Abstract

Latar Belakang: Proyeksi angka harapan hidup penduduk Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan dari 70 tahun pada periode 2010-2015 menjadi 72 tahun pada periode 2030-2035. Salah satu bentuk perhatian yang serius terhadap lanjut usia adalah terlaksananya pelayanan pada lanjut usia melalui Posyandu lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui hubungan peran keluarga, kondisi fisik lansia dan pengetahuan dengan cakupan pelayanan kesehtaan lansia di kecamatan Jaya BAru Banda Aceh tahun 2020. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Data di analisis secara univariat, analisis bivariat dengan uji chi square. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukan bahwa dukungan keluarga (p=0.001), kondisi fisik lansia (p=0.001), pengetahuan (p=0.001) berhubungan dengan cakupan pelayanan Kesehatan lansia di wilayah kerja kecamatan Jaya Baru Banda Aceh. Sehinnga dukungan keluarga, kondisi fisik lansia dan pengetahuan berhubungan dengan cakupan pelayanan lansia. Saran: Kepada instansi terkait (Dinas Kesehatan dan Puskesmas) disarankan untuk lebih meningkatkan sosialisasi dan memaksimalakan kualitas pelayanan Posyandu lansia.

Abstract

Background: Diarrhea is a public disease that still attacks babies, school children, teenagers, and even adults. Diarrhea attacks children more than adults. Based on data from UKS MIN (School Health Unit-Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri) -19 Darul Imarah, cases of diarrhea among students in 2019 increased from month to month. Method: This research uses a cross- sectional approach. The research population was 42 teachers and employees at MIN-19 Darul Imarah. The research was carried out from March 19  to April 9, 2020. The research instrument was a questionnaire with data processing using Crosstab and Chi-Square test. This research aims to determine the relationship between advocacy, atmosphere building, and community empowerment movements in preventing diarrhea at MIN-19 Darul Imarah. Result: The research results showed that there was a relationship between advocacy health promotion strategies  (p-value 0.005), the atmosphere-building health promotion strategies (p-value 0.032), and the community empowerment movement health promotion strategy (p-value 0.043) on prevention of diarrhea in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 19 Darul Imarah District.  Recommendation: It is hoped that the Principal of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 19 Darul Imarah District will increase health promotion (advocacy, atmosphere building, and community empowerment movements) at school and outside of school in an effort to prevent diarrhea for students.

Abstract

Background: Complete basic immunization coverage at the Banda Raya Community Health Center is 67.6%. Low levels of complete basic immunization in babies must be addressed immediately so that children can grow and develop healthily and avoid infectious diseases. This study aims to analyze the completeness of basic immunization for babies at the Banda Raya Community Health Center, Banda Aceh City in 2021. Method:This research is descriptive analytical with a crosssectional design. The sample was 63 patients determined using total population techniques. Data analysis used the Chi-Square test with SPSS version 20. Result: there was a relationship between knowledge (p-value=0.016), parental education (p-valu=0.006), the role of cadres (p-valu=0.040), the role of health workers (p-value0.001), family support (p-value=0.023), and maternal motivation (p-value=0.013) with complete basic immunization for babies at the Banda Raya Community Health Center, Banda Aceh City in 2021. Recommendation: It is hoped that health workers can carry out health promotion, especially community promotion emphasizing the consequences if children are not given basic immunizations, one of which is by socializing the importance of proper immunization according to a predetermined schedule.

Abstract

Background: Personal hygiene is an action to maintain a person's cleanliness and health for physical and psychological well-being. Cleanliness and tidiness are very important and necessary so that someone is liked and accepted in society, apart from cleanliness is being necessary therefore  person  can live healthily. Data from the Kota Banda Aceh Health Service in 2019 recorded that out of 542 restaurants, there were 52 (9.59%) restaurants that did not meet the requirements and data  at the Batoh Community Health Center working area recorded that 12.5% did not meet the requirements. Method: This research is descriptive analytical with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all  restaurant workers in the Batoh Community Health Center working area, totaling 55 workers. Sampling was carried out using the random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by interviews from 18 to 22 January 2021. The statistical test used was the chi square test using the SPSS 23 computer program. Results: The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p value=0.011) and length of service (p value=0.003). And there is no relationship between training (p value=0.343) and personal hygiene among restaurant workers. Recommendation: It is recommended that puskesmas officers can increase counselingr and training about personal hygiene for restaurant workers  and the community in the Batoh Puskesmas working area so that they can increase public’s knowledge of the importance of maintaining personal hygiene.

Abstract

Background: The Banda Raya Health Center (Puskesmas), reports that the number of patients who  purchase medicines from the pharmacy at the Community Health Center Installation is decreasing every year, this is thought to be because the medicines  needed are not available at the pharmacy. Patients who do not want to queues for a long time and prefer to buy medicines from the outside of the health center. Convenience and poor service procedures are also the reasons why patients feel dissatisfied with medication collection services. This study aims to determine patient satisfaction in  medicine collection services at the the Banda Raya Community Health Center Pharmacy Installation, Banda Aceh City. Method: Quantitative research with cross sectional design. The sample in this study were patients/families of patients who purchase  medication at the Banda Raya Health Center Pharmacy Installation, totaling 49 patients from January to March 2020, using the Accidental Sampling technique. This research was conducted on August 3-11, 2020. Bivariate analysis used SPSS with the chi square statistical test. Results: Univariate analysis showed that 69.4% of patients were dissatisfied, 75.5% were uncomfortable, 67.3% had a negative attitude, 73.5% had poor human relations, 75.5% had poor service procedures, and 77.5 % no drug availability. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between comfort (P value = 0.004), attitude (P value = 0.002), human relations (P value = 0.001), service procedures (P value = 0.001), and drug availability (P value = 0.021 ) with patient satisfaction in drug collection services at the Pharmacy Installation of the Banda Raya Health Center, Banda Aceh City. Conclusion: Puskesmas are expected to be able to provide sufficient medicine and provide training for pharmaceutical service staff regarding good health service training such as carrying out the ‘3 S’ (Greet, Smile, Care) so that patients feel satisfied and comfortable.

Abstract

Background: Kadarzi (Nutrition Aware Families are families with balanced nutritional behavior that who are able to recognize, prevent and overcome nutritional problems in every member of their family. Families are said to have good Kadarzi behavior if they have implemented the five Kadarzi indicators, weigh themselves regularly, give exclusive breastfeeding, eat a variety of foods, use iodized salt and consume nutritional supplement. The national target for nutrition-conscious families is 80%. Reubee Community Health Center, of the five indicators of Kadarzi, two indicators that have not reached the target are exclusive breastfeeding (75%) and the indicator of using iodized salt is only 12%. Methods: This research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional design. Univariate and bivariate data analysis with Chi Square test. Results: Research showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p value=0.001), family income (p value=0.004), with levels of Kadarzi behavior of mothers with toddlers and there was no relationship between husband's support (p value=0.288) and the behavior of Kadarzi of toddlers mothers. Recomendation: To the Reubee Health Centers staffs to be able to increase counseling activities about the importance of implementing the Nutrition Awareness-Family for mothers of toddlers in the working area of Community Health Centers, in order to increase their knowledge of toddlers nutritional healt.
