Abstract

Sexual education is very important to be taught to young children, especially children with special needs. Sexual violence can intentionally occur to someone in a sexual manner. This can even extend to attempted rape, sadism in sexual relationships, other unwanted sexual activities, demeaning and hurting or injuring the victim. One effort to prevent sexual violence is to equip young children with knowledge, skills, and abilities to protect themselves from the threat of sexual violence. The method used is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this study are teachers in one Special School. Data collection in this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques use qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that special teachers need learning media for more structured and systematic inclusive education according to the learning stage process. Until now, there is still minimal learning media used for sexual education, especially for children with special needs. Good learning media must have clear, communicative, concise, and systematic language use. The scope of the content in the learning media must also adjust to the conditions of students who will be given learning.

Abstract

Objek wisata Gunung Kemukus sesungguhnya mengandung dua memori kolektif tentang Pangeran Samudro. However, the two memories fight and defeat each other. This study aims to find out how those two memories battle. This study used qualitative methods and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that initially there was only one collective memory of Prince Samudro who was passed down from generation to generation in Mount Kemukus. Since Mount Kemukus is increasingly crowded with residential settlements, a second memory emerges which on the basis of economic interests seeks to defeat the memory that had already existed. In the next development, the second memory is actually developing because of offering a pilgrimage procession on Prince Samudro’s grave, which is easier in the form of sexual intercourse. The first memory does not remain silent and attempts to subdue the second memory. However, the first memory battle against the second memory was only half-hearted.

Abstract

Abstract

Journalism and mass media are widely used by people not only to find out the latest news circulating in society but also as a tool to spread certain ideas and ideas so that they can influence and shape public opinion about a social phenomenon that occurs around them. they. The development of ethical politics in the Dutch East Indies in the half of the 20th century opened the gates to a historical period known as the "National Awakening". Many elite figures, encouraged by education and scientific influence from Europe, began to form various organizations and newspapers as a step in opposing the form of Dutch colonial hegemony and power in Indonesia. Even though there was progress in the Dutch East Indies with the many schools built by the colonial government during the ethical-political policy, women did not share this feeling. This encourages many of them to use mass media such as newspapers and magazines as a bridge to express their feelings and criticism of the situation they are experiencing. One of the women who is active in voicing women's issues is Siti Sundari. Through this research, the author found that Siti Sundari had an important role in her efforts to fight for women's rights in Indonesia through her ideas conveyed in writing in various mass media such as Poetri Hindia, Goentoer Berberger, Medan Bermobil, and Doenia Bermobil. He also founded the Wanito Sworo newspaper as a forum to spread his ideas about the importance of improving the position of women in society, both in terms of education, legal equality, marriage issues, and criticism of patriarchy and polygamy. Using historical methods, the author searches primary sources to reconstruct Siti Sundari's early life, her involvement and role in journalism as a mouthpiece for emancipation, and her role in advancing the rights of Indonesian women in the 1913-1914 period through her speeches at various congresses and important meetings discussing the issue of women's emancipation.

Abstract

The general judicial institutions in Indonesia comprise the District Court, High Court, and Supreme Court. These three entities adjudicate a spectrum of cases, spanning from general criminal and special criminal cases to special civil and religious civil cases, which are addressed at the courts of first instance, appeal, and cassation levels. The court proceedings encompass a plethora of information that is notably rich. Nevertheless, historians have not widely incorporated this resource into historical writing endeavors. This research endeavors to assess the extent to which archives from public justice institutions can be employed in historical documentation. Employing a literature study research method, the findings indicate that the diverse cases adjudicated by public justice institutions serve as invaluable historical sources. Their presence not only contributes information pertaining to the legal domain but also illuminates the social, economic, and political facets of a society. This wealth of information is encapsulated in the archives of proceedings, Investigation Reports (BAP), and court decisions. Access can be facilitated through the Supreme Court website or by directly visiting the court office.
