Abstract

ABSTRACT The microchemical test is a method to determine the content of compounds in plants. The materials used are porang tubers, potatoes, corn, peanuts, guava leaves, lime leaves, ylang flowers, purple sweet potatoes, cassava and coconut shells. Preparations were made using thin slices which were cut with a clam on hand microtome, then the reagent was dripped on the thin slices on an object glass and covered with a deck glass, then observed using a microscope. The starch test on sweet potato, cassava, potato, and porang preparations showed yellow or brown starch; the cellulose test on the corn preparations showed that the cellulose cells were swollen and blue; the protein test on peanut preparations showed a color change to brick red; lignin test on coconut shell showed violet-red color; tannin test on guava leaf preparations showed a dark brown color; lipid test on lime and ylang leaf preparations showed red globules and reducing sugar test on sweet potato and corn preparations showed brick red color. Identification and characterization in microchemical tests were carried out to identify differences in color and crystal formation in plant samples after the administration of specific reagents. KEYWORDS: Microchemical Test, Microscopic, Plant Compounds ABSTRAK Uji mikrokimia adalah metode untuk mengetahui kandungan atau senyawa pada tumbuhan. Bahan yang digunakan adalah umbi porang, kentang, jagung, kacang tanah, daun jambu, daun jeruk, bunga kenanga, ubi jalar ungu, singkong dan tempurung kelapa. Preparat dibuat dengan menggunakan irisan tipis yang dipotong dengan clam on hand microtome, kemudian reagen diteteskan pada irisan tipis di atas object glass dan ditutup deck glass, selanjutnya diamati menggunakan mikroskop. Uji amilum pada preparat ubi jalar, singkong, kentang dan porang menunjukkan amilum berwarna kuning atau coklat; uji selulosa pada preparat jagung menunjukkan sel selulosa membengkak dan berwarna biru; uji protein pada preparat kacang tanah menunjukan perubahan warna menjadi merah bata; uji lignin pada tempurung kelapa menunjukan warna violet merah; uji tanin pada preparat daun jambu menunjukkan warna coklat gelap; uji lipid pada preparat daun jeruk dan kenanga menunjukkan globulus berwarna merah dan uji gula reduksi pada preparat ubi jalar dan jagung menunjukan warna merah bata. Identifikasi dan karakterisasi pada uji mikrokimia dilakukan untuk mengenali perbedaan warna dan bentukan kristal pada sampel tanaman setelah pemberian reagen spesifik. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Discovery Learning model is a model that guides students to identify what they want to know by searching for information themselves, then finding concepts from what is known and understood. The scientific approach is a learning process that is equated with a scientific process because it includes stages, especially in the core activities, namely observing, asking questions, gathering information or experimenting, associating or processing information, and communicating. Learning Outcomes are the numbers obtained by students who have succeeded in completing subject concepts according to the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) set, namely 75 according to the applicable curriculum. The purpose of this study was to describe student learning outcomes by applying the discovery learning model with a scientific approach. Keywords: Discovery Learning, Scientific Approach, Learning Outcomes ABSTRAK Model Discovery Learning adalah model yang menuntun siswa untuk mengidentifikasi apa yang ingin diketahui dengan mencari informasi sendiri, kemudian menemukan konsep dari apa yang diketahui dan dipahami. Pendekatan Scientific adalah proses pembelajaran yang disamakan dengan suatu proses ilmiah karena didalamnya terdapat tahapan-tahapan terutama dalam kegiatan inti yaitu Mengamati, Menanya, Mengumpulkan Informasi atau Eksperimen, Mengasosiasikan atau Mengolah Informasi, dan Mengkomunikasikan. Hasil Belajar adalah angka yang diperoleh siswa yang telah berhasil menuntaskan konsep-konsep mata pelajaran sesuai dengan kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) yang ditetapkan yaitu 75 sesuai dengan kurikulum yang berlaku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan scientific approach. Abstract

