Abstract

The purpose of this research know that leadership style, motivation, organizational culture and social competence have a simultaneous effect on teacher performance. Motivation has an effect on teacher performance. Satisfaction has an effect on teacher performance and knowing compensation has an effect on teacher performance at SMP Batik Surakarta. The research method is in the form of survey research using quantitative with a sample of about 48 teachers. The data collection method used a questionnaire saturated sampling technique. Primary data is used as a source of primary data. Processing the data using the SPSS program using multiple regression equation analysis tools, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results the analysis variables: Leadership Style, Motivation,Organizational Culture and Social Competence have a simultaneous effect on the performance Surakarta Batik Junior High School teacher and Leadership_Style, Motivation, Organizational Culture and Social Competence have a significant effect on the performance of the SMP Batik Surakarta teacherpartially/individually. The results of the observations show that simultaneously the independent variables which include Leadership Style, Motivation, Organizational Culture and Social Competence have a relationship with teacher performance

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect simultaneously or partially the variables of the work environment,principal’s leadership and work motivation with the creativity of teachers at SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. Researchers conducted observations at SMA Batik 2 Surakarta with the object of teacher research as a sample in order to determine the relationship between of the work environment,principal’s leadership and work motivation with the creativity. The research method is in the form of survey research using quantitative research with a sample size of about 49 teachers. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a saturated sampling technique. Processing of data using the SPSS program using multiple regression equation analysis tools, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination. Leadership style has a significant effect on the teachers the creativity of SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. Work motivation has a significant effect o the creativity of teachers at SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. The results of the observation show that simultaneously the independent variables which include of the work environment,principal’s leadership and work motivation with the creativity of teachers. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning independence, learning facilities, parental attention and peer environment on student achievement in SMK Negeri 1 Sragen. This type of research is causal research with a regression approach, the type of research is quantitative research with a regression research design. The research population of all 12th grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Sragen consisted of 14 groups of 504 students. The research sample for each group was taken by 10 students who had the top ten academic rankings in the hope that they would have better results. Data collection using a questionnaire was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 23.0 for Windows program. The results showed that learning independence had an effect on learning achievement, learning facilities had an effect on learning achievement, parental attention had no effect on learning achievement, and peer environment had an effect on learning achievement. Suggestions from this research are students, teachers, parents take their respective roles to create independent learning, provide learning facilities, attention and a peer environment so that student learning achievement increases even during the covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

Teachers' performance serves as one of the most pivotal aspects in determining the success of the education and learning process. Work ethos, personality competence, organizational culture, and rewards are among the factors influencing teachers’ performance. The present study aimed to investigate the effect of work ethos, personality competence, organizational culture, and rewards on the teachers’ performance in SMP Batik Surakarta.This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research design with a population of 46 teachers of SMP Batik Surakarta. The sampling technique used was the census technique. The data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t-test, and F-test.The result indicated that the work ethos, personality competence, organizational culture, and rewards positively and significantly affect teachers’ performance in SMP Batik Surakarta. These four variables were found to contribute 80% to teacher performance. work ethos, personality competence, organizational culture, rewards, teachers’ performance.
