Abstract

Improving staff performance has been a major focus for organizations in various sectors and industries. In an era of globalization and increasingly complex competition, organizations need to optimize their human resource potential to their strategic goals. Implementing good work discipline can improve the productivity and quality of work of employees, while giving incentives is identified as a factor that can motivate employees to more optimum work outcomes.The author formulates the following question: 1.Does work discipline influence on the performance of Honourable Officers in the East Lampung Regional Revenue Agency Office? 2.Does the incentive affect on the Performance of Honorable Officials in the Eastern Lampung District Revenues Office?3. Do Work Discipline and Incentives Influence on the Performance of Honourable Officers in the East Lampung Regional Revenue Agency Office? The data collection techniques in this study are interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study is the entire staff of the East Lampung Regional Revenue Agency office of 50 people. Samples are taken using saturation/sensus sampling. Data analysis techniques using double linear regression formulas with the help of SPSS 26 applications. The results of this study show that (1) employee performance is influenced by the Working Discipline and incentive variable of 44.9% and the rest is affected by other variables (2) Working discipline has a positive impact on employee's performance (3) incentives have a positive effect on staff performance (4) Disciplinary incentivity has positive and significant impact on employees' performance.

Abstract

The success and success of the role of a health institution is to serve the community or the patient well and properly in order to improve the health and nutritional status of the community so that the people can feel comfort, security and can increase the satisfaction and confidence in the health institution. The study is entitled “Pengruh trust and medical service to patient satisfaction in the Puskesmas of Pakuan Aji Lampung East. The purpose of this study is to know the influence of trust and service performed jointly – equally (simultaneously) or individually (partially) on the satisfaction of patients in Puskesmas Pakuan Aji. This research is a type of quantitative research using pursiposive sampling techniques to collect data, the population in this study are patients Puskesmas Pakun Aji Lampung East. And as many as 100 people were responding to this study, as well as using a dual linear regression analysis tool with the SPSS 25 application. Based on the results of the T-Test that the confidence variable (X1) has a significant influence on patient satisfaction (Y) and the health care variables (X2) have a significant impact on patients satisfaction(Y). On the basis of the test F on this study, it can be concluded that the trust variable(X1) and health care services(X2) together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on the patient’s satisfaction variable. (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of each element of the marketing mix on consumer purchase interest, providing valuable insights for Suzuki Persada Car Dealer in developing more effective marketing strategies. The data collection techniques for this research include questionnaires and documentation. The sample in this study consists of 100 consumers interested in purchasing a car at the Suzuki Persada car dealer in Lampung.The results of this study are: (1) the questionnaire instrument used is valid, as the calculated R value is greater than 0.300, (2) the reliability test results, which determine the accuracy of the measuring instruments used, show values of 0.717 for product quality, 0.762 for price, 0.892 for place, 0.745 for promotion, and 0.751 for purchase interest, all of which are greater than the minimum value of 0.6, (3) product quality significantly influences purchase interest by 59.1%, (4) price significantly influences purchase interest by 61.7%, (5) place significantly influences purchase interest by 43.9%, (6) promotion significantly influences purchase interest by 51.5%, (7) product quality, price, place, and promotion significantly influence purchase interest by 80.2%, with the remaining influence coming from other factors