ABSTRACT E-Modules are teaching materials that can help students study subject matter independently which uses electronic media. E-Modules can help students to learn independently and can measure their level of understanding. Islam's view of science and technology is that Islam never restrains its people from being advanced and modern. Humans who believe and are pious will take advantage of advances in science and technology, maintain, maintain, preserve human survival and ecological balance and not cause damage to the earth. What is included in the natural category of harmful creatures is viruses. Viruses are parasitic organisms, because they need a host as a place to live and then cause disease which can cause death in living creatures. Viruses are part of microorganisms because living creatures are only a few micros in size or perhaps smaller than that, because 1 micron is the same as 0.001. This research is development research (Research and Development/R&D) which adapts the ADDIE model. The ADDIE development model has five stages, namely Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate. The research results show that the percentage obtained from the expert validation questionnaire is very appropriate and can be used as learning media, but it still needs to be revised, because it obtained a percentage of 83.07 from the material expert validator and a percentage of 90 from the media expert validator. And also the questionnaire taken from 34 students showed a very interesting percentage, namely 90.26.  KEYWORDS: E- module, Virus, Science Technology   ABSTRAK E-Modul merupakan bahan ajar yang dapat membantu siswa dalam mempelajari materi pelajaran secara mandiri yang dalam penggunaannya menggunakan media elektronik. E-Modul dapat membantu siswa untuk belajar secara mandiri dan dapat mengukur tingkat pemahamannya. Pandangan Islam terhadap sains dan teknologi adalah bahwa Islam tidak pernah mengekang umatnya untuk maju dan modern. Manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa akan memanfaatkan kemajuan sains dan teknologi, menjaga, memelihara, melestarikan, keberlangsungan hidup manusia dan keseimbangan ekologi dan bukan untuk kerusakan di bumi. Yang termasuk alam kategori makhluk yang merugikan yaitu virus. Virus merupakan organisme parasit, sebab membutuhkan inang sebagai tempatnya hidup hingga kemudian menyebabkan penyakit yang sampai bisa menyebakan kematian pada makhluk hidup. Virus termasuk bagian dari mikroorganisme karena makhluk hidup dengan ukuran hanya beberapa mikro atau mungkin bisa lebih kecil dari itu, karena 1 mikron sama dengan 0,001. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development/ R&D) yang mengadaptasi model ADDIE. Model pengembangan ADDIE mempunyai lima tahapan yaitu Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement dan Evaluate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa presentase yang diperoleh dari angket validasi para ahli Sangat Layak dan dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran, namun masih perlu dilakukan revisi, karena memperoleh presentase 83,07 dari validator ahli materi dan presentase 90 dari validator ahli media. Dan juga angket yang diambil dari 34 peserta didik menunjukkan presentase yang sangat menarik yaitu 90, 26. KATA KUNCI: E- modul, Virus, Sains Teknologi

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the 21st century, rapid developments in technology have changed the way we work, communicate and interact both in society and in the world of education. As an effort to keep pace with current developments, the STEM-based e-module on fasting material has become one of the innovations in the era of technological development in the education sector. E-modules will be an important tool to support lifelong learning in this sustainable era. With this development research, we will know the results of the feasibility, suitability and attractiveness of the STEM-based e-module on fasting material. This development research used the method (Research and Development/R&D which adapted the ADDIE model. The product trial results showed that the STEM-based fasting material e-module developed was very feasible. This can be seen from the validation results from material experts who obtained a percentage of 90% with the eligibility criteria being very feasible and from the media expert validation results, the percentage was 90%, so the eligibility criteria were very feasible. Meanwhile, from the students' responses, the results were 83%, so they got the criteria for very attractive attractiveness. KEYWORDS: E-Modules, fasting, STEM, 6C, integrasi sustainable liv ing   ABSTRAK Abad ke-21 perkembangan pesat dalam bidang teknologi telah mengubah cara kita bekerja, berkomunikasi, dan berinteraksi baik didalam dunia masyarakat maupun dalam  dunia pendidikannya. Salah satu upaya untuk mengimbangi perkembangan zaman ini, maka e-modul materi puasa berbasis STEM menjadi salah satu inovasi di era perkembangan teknologi di bidang pendidikan. E-modul akan menjadi alat penting untuk mendukung pembelajaran sepanjang masa di era  berkelanjutan ini. Dengan adanya penelitian pengembangan ini, maka kita akan mengetahui hasi dari kelayakan, kesesuaian, dan kemenarikan e-modul materi puasa berbasis STEM. Pada penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan metode (Research and Development/ R&D yang mengadaptasi model ADDIE. Hasil uji coba produk menunjukkan bahwa e-modul materi puasa berbasis STEM yang dikembangkan Sangat Layak.  Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil validasi ahli materi yang memperoleh presentase sebesar 90% dengan  kriteria kelayakan sangat layak  dan dari hasil validasi ahli media memperoleh presentase sebesar 90% sehingga mendapat kriteria kelayakan  sangat layak. Sedangkan dari respon peserta didik mendapatkan hasil sebesar 83% sehingga mendapat kriteria kemenarikan sangat menarik. KATA KUNCI: E-Modul, puasa, STEM, 6C, integrasi sustainable living

