadership influences work productivity variables through organizational communication. While work productivity is also influenced by organizational culture through organizational communication either directly or indirectly. The results of the hypothesis test show that work productivity is partially and simultaneously influenced by transformational leadership and organizational culture Keywords: organizational communication, organizational culture, transformational leadership, work productivity

Abstract

Mendeley merupakan salah satu aplikasi pertama yang dirilis oleh Elsevier pada tahun 2008, untuk memberikan bantuan dalam penyisipan, penulisan, dan pemformatan kutipan dan dirancang khusus untuk mahasiswa dalam menulis artikel ilmiah, jurnal, dan tesis. Permasalahan yang terjadi ada sekolompok mahasiswa belum mampu menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley sehingga pelatihan ini penting dilakukan. Tujuan pengabdian yaitu membahas langkah-langkah implementasi aplikasi Mendeley, dimulai dengan instalasi, praktikum langsung, dan sinkronisasi dengan MS Word. Pengabdian dilakukan pada tanggal 9 dan 10 Desember 2022 antara pukul 18.00 sampai 20.00 Wita, peserta sekelompok mahasiswa eksekutif semester akhir dari Prodi Manajemen STIMI" Handayani " Denpasar, berjumlah 13 orang dalam pelatihan tersebut. Metode yang dilakukan team pengabdian memberikan pemaparan materi, diskusi, dan praktikum sederhana secara online menggunakan media Zoom Meeting. Pengabdian ini membuahkan hasil terbukti dengan tingginya tingkat antusiasme mahasiswa, ekspresi serius di wajah mereka saat mendengarkan dan mencoba berlatih menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley untuk kutipan dan bibliografi, serta tanggapan aktif siswa terhadap diskusi. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh, 95% sangat memudahkan mahasiswa untuk mengerjakan tugas akhir atau skripsi yang akan dimuat di jurnal ilmiah serta berdampak jangka panjang jika mahasiswa melanjutkan kejenjang pendidikan lebih lanjut, dan dapat digunakan apabila mahasiswa menjadi team peneliti dalam hal pembuatan artikel ilmiah yang mengharuskan dalam penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley.

Abstract

Drinking water is the livelihood of many people, therefore inorder to meet these needs, the drinking water management industry must be able to provide an excellent services in every aspect of quality, quantity and continuity. To achieve this goal, the organizational need a competent employees, so they could run the company effectively. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of human resource development programs that is training, talent management, and performance management on competencies that have an impact on organizational effectiveness in the drinking water management industry. The sampling method is purposive sampling, that have 252 sample of employees who work in drinking water management industry. This type of research is deductive with data collection by distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of these study conclude that there is an effect of training on competencies, there is an effect of talent management on competencies, there is an effect of performance management on competencies, and there is an effect of competent employees to an organizational effectiveness. The role of employee competence as a media variable has been proven to influence the role of training, talent management, and performance management to increase organizational effectiveness. The implication of this research is that a leaders should provide training and development to improve their employee competencies, so that they can increase organizational effectiveness in order to improve services to the community in terms of drinking water services

Abstract

Produk kosmetik saat ini mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat sehingga keadaan ini menimbulkan persaingan yang sangat ketat. Hal inilah yang menjadikan atmosfer persaingan pada industri kosmetik berlabel halal dan tidak berlabel halal menjadi semakin kuat. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis perbandingan sikap, norma subjektif dan persepsi kendali perilaku konsumen antara kosmetik berlabel halal dan kosmetik tidak berlabel halal. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen kosmetik berlabel halal dan kosmetik tidak berlabel halal di Wilayah Tangerang. 50 konsumen kosmetik berlabel halal dan 50 konsumen kosmetik tidak berlabel halal disurvei sebagai sampel. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif yang bersifat inferensi. Teknik pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji One Way ANOVA dan uji Independent Sample T-test yaitu uji statistik yang bertujuan untuk membandingkan rata-rata dua sampel yang berbeda.Kata Kunci : Perbandingan Sikap, Norma Subjektif dan Persepsi Kendali Perilaku
