Abstract

Traditional Betawi culture, including ondel-ondel, lenong, and tanjidor, is declining due to modernization, with the younger generation forgetting their cultural heritage. The research suggests three main points: (1) Betawi traditions are diminishing in the modern era; for instance, ondel-ondel is now often used for begging. Government intervention is necessary to address this issue. Lenong and Tanjidor also face challenges and need improvement to remain relevant in drama and music. (2) The Betawi community abandons its traditions in the modern era due to the loss of space for Betawi residents in Jakarta. The local government should provide effective solutions to prevent neglect of these distinctive traditions. (3) Efforts by the Betawi community and cultural figures to preserve traditions involve operating cultural institutions in accordance with Law Number 5 of 2017 concerning the Advancement of Culture.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) the strategy of the Serang Regency KPU in implementing voter education outreach, (2) the challenges faced by the Serang Regency KPU in implementing voter education outreach, (3) the Serang Regency KPU's efforts in implementing voter education socialization. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out using observation interviews and documentation and data validity using triangulation. The results of this research show that the strategy used by the Serang Regency KPU is an Offensive strategy, namely a strategy to expand the market and penetrate the market, as well as a defensive strategy, namely defending the market. The challenge in implementing voter education outreach is people's behavior towards elections. Then the efforts made by the Serang Regency KPU in implementing voter education outreach, namely direct and indirect outreach. As for conducting voter education outreach, the Serang Regency KPU has done it according to budget and optimally.

Abstract

Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Cilegon merupakan lembaga pelatihan penjara sekaligus sarana pelatihan yang melakukan pengawasan terhadap narapidana  dengan membekali mereka dengan keterampilan untuk kehidupan di masa depan setelah menjalani hukuman penjara. Permasalahan yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana program Lapas memberikan kegiatan orientasi kepada narapidana, (2) Faktor-faktor apa saja yang menghambat dan mendukung Lapas dalam memberikan orientasi kepada narapidana, (3) Solusi apa yang diterapkan Lapas untuk mengatasi kendala dalam melakukan orientasi terhadap narapidana? proses perkembangan narapidana? Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara  tidak terstruktur dan wawancara tatap muka dengan  petugas  dan narapidana atau mantan narapidana Lapas Cilegon. Tujuan peneliti menggunakan wawancara tidak terstruktur, terutama untuk mengenal sumber informasi. Kesimpulan  penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan pelatihan di Lapas Cilegon sudah sesuai dengan UU No. Undang-undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelayanan Pemasyarakatan merupakan peraturan perundang-undangan yang  positif dan harus dilaksanakan untuk mencapai tujuan pemasyarakatan. Faktor pendukung upaya Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Cilegon dalam mengembangkan keterampilan narapidana antara lain kondisi penjara yang baik, pelatihan narapidana yang bersifat bottom-up, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, serta pelatihan berbasis keluarga dan pemberian gaji. . Faktor-faktor yang menghambat upaya Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Cilegon untuk mengembangkan keterampilan narapidana antara lain kurangnya keterampilan penjaga penjara, terbatasnya pemasaran produk keterampilan dan populasi penjara yang kelebihan kapasitas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether documentary film learning media has an impact on improving student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education subjects. A quasi-experimental quantitative approach was chosen in this study. The population comes from class VIII of Shohibul Baroque Junior High School. A total of 84 student populations were used in the sample. With details, 42 students of class VIII A were formed as an experimental class, while 42 students of class VIII B were formed as a control class who were not given treatment. The data collection tool was a multiple-choice questionnaire of 20 questions. Based on the results of research in the two groups, the results are normally distributed and homogeneous. The T-test is used in hypothesis testing to obtain results that have a significant effect on the use of documentary film learning media on the cognitive learning outcomes of grade VIII students. Based on the calculation results, the value of rcalculate sig (2-tailed) is 0.014 < rtable is 0.05.  Thus H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected.  This indicates that documentary film learning media affects the cognitive learning outcomes of grade VIII students in the National Awakening and Youth Pledge materials.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate how the Cilegon City Government and the Forum for Interfaith Harmony (FKUB) collaborate in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs to maintain interfaith harmony and prevent religious intolerance. Data were collected through policy document analysis and in-depth interviews with officials from Kesbangpol, FKUB, and the Cilegon City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office using a qualitative descriptive technique. The conclusions drawn from this study include goal-setting techniques, formulation of the existing situation, identification of barriers and facilitators, and development of activity plans. Implementation of the program involves disseminating regulations, convening meetings with religious leaders, establishing youth forums, and organizing interfaith community coordination meetings. According to program evaluation, the interfaith harmony index for Cilegon City in 2022 achieved a score of 79.71 points, surpassing the target of 68.74 points and also exceeding the national average interfaith harmony index of 72.39 points. These findings imply the potential to enhance understanding and preventive actions in promoting harmony among religious communities.

Abstract

Abstract: Multiculturalism is a belief that states that ethnic or cultural groups can coexist peacefully and respect each other. The purpose of implementing multicultural values in the Merdeka Student Exchange Program is to discover how the process of implementing activities describes and the factors that hinder the implementation of multicultural values. The method used is a qualitative case study, where the research takes data directly on ongoing activities through interviews, observation, and documentation, then conducts data processing activities from data relevant to the discussion. The results of this discussion are the implementation of multicultural values in the Independent Student Exchange program:(1) Multicultural values have been well implemented, as seen from democratic values, humanist values, and pluralist values; (2) Some activities illustrate implementing multicultural values in the independent student exchange program; (3) The factors that hinder the implementation of multicultural values are internal factors and external factors.Keywords: implementation; independent Student Exchange; multicultural value.Abstrak: Multikultural merupakan sebuah kepercayaan yang menyatakan bahwa sebuah kelompok-kelompok etnik atau budaya dapat hidup secara berdampingan secara damai dan saling menghormati satu sama lain. Tujuan implementasi nilai-nilai multikultural pada Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses implementasi kegiatan yang menggambarkan dan faktor yang menghambat dari pengimplementasian nilai-nilai multikultural. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif studi kasus, dimana proses penelitian yang mengambil data langsung pada kegiatan yang berlangsung melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian melakukan kegiatan mengolah data dari data yang relevan dengan pembahasan. Hasil dari pembahasan ini adalah implementasi nilai-nilai multikultural dalam program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka: (1) Nilai-nilai multikultural telah terimplementasikan dengan baik terlihat dari nilai demokratis, nilai humanis, dan nilai pluralis; (2) Terdapat Kegiatan yang menggambarkan implementasi nilai-nilai multikultural dalam program pertukaran mahasiswa merdeka; (3) Adanya faktor yang menghambat dari pengimplementasian nilai-nilai multikultural adalah faktor internal dan faktor eksternal.Kata kunci: implementasi, nilai-nilai multikultural, pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran Pondok Pesantren Al-Fathaniyah Serang dalam menerapkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, peneliti menemukan bahwa pesantren berperan aktif mengimplementasikan enam dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila melalui berbagai kegiatan. Pesantren berkontribusi signifikan dalam membentuk karakter warga negara yang baik dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila, mengembangkan pemikiran kritis, dan menanamkan sikap toleransi serta gotong royong. Meski menghadapi tantangan dalam penyesuaian kurikulum, pesantren memiliki potensi besar untuk membentuk santri sebagai warga negara berintegritas. Peneliti menyimpulkan perlunya upaya berkelanjutan dan kolaborasi antara pesantren, pemerintah, dan masyarakat untuk mengoptimalkan peran ini dalam pengembangan pendidikan kewarganegaraan yang holistik.