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe the feasibility of Thaharah e-module material through the Islamic technology science approach, (2) describe the feasibility of Thaharah e-module media through the Islamic technology science approach, (3) describe the attractiveness of Thaharah e-module media through the Islamic technology science approach. The type of research used in this study is R&D (Research and Development) with the ADDIE development model. The subjects of this study were grade VIII students at SMPN 2 Jombang. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The results of data analysis of learning material expert validation are 85.3%, if converted into the achievement percentage table, it is included in the very feasible category, (2) The results of data analysis of learning media expert validation are 92%, if converted into the table it is included in the very feasible category, (3) The results of data analysis of students' responses are 81.9%, if converted into the into the table it is included in the very attractive category. So, according to the two validators of material experts and learning media experts also the response of students, e-module of thaharah material through the Islamic science technology approach gets a very feasible category.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Banana is a versatile plant that is utilized from the roots to the skin, which is usually processed into banana chips in the home industry. However, the increase in banana chip production has caused an increase in banana peel waste that is disposed of without optimal utilization. This causes negative environmental impacts such as bad odors. Therefore, innovation and awareness are needed to manage banana peel waste sustainably in order to reduce negative impacts on the environment and create value-added products that encourage the development of Green entrepreneurship. This study aims to utilize banana peel waste as a raw material in the production of organic bar soap. The method applied is by using a workshop (training). Training in making organic soap from kepok banana peel waste is designed to strengthen the spirit of sustainable entrepreneurship among students of KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University. The results of this study provide a significant contribution to improving Green entrepreneurship practices through sustainable innovation in utilizing kepok banana peel waste into organic bar soap. By adopting the concept of making organic bar soap, researchers can not only reduce the negative impact of banana peel waste on the environment, but also create quality products. Organic bar soap has the potential to meet consumer demand who are increasingly concerned with natural and sustainable products. KEYWORDS: banana peel, green entrepreneurship, sustainable innovation, organic soap ABSTRAK Pisang merupakan tanaman serbaguna yang dimanfaatkan dari akar hingga kulitnya, yang biasanya diolah menjadi keripik pisang dalam industri rumahan. Namun, peningkatan produksi keripik pisang menyebabkan peningkatan limbah kulit pisang yang dibuang tanpa pemanfaatan optimal. Hal ini menyebabkan dampak lingkungan negatif seperti bau busuk. Oleh karena itu, perlu inovasi dan kesadaran untuk mengelola limbah kulit pisang secara berkelanjutan guna mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dan menciptakan produk bernilai tambah yang mendorong perkembangan Green entrepreneurship. Penelitian ini bertujuan memanfaatkan limbah kulit pisang sebagai bahan baku dalam produksi sabun batang organik. Metode yang diterapkan adalah dengan menggunakan workshop (pelatihan). Pelatihan pembuatan sabun organik dari limbah kulit pisang kepok, dirancang untuk memperkuat semangat kewirausahaan berkelanjutan di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam rangka peningkatan praktik Green entrepreneurship melalui inovasi berkelanjutan dalam pemanfaatan limbah kulit pisang kepok menjadi sabun batang organik. Dengan mengadopsi konsep pembuatan sabun batang organik, para peneliti tidak hanya dapat mengurangi dampak negatif limbah kulit pisang terhadap lingkungan, tetapi juga menciptakan produk yang berkualitas. Sabun batangan organik berpotensi memenuhi permintaan konsumen yang semakin peduli dengan produk alami dan berkelanjutan. Abstract

ABSTRACT Important problems that are currently of concern are threats to the environment, including depletion of the ozone layer, global warming, pollution of water, land, air and flooding, so that various efforts are made, among others, by creating a sense of belonging to nature and being environmentally friendly. waste processing and green economy. . The aim of the research is to describe the suitability of the material, media and response to the attractiveness of the leaflet. The research method used is ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) by conducting feasibility tests on materials, media for experts and the attractiveness of leaflet media. The development results obtained from expert validation of leaflet media material showed a percentage of 90% with very appropriate eligibility criteria, so that leaflets were effectively used as teaching materials. The media feasibility results were 90% with very feasible eligibility criteria. The attractiveness of leaflet products is 83% with very attractive criteria. So leaflet media is suitable for use as learning media because it can improve student learning outcomes. KEYWORDS: edu-Green Entrepreneurship Leaflet Block Rezin Project in Waste Processing ABSTRAK Isu penting saat ini yang menjadi perhatian yakni tentang ancaman mengenai lingkungan hidup antara lain penipisan lapisan ozon, global warming, pencemaran air, tanah, udara dan banjir, sehingga berbagai upaya sedang diterapkan antara memunculkan rasa memiliki tentang alam, pengolahan limbah ramah lingkungan serta green economy. Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan kelayakan materi, media dan respon kemenarikan leafled. Metode penelitian yakni ADDIE (Analysis, Desain, Development, Implementasi, Evaluation) dengan melaksanakan uji kelayakan materi, media kepada ahli dan kemenarikan media leaflet. Hasil pengembangan diperoleh Hasil validasi ahli materi media leafled diperoleh presentase sebesar 90% dengan kriteria kelayakan sangat layak, sehingga leaflet efektif digunakan sebagai bahan ajar. Hasil kelayakan media sebesar 90% dengan kriteria kelayakan sangat layak. Kemenarikan produk leaflet sebesar 83% dengan kriteria sangat menarik.
